All Casumo payment methods at a glance

Casumo publishes its UK payment options in two places: a deposit FAQ that names eight methods, and a withdrawal-time table that lists seven routes. They don’t overlap perfectly, which matters if you want to pay in and cash out the same way. This table combines both, as published on Casumo’s UK site (facts checked October 2026).

Where a cell says not published, it means Casumo’s public pages don’t confirm it, not that the method is definitely unavailable. The cashier shows what your account can use. Our Casumo casino review puts the payment set in context with the rest of the site.

Paying by debit card at Casumo

Visa and Mastercard debit cards are the default for most UK players. Deposits start at £10 and withdrawals back to the card are listed at up to 2 days after Casumo approves them. Cards are the simplest option for verification, because the name on the card is easy to match to your account. Our guides to Visa casinos and Mastercard casinos explain how card gambling payments work.

Only debit cards are allowed. The ban on credit cards, in force since 14 April 2020, covers every UK-licensed operator, and the licence condition on credit card use (opens in a new tab) also catches credit card payments made through money service businesses. If your bank offers a gambling block, switching it on will stop card deposits to Casumo; see bank gambling blocks.

E-wallets: PayPal, Skrill, Neteller and MuchBetter

E-wallets are the quickest way to get money out of Casumo. All four are listed as paying instantly once a withdrawal is approved. PayPal and Skrill appear on both the deposit and withdrawal lists; Neteller and MuchBetter appear only on the withdrawal side in Casumo’s published information, so confirm in the cashier whether you can deposit with them.

Any wallet must be loaded from a source in your own name and not from a credit card; the Gambling Commission’s guide to gambling with a credit card (opens in a new tab) explains that operators should check this. Our dedicated Casumo PayPal page covers PayPal step by step, and the e-wallet casinos guide explains the wider category.

Apple Pay at Casumo

Apple Pay is listed for both deposits and withdrawals, with withdrawals instant after approval. In the iPhone app, Casumo’s App Store listing highlights Apple Pay alongside a Quick Deposit feature, which makes topping up very fast. That convenience is the reason to set a deposit limit before you start. Apple Pay is backed by your debit card, so the card’s own bank controls when the final credit appears.

Google Pay doesn’t appear in Casumo’s published lists. Our Casumo casino app page covers Apple Pay in the app, and the Apple Pay casinos guide explains how the wallet works for gambling payments generally.

Bank payments: Trustly, Instant Banking and bank transfer

Casumo’s deposit FAQ names both Trustly and Instant Banking. These are open banking style payments: you approve the deposit in your bank’s app and the money moves directly from your current account, without sharing card details. Withdrawals to a bank account are listed as taking up to 5 days after approval, the slowest of Casumo’s published routes.

A bank transfer is also the usual route for players who deposited by Paysafecard, because vouchers can’t receive money. Our guides to Trustly casinos, open banking payments and bank transfer casinos explain each in more detail.

Paysafecard and other prepaid options

Paysafecard lets you deposit with a prepaid voucher bought online or in shops, which some players like because it caps what they can spend. The £10 minimum applies here too. The drawback is that you can’t withdraw to a voucher, so you will need another method in your own name, usually a bank account, to cash out any winnings.

Prepaid methods are often excluded from welcome offers at UK casinos, and Casumo’s offer carries payment restrictions. Check our Casumo bonus excluded payment methods page before using Paysafecard for a bonus deposit. The Paysafecard casinos guide explains fees and limits on the voucher side.

Which Casumo payment method should you use?

Because Casumo sends withdrawals back to your deposit method ‘whenever possible’, the deposit you make today decides how quickly you are paid later. Pick according to what matters most to you.

  1. Decide whether you want the welcome bonus, and if so check which methods qualify.
  2. Choose a method that can also receive withdrawals, unless you are happy to add a bank account later.
  3. Make sure the method is in your own name and isn’t funded by a credit card.
  4. Set a deposit limit before your first payment.
  5. Deposit at least £10, or £20 if you are claiming the bonus.

Casumo payment fees and withdrawal timing

Casumo charges £3 on withdrawals below £10 and nothing on £10 or more. No deposit fee appears in the facts we hold, though wallets and banks may apply their own charges. Before any payout reaches your method, Casumo reviews it: its UK site says requests are processed within hours, and its policy sets a three-day maximum for the decision.

Worked example: you deposited £30 by PayPal and want to withdraw £45. If the review finishes the same afternoon, the money shows in PayPal straight away. The same withdrawal by bank could take up to 5 more days. Our Casumo withdrawal time page covers each stage, and our Casumo minimum deposit page explains the deposit side and the £20 bonus threshold.

Withdrawals can only be paid to the registered account holder. If you used several methods, you may be asked to split a withdrawal between them.

How safe are Casumo payment methods?

Casumo’s UK licence, held by Recro Limited and shown on the Gambling Commission register entry for account 61549 (opens in a new tab), requires it to follow UK rules on payments, anti-money laundering and customer funds. The methods themselves add their own protection: open banking and Apple Pay avoid sharing card numbers, and e-wallets keep your bank details away from the casino entirely.

