Casumo promotions for existing customers

Casumo promotions for existing customers centre on daily log-in games, leaderboards and rewards rather than reload bonuses: when we checked Casumo's UK site on 20 October 2026 it listed a daily wheel, Umodays, a live casino Golden Round, Umoboards, Missions, Valuables and prize drops. Here's how each works, what it costs to take part and which UK rules apply.

Key takeaways

  • Casumo's existing-customer promotions on 20 October 2026 were mostly daily games, leaderboards and rewards, not deposit reloads.
  • Some need nothing beyond logging in; others need wagering, such as £50 on selected live tables per Golden Round wheel spin.
  • Any bonus with wagering is capped at 10x under UK rules since 19 January 2026, and offers can't mix sports and casino.
  • Promotions change often: read each one's terms and treat any spend as entertainment, 18+.

Casumo promotions for existing customers: what was running

Casumo's approach to existing players leans on small, regular extras rather than big reload bonuses. When the Latest Casinos team read Casumo's UK homepage (opens in a new tab) on 20 October 2026, it described the promotions below. Casumo rotates these often and can change or withdraw them, so treat the list as a dated snapshot and confirm current terms in your account before taking part.

Casumo's app listing on the App Store also describes Reel Races and an Adventure with a trophy collection and levelling avatar; those weren't featured on the homepage when we checked, so look in the app's promotions area for current availability. For how ongoing offers generally work in the UK, see our guide to offers for existing customers.

Casumo's daily wheel and Umodays

The Spinumo Daily Wheel gives you one spin a day when you log in. Casumo's summary says a "No Win" result can be followed by an extra spin, but that second spin is unlocked by a qualifying deposit, and that prizes won expire within 24 hours, with the daily reset at 00:00 BST. Umodays works on the same daily rhythm: you flip a card to reveal a prize.

The first spin and the card flip don't ask you to deposit, which makes them the lowest-cost promotions on the list. The design point to notice is the follow-up spin: after a miss, the offer asks for a deposit. That's a nudge to spend that you should decide on in advance rather than in the moment. If you're not planning to deposit that day, the sensible move is to take the log-in spin and leave it there.

Daily offers are common across UK casinos; our page on daily free spins explains the typical conditions, and how casino promotions work covers the business logic behind them.

Live Casino Golden Round: the maths behind a wheel spin

The Golden Round rewards live casino play: each £50 wagered on selected live tables earns one wheel spin, up to three spins a day. That means the maximum of three spins needs £150 of live wagering in a day. Wagering isn't the same as losing, because winning bets return money, but every pound staked carries the game's house edge.

A worked example shows the expected cost. On single-zero European roulette, the standard house edge is about 2.7%. Wagering £150 on even-money bets therefore has an expected cost of roughly £4.05 (£150 × 2.7%), though any single session could end well above or below that. For the three wheel spins to be worth chasing in pure value terms, their average prize would need to exceed that cost. Casumo doesn't publish the prize distribution, so you can't calculate the value precisely; treat the spins as a small extra on play you'd have done anyway, not a reason to play more.

Wheel spins earnedLive wagering neededExpected cost at 2.7% edge
1£50About £1.35
2£100About £2.70
3 (daily maximum)£150About £4.05

Since 17 January 2025, non-slot online casino games must take at least 5 seconds per game cycle, which slows how quickly that wagering builds. Our guides to online roulette and the house edge explain the numbers.

Umoboards, prize drops and leaderboard play

Umoboards are Casumo's leaderboard competitions: you play qualifying games during a set window and are ranked on a points measure defined in each event's terms. Prize drops and tournaments are usually run with game studios across a network of casinos, paying random prizes to players on selected games. Reel Races, described in Casumo's app listing, are short slot races with live leaderboard updates.

Leaderboards reward volume, which is the main thing to understand before joining. A table position usually depends on how much or how often you play, so climbing it generally means staking more. UK slot rules cap that: each spin is limited to £5 for players aged 25 and over and £2 for 18–24s, each spin must last at least 2.5 seconds and autoplay isn't allowed. Our glossary entry on the leaderboard and guide to casino tournaments explain how scoring typically works.

Prize pools on network promotions can look large, but they are shared across many players and casinos. The chance of any one player winning a top prize is small.

