Paysafecard casinos UK players can use split into two kinds: sites that take a voucher PIN directly, and sites that only accept a my paysafecard account. Coral and Ladbrokes are in the second group, and Casumo lists paysafecard for deposits. Whichever you use, paysafecard deposits don’t count towards the Coral or Ladbrokes welcome offers.
Coral’s and Ladbrokes’ help centres accept paysafecard through a my paysafecard account only, not loose vouchers.
You can withdraw to paysafecard at Coral and Ladbrokes only if you have deposited with it before.
Paysafe and prepaid card deposits are excluded from the Coral and Ladbrokes free spins offers (checked 5 October 2026).
Paying with a cash voucher doesn’t make you anonymous: UK casinos must verify your identity before any deposit.

How Paysafecard works at UK online casinos
Paysafecard is a prepaid payment method. In its original form you buy a voucher for a fixed value at a shop counter, pay with cash or a card, and receive a 16-digit PIN. Typing that PIN into a merchant’s checkout spends the value. Paysafecard also offers an online account, called my paysafecard, where you store vouchers in one balance and log in to pay instead of typing PINs.
For casino players the distinction now matters a great deal, because some UK operators take only the account version. The voucher alone can’t receive money back, which is why sites that want to pay you out through the same method ask for the account. Paysafecard belongs to the same payments group as Skrill and Neteller, and it’s one of several prepaid card and voucher options you may see in a cashier.

So the Entain pair, Coral and Ladbrokes, give paysafecard the fullest published support, deposit and withdrawal, while Casumo offers it on the way in. Both brands also cap each deposit at £2,000 and let UK customers keep up to three active payment methods in a rolling 30 days.
How to deposit at a casino with Paysafecard
These steps assume a site that accepts the my paysafecard account, which is the stricter case. A voucher-only site skips the log-in and asks for the PIN instead.
Buy a paysafecard voucher, or top up your my paysafecard account, with an amount you’re prepared to spend.
Log in to your casino account and open the deposit page.
Answer the deposit-limit prompt; since 31 October 2025 casinos must ask before a first deposit.
Select paysafecard, enter the deposit amount and continue.
Log in to my paysafecard in the window that appears and confirm the payment.
Check your casino balance, and keep the voucher receipt until the deposit shows.
If the payment fails, check that the names match on both accounts and that you haven’t reached the three-method limit at Coral or Ladbrokes. Our declined deposit guide runs through other causes.
Can you withdraw to Paysafecard? Getting winnings back
Only in some cases. A voucher can’t receive money. At Coral and Ladbrokes, the help centres say paysafecard withdrawals go to your my paysafecard account and are available only if you’ve previously deposited with it. Casumo and 10bet don’t publish paysafecard as a payout route, so expect to name another method, usually a bank account or debit card in your name.
Plan for this before your first deposit. If you’ve used only vouchers and win, the casino has to pay you somewhere, and it will need to verify that destination belongs to you, which can add time. Our withdrawal guide and the casino verification documents checklist help you get ready.
Timings and fees
Neither Entain brand publishes a specific paysafecard payout time; their general help says money arrives anywhere from instantly to five banking days depending on the method, after internal approval, and both state they charge no withdrawal fees. Paysafecard may charge its own fees on the account side, such as for currency conversion or long-unused balances, so read its terms.
Paysafecard casino bonuses: why deposits are excluded
Prepaid methods are a classic exclusion in sign-up offers, mainly because vouchers make it easier to open multiple accounts. Our partners’ terms, as checked on 5 October 2026:
Partner offers and paysafecard deposits
Offer
Paysafecard qualifies?
Excluded types named
Coral: deposit and bet £10 on slots, get 100 free spins
No
Neteller, PayPal, Paysafe, Skrill, prepaid cards, certain debit cards
Ladbrokes: play £10 on slots, get up to 500 free spins
If you want one of these offers and also like paysafecard, make the first qualifying deposit by debit card and use paysafecard later. Our qualifying deposit entry defines the term, and what happens if you break bonus terms explains why you shouldn’t try to work round an exclusion.
Using Paysafecard to budget at online casinos
Many people choose paysafecard because a voucher is a hard cap: spend £20 and it’s gone. That can help, with two caveats. First, a my paysafecard account can be topped up again in minutes, so the cap is only as firm as your intention. Second, the casino’s own tools are stronger, because a deposit limit set on your account applies whichever method you use and reductions take effect immediately.
Worked example
Suppose you set a £100 monthly budget. You buy a £50 voucher and set a £100 monthly deposit limit at the casino. In week one you deposit £50 and lose £35. In week three you top up with another £50. The casino’s limit then blocks any further deposit that month, by any method, even if you buy a third voucher. Remember that over time losses are the likely outcome; that’s the house edge at work. Our budget guide and deposit limit guide go further.
Is Paysafecard safe for gambling? Scams and PIN rules
Paysafecard is safe at a UK-licensed casino if you keep the PIN private. The PIN is effectively cash: anyone who has it can spend it, and a spent voucher can’t usually be recovered. That makes vouchers a favourite of scammers, who pose as tax offices, delivery firms or even casinos and ask for payment in vouchers.
Never read a PIN out over the phone or send a photo of a voucher to anyone.
A licensed casino will never ask you to pay a release fee in vouchers to unlock a withdrawal.
Only use casinos that appear on the Commission register; our fake casino guide shows the warning signs.
Paysafecard-friendly casinos and their current offers
Casumo heads this list because it publishes paysafecard as a deposit method and doesn’t name it as excluded in the offer facts we hold, though it says payment restrictions apply, so read them first. Its welcome offer is 50% up to £100 on a first deposit of £20 or more, with 10x wagering on the bonus within 7 days and a £5 maximum bet. 18+, new customers, opt-in required.
Coral and Ladbrokes accept my paysafecard for everyday deposits and withdrawals, but use a qualifying method for their sign-up deals. Coral: deposit and bet £10 on slots for 100 free spins at 10p each, valid 7 days, no wagering on winnings, running 1 October 2026 to 1 February 2027. Ladbrokes: play £10 on slots for 50 free spins a day over 10 days, up to 500 at 10p each, no wagering. 18+, new customers, terms apply. Both are run by LC International Limited, so check the terms if you hold an account at either.
Casumo lists paysafecard as a deposit method; check its payment restrictions before using it for the 50% match. Coral and Ladbrokes accept paysafecard accounts but exclude them from their offers, so use a debit card for those. 18+, terms apply.
Coral and Ladbrokes are both run by LC International Limited (Entain). If you already hold an account with one Entain brand, you may not be able to open a new account with another; check the terms before signing up.