  • Only pay through the cashier on Casumo’s genuine site or app.
  • Never use someone else’s card or wallet, even with permission; see using someone else’s card at a casino.
  • Remember that UK rules ban reverse withdrawals, so once you request a payout you can’t be offered the option to cancel it and play on.
  • If a payment goes missing, contact support at hey@casumo.com (7:00–23:00 UK time) before considering a chargeback.

Casumo payment methods compared with PlayOJO

PlayOJO’s help page, checked on 20 October 2026, names debit cards, Payz, Apple Pay and Trustly, and says to check the cashier for the full list. It also says some deposit methods can take up to 3 working days to credit, that most withdrawals are processed within a few hours, and that you can withdraw as little as you want.

Frequently asked questions

What payment methods does Casumo accept?

Casumo’s UK site names Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal, Trustly, Paysafecard, Skrill and Instant Banking for deposits, all with a £10 minimum. For withdrawals it lists debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Skrill, Neteller and MuchBetter. Google Pay isn’t mentioned in its published lists, and credit cards are banned for gambling in Great Britain. The cashier in your account shows the current options. Our guide to how to deposit at an online casino covers the general process.

Does Casumo accept PayPal?

Yes, Casumo lists PayPal for both deposits and withdrawals. The minimum deposit is £10, and PayPal withdrawals are listed as instant once Casumo approves them, which makes PayPal one of the fastest routes for getting money out. Your PayPal account must be in your own name and mustn’t be funded by a credit card. Check whether PayPal qualifies for the welcome bonus before using it for your first deposit. Our Casumo PayPal page explains deposits, withdrawals and bonus eligibility in detail.

Which Casumo payment method is fastest for withdrawals?

PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter and Apple Pay are all listed by Casumo as instant once a withdrawal has been approved. Debit cards take up to 2 days and bank transfers up to 5 days after approval. Every method goes through the same review first, which Casumo says usually takes hours and which its policy caps at three days. Since withdrawals return to the deposit method where possible, deposit with a fast method if speed matters. See instant withdrawal casinos explained for what ‘instant’ really means.

Can I use a credit card at Casumo?

No, credit cards can’t be used at Casumo or any other UK-licensed casino. The ban came into force on 14 April 2020 and also covers credit card payments made through e-wallets and other money service businesses. Use a Visa or Mastercard debit card, Apple Pay linked to a debit card, or one of the other methods Casumo lists. If you try to deposit with a credit card, the payment will be declined. Our page on the credit card funded e-wallet rule explains the wallet side.

Does Casumo accept Neteller deposits?

Casumo’s published deposit FAQ doesn’t name Neteller, although Neteller appears in its withdrawal list with instant payouts after approval. That means you shouldn’t assume you can deposit with it; check the cashier in your account for the current options. If Neteller isn’t offered for deposits, PayPal and Skrill are the e-wallets Casumo does name for paying in. Our Neteller casinos guide explains how the wallet works at UK casinos and the fees it can charge.

Can I withdraw to Paysafecard at Casumo?

No, Paysafecard is a prepaid voucher, so it can be used to deposit at Casumo but can’t receive withdrawals. To cash out, you will need to add another method in your own name, most often a bank account, which Casumo lists as taking up to 5 days after approval. You may also be asked to verify the new method. Some casinos exclude prepaid methods from bonuses, so check Casumo’s payment restrictions first. Our prepaid card casinos guide covers the wider category.

Are there fees on Casumo payments?

Casumo charges a £3 fee on withdrawals below £10 and nothing on withdrawals of £10 or more. No deposit fee appears in Casumo’s published information. Your own provider may charge separately, for example a wallet fee for moving money to your bank or a currency conversion fee. Keeping withdrawals at £10 or above is the simplest way to avoid Casumo’s fee. Our answer to are casino withdrawals free compares how fees work at different UK sites.

Does Casumo accept Trustly?

Yes, Casumo’s UK deposit FAQ names Trustly alongside Instant Banking. Trustly lets you pay directly from your bank account by approving the payment in your banking app, so you don’t share card details with the casino. The minimum deposit is £10. Casumo’s withdrawal table lists bank transfers rather than Trustly by name, with payouts taking up to 5 days after approval. Our pay by bank casinos guide explains how these payments work and why many players prefer them.

Why was my Casumo deposit declined?

A declined deposit is usually down to your bank or card rather than Casumo. Common causes are a gambling block on the card, using a credit card, insufficient funds, a deposit limit you have set, or a mismatch between the name on the payment method and your account. Try another method in your name, check your banking app for a block or alert, and contact your bank if needed. Our guide to a casino deposit declined runs through each cause and fix.

Does PlayOJO accept the same payment methods as Casumo?

Partly. PlayOJO’s help page names debit cards, Payz, Apple Pay and Trustly, and says to check the cashier for the full current list, while Casumo names cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Skrill, Trustly, Paysafecard and Instant Banking. Both return withdrawals to the deposit method where possible. PlayOJO says most payments are processed within a few hours and lets you withdraw any amount, while Casumo charges £3 below £10. Our PlayOJO payment methods page has the full picture.