Valuables, Missions and Casumo's rewards layer

Casumo frames its loyalty element as Valuables: rewards that you move closer to with every play. Missions are tasks shown in your profile, completed by logging in or doing set activities, that earn what Casumo calls uMOREwards. The App Store listing also mentions an Adventure, with a trophy collection and a levelling avatar.

Rewards like these are worth checking for three things: whether the reward carries wagering (capped at 10x since 19 January 2026), how long it lasts before expiring, and which games it can be used on. A reward of 20 spins at 10p, for example, is £2 of play; if winnings were subject to 10x wagering, £3 of winnings would need £30 of bets before withdrawal. Our pages on casino loyalty programmes and loyalty points compare different schemes.

VIP and high-value schemes face specific UK rules: operators must check that a customer's spending is affordable and sustainable before offering VIP treatment. Our VIP scheme rules page explains what changed.

UK rules that apply to Casumo's existing-customer offers

Promotions for existing players are covered by the same Gambling Commission rules as welcome offers, plus a few that bite specifically on ongoing marketing. The Commission's consultation response on socially responsible incentives (opens in a new tab) set out the 2026 bonus changes. These are the rules that shape what Casumo can offer you:

UK rules affecting ongoing casino promotions
RuleSinceEffect on Casumo promotions
10x wagering cap19 January 2026No reward can require more than 10x wagering
Mixed-product ban19 January 2026No "bet on sport to unlock casino rewards" offers
Marketing consent per product and channel1 May 2025You choose whether to hear about casino offers by email, SMS or phone
Bonus restriction on harm indicators12 February 2023Marketing and new bonus take-up must stop for customers showing strong signs of harm
Slot stake limits9 April and 21 May 2025£5 or £2 per spin, including during promotions

The mixed-product ban is particularly relevant at Casumo, which also runs a sportsbook. Since January 2026, a single promotion can't require you to bet on sport to unlock casino rewards, or the other way round. Our pages on the mixed-product promotions ban and the 10x wagering cap set out the detail, and the latest bonus rules page tracks what's changed.

How to take part in a Casumo promotion sensibly

  1. Log in and open the promotions area in the app or on the site.
  2. Read the full terms of the promotion, not just the banner: look for opt-in, qualifying games, stake, wagering and expiry.
  3. Check whether your payment method qualifies if the promotion needs a deposit.
  4. Opt in before playing if the terms say so; play before opting in usually doesn't count.
  5. Decide your spend for the day first and set a deposit or loss limit in Play Okay to match.
  6. Use any reward before it expires, or let it go if you weren't planning to play.
  7. Keep a screenshot of the terms in case a reward doesn't credit.

If a reward doesn't appear, our page on why free spins don't appear covers the usual causes, and Casumo customer service explains how to raise it by email.

Hearing about Casumo promotions, or stopping them

Since 1 May 2025, UK casinos must let you choose marketing by product (casino, betting, bingo) and by channel (email, SMS, phone), with opt-out as the default; the rule is LCCP condition 5.1.12 on direct marketing preferences (opens in a new tab). If you want to hear about Casumo casino promotions by email but not texts, you can say so; if you'd rather hear nothing, that's the default unless you opt in. During a Casumo break or self-exclusion, its emails and texts stop.

Our guides to opting out of casino marketing and the marketing consent rules explain how to change preferences. If you're trying to cut down, switching off promotional messages is one of the most effective steps; see Casumo deposit limits and safer gambling tools.

How Casumo's ongoing promotions compare

Different casinos reward existing players in very different ways. PlayOJO's signature feature is OJOplus, which returns a small amount of money on every game played, while Casumo layers daily games, leaderboards and Valuables. Neither changes the fact that the house edge applies to all play.

Welcome offers from Casumo and PlayOJO

The boxes below show welcome offers, which are for new customers only. Casumo's is first: 18+, opt in and make a first deposit of £20 or more for a 50% bonus up to £100; wager the bonus 10x within 7 days, with a £5 maximum bet; game, play and payment restrictions apply. Our Casumo hub covers the brand in full.

PlayOJO is second: 18+, new UK customers excluding Northern Ireland, 80 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza at 10p each with a first deposit of at least £10, no wagering on winnings; can't be combined with other offers. Terms apply to both. Promotions are a small extra on paid-for entertainment, never a way to make money.

Frequently asked questions

Does Casumo have promotions for existing customers?