Frequently asked questions
Which UK casinos accept Paysafecard?
Among our partners, Coral and Ladbrokes accept paysafecard through a my paysafecard account, Casumo lists it for deposits, and a third-party review lists it at 10bet. PlayOJO’s methods aren’t verified in our facts, so check its cashier. Coral and Ladbrokes don’t accept loose voucher PINs. Before you buy a voucher for any site, confirm it holds a Gambling Commission licence using our licence check guide.
Can I use a Paysafecard voucher without an account?
At some casinos yes, but not at Coral or Ladbrokes, whose help centres accept paysafecard only through a my paysafecard account. If you hold a voucher, you can add it to an account and pay from that balance. An account also lets you receive withdrawals where the casino supports it, which a voucher alone can’t. Our prepaid cards page compares other prepaid options and their limits on payouts.
Can I withdraw casino winnings to Paysafecard?
Only where the casino supports it and you have an account. Coral or Ladbrokes will pay out to my paysafecard if you’ve deposited with it before. Casumo and 10bet don’t publish paysafecard withdrawals, so you would name another method, usually a bank account or debit card in your own name. Sort this out before you need it, as verifying a new payout method takes time. Our withdrawal times guide compares the alternatives.
Do Paysafecard deposits get casino welcome bonuses?
Not at Coral or Ladbrokes: their terms exclude Paysafe and prepaid card deposits from the new-player free spins. Casumo says payment restrictions apply to its 50% match without listing them in our facts, and 10bet’s exclusions aren’t in our facts either, so read both sets of terms at sign-up. The simplest route is a debit card for the qualifying deposit. Our Coral payment exclusions page explains one offer in detail.
Is Paysafecard anonymous at UK casinos?
No. Buying a voucher with cash keeps your bank out of the transaction, but a UK-licensed casino must verify your name, address and date of birth before you deposit, and Coral and Ladbrokes also require a my paysafecard account, which has its own identity checks. Casinos may also ask about the source of funds later. Our know your customer rules page explains why these checks exist and what documents are normally requested.
Is it safe to use Paysafecard for online gambling?
Yes, at a licensed casino, provided you guard the PIN. A voucher PIN works like cash, so anyone who has it can spend it, and scammers often ask for payment in vouchers while pretending to be official bodies or casinos. No licensed casino will ask for a voucher payment to release a withdrawal. If something feels wrong, stop and check the operator on the register. Our casino scams guide lists the common tricks.
What is the maximum Paysafecard casino deposit?
It depends on the casino, the voucher values on sale and any limits paysafecard applies to your account. The two Entain brands cap every deposit at £2,000 regardless of method, and your own deposit limit can be lower. Casumo and 10bet don’t publish a paysafecard maximum in our facts. Check the cashier for your account’s figure. Our casino withdrawal limits guide covers the other side of the ledger and how caps are set.
Why was my Paysafecard casino deposit rejected?
Common reasons are using a loose voucher at a site that only takes my paysafecard accounts, a name mismatch between the two accounts, an unverified casino account, a deposit limit you set, or the three-method limit at Coral and Ladbrokes. Check the message in the cashier and your paysafecard balance. If the voucher value was taken but no deposit appeared, contact both providers with the receipt. Our deposit declined guide covers each fix.
Can Paysafecard help me stick to a gambling budget?
It can help, because a voucher shows exactly how much is left, but it isn’t a firm control on its own since you can buy another. Pair it with a deposit limit on your casino account, which applies to every method and takes effect immediately when lowered. Time-outs and reality checks add more structure.