Yes. When checked on 20 October 2026, Casumo's UK site listed a Spinumo Daily Wheel, Umodays card flips, a Live Casino Golden Round, Umoboards leaderboards, Missions, Valuables and prize drops. They lean towards daily games and competitions rather than reload bonuses. Promotions rotate, so check the promotions area in your account for current ones and read each set of terms; 18+. Our guide to offers for existing customers compares what other UK casinos run.

What is the Casumo daily wheel?

The Spinumo Daily Wheel gives you one spin each day when you log in. According to Casumo's summary, a "No Win" can be followed by an extra spin, but that extra spin needs a qualifying deposit, and prizes won expire within 24 hours, with a daily reset at 00:00 BST. The first spin requires only logging in. Decide in advance whether you'd deposit for a second spin, rather than deciding after a miss. Our daily free spins page explains typical daily-offer conditions.

How does the Casumo Live Casino Golden Round work?

You earn one wheel spin for every £50 wagered on selected live casino tables, up to three spins a day. Reaching all three needs £150 of live wagering. At the standard 2.7% house edge on European roulette, that has an expected cost of about £4.05, although results in a single session vary widely. Casumo doesn't publish the prize odds on the wheel, so treat spins as a bonus on play you'd do anyway. Our house edge guide explains the calculation.

Does Casumo offer reload bonuses?

Casumo's UK homepage didn't feature a standing reload bonus when we checked on 20 October 2026; its ongoing promotions were mainly daily games, leaderboards and rewards. Reload offers can appear in your account or by email if you've opted in to casino marketing. Any reload bonus with wagering must be capped at 10x under UK rules since 19 January 2026. Our reload bonus guide shows how to judge one using real pound figures.

What are Casumo Valuables?

Valuables are Casumo's rewards that build up as you play; its site describes every play as bringing you closer to your next Valuable. They can take various forms, so check each one's terms for wagering, expiry and eligible games when it lands. Any wagering attached can't exceed 10x. Valuables are a by-product of play, not a reason to play more, and the house edge applies to every stake. Our page on casino loyalty programmes explains how to compare reward schemes on value.

Can I use my Casumo welcome bonus and other promotions together?

Possibly, but check the terms. Casumo's welcome bonus (50% up to £100 on a first deposit of £20 or more, 10x wagering within 7 days, £5 maximum bet, opt-in required, 18+) carries game and play restrictions, and a separate promotion may not count play made with bonus funds. While the welcome bonus is active, the £5 bet limit applies, which can affect leaderboard play. Our Casumo welcome bonus terms page covers the restrictions in detail.

Why have Casumo promotions stopped appearing for me?

There are several possible reasons. You may have opted out of casino marketing, which since 1 May 2025 is the default unless you opt in per product and channel. You may have set a break or self-exclusion, during which Casumo's emails and texts stop. Operators must also stop marketing and new bonus take-up for customers showing strong indicators of harm. Or a promotion may simply have ended. Ask Casumo's support team if you're unsure; our page on customer interaction rules explains the harm-indicator duty.

Can a Casumo promotion require a sports bet?

No. Since 19 January 2026, UK-licensed operators can't run promotions that mix gambling products, such as requiring a bet on sport to unlock casino spins. Casumo runs both a casino and a sportsbook, but each promotion has to stay within one product. If you ever see an offer that crosses that line, it's worth querying with support and keeping a screenshot. Our page on the mixed-product promotions ban explains the rule and why it was introduced.

Are Casumo promotion winnings subject to wagering?

It depends on the promotion. Some rewards may pay cash, others bonus funds with wagering attached, and the terms of each promotion say which. Since 19 January 2026, no UK casino bonus can require more than 10x wagering. For example, £5 of bonus winnings at 10x would need £50 of bets before withdrawal. Always check the expiry too, because unmet wagering usually lapses with the bonus. Our wagering calculator lets you check the numbers before opting in.

Are Casumo leaderboards worth joining?

Only if you'd be playing those games anyway. Leaderboards like Umoboards rank players on activity during a set window, so climbing usually means staking more, and the house edge applies to every spin. UK rules cap slot stakes at £5 per spin for players aged 25 and over and £2 for 18–24s, and ban autoplay, which limits how fast anyone can climb. Set a loss limit in Play Okay before joining. Our guide to casino tournaments explains typical scoring and prize structures.
