Revolut casinos UK

Revolut casinos UK players can use are, in practice, any licensed casino that accepts debit cards, because a Revolut card is a Visa or Mastercard debit card. None of our partners lists Revolut as a separate method, so you pay as you would with any card, and Revolut’s own gambling block can stop those card payments if you switch it on.

Key takeaways

  • No partner publishes Revolut or Revolut Pay as a named method; Revolut cards work as ordinary debit cards (checked 5 October 2026).
  • Use your standard Revolut card, not a single-use virtual card, so withdrawals have somewhere to land.
  • Coral’s offer excludes certain debit cards, so check the terms before using any app-based card for the qualifying deposit.
  • Revolut’s help centre describes a gambling block for card payments; turning it off takes up to 48 hours.

How Revolut works at UK online casinos

Revolut is an app-based account that comes with a debit card on either the Visa or Mastercard network. When you type a Revolut card into a casino cashier, the casino sees a normal debit card and processes it like one. There’s no special Revolut button needed, and that’s why Revolut rarely appears in casino payment lists: it’s already covered under debit cards.

There are three ways Revolut can be involved in a casino payment, and they behave differently:

Three routes for paying a casino with Revolut
RouteHow it worksWithdrawalsPartner position
Revolut debit cardEnter card details, or add it to Apple Pay or Google PayBack to the cardDebit cards accepted by every partner with published facts
Revolut account via open bankingPick your bank in Pay by Bank or Trustly and approve in the appBank transfer to your accountWorks only if Revolut appears in the bank list
Revolut Pay checkoutPay with the Revolut app at checkoutNot publishedNot published by any partner

Because the card is the route that matters, the rest of this page treats Revolut mainly as a debit card, with the extra features that make it different: virtual cards, multi-currency balances and an in-app gambling block.

Revolut casinos UK: what our partners accept

None of our partners names Revolut in its published payment information, and we won’t claim otherwise. Here’s what each publishes for the routes a Revolut customer would use, as of 5 October 2026:

Coral’s deposit methods help page (opens in a new tab) lists Visa, Mastercard and Maestro debit cards and the £2,000 per-deposit cap. Whether your Revolut account shows up as a bank in a Pay by Bank list is something only the cashier can tell you; see our Pay by Bank and Mastercard casinos pages for those routes.

How to deposit at a casino with a Revolut card

  1. In the Revolut app, check that card payments for online purchases are switched on and that your gambling block (if you use one) is set as you intend.
  2. Make sure your Revolut account is in the same name as your casino account.
  3. Open the casino cashier, set or confirm a deposit limit, and choose Visa or Mastercard debit.
  4. Enter your standard Revolut card details, not a single-use virtual number.
  5. Approve the payment in the Revolut app if asked to confirm it.
  6. Check the balance, and keep the GBP balance in Revolut funded so no currency exchange is triggered.

If the payment fails, the cause is often a Revolut setting rather than the casino: online payments disabled, a spending limit on the card, or the gambling block. Our declined deposit guide covers the casino-side reasons.

Withdrawing casino winnings to Revolut

Under closed-loop rules your winnings go back to the card you deposited with, up to the amount deposited that way. With a Revolut card the money returns to that card and shows in your Revolut balance. How quickly depends on the casino’s published card times.

Published card and bank payout times at partners
CasinoCard payoutBank payout
CoralVisa Fast Funds typically within 4 hours if your card is eligibleFast Bank Transfer 2–4 business days
LadbrokesVisa Fast Funds typically within 4 hours if your card is eligibleFast Bank Transfer 2–4 business days
CasumoUp to 2 daysUp to 5 days
10betUp to 2 business daysUp to 3 business days

Visa Fast Funds depends on the card issuer supporting it. Coral’s Visa Fast Funds page (opens in a new tab) names several major banks and says not all issuers are enabled yet; it doesn’t name Revolut, so look for the Fast Funds stopwatch logo when you withdraw. All times follow the casino’s own approval. More on Visa Fast Funds and how long withdrawals take.

Revolut virtual and single-use cards at casinos

Revolut lets you create virtual cards, including single-use numbers that change after each payment. They’re useful for online shopping, but they cause problems at a casino. The casino stores the card as your payment method and expects to send withdrawals back to it; if that number has already been replaced, the payout has nowhere to go and the casino will need to verify an alternative, which takes time.

  • Use your physical card or a standard virtual card that stays the same.
  • Don’t delete or freeze the card you deposited with while a withdrawal is pending.
  • If you replace a card, tell the casino before you withdraw, and expect to verify the new one.
  • Remember Coral and Ladbrokes allow up to three active payment methods per rolling 30 days, so a new card number uses a slot.

Our closed loop glossary entry explains why casinos insist on returning money to the source, and why casinos ask for documents covers card verification.

Revolut’s gambling block: how it works for casino payments

Revolut’s help centre describes a gambling block you can switch on in the app under the security and payments settings. According to that page, it stops card payments that merchants identify as gambling, starts working immediately once you turn it on, is off by default for new accounts, and takes up to 48 hours to lift if you turn it off. Check the wording in your UK app, as features can differ by country.

The same help page sets out two limits worth knowing. The block works on merchant category codes, so a gambling payment coded differently may not be caught; and it covers card payments, not bank transfers or payments through third-party apps. If you’re using it to stay away from gambling, combine it with GAMSTOP, which blocks access to every UK-licensed online casino. The Commission’s page on blocking gambling payments with your bank (opens in a new tab) and our bank gambling blocks page explain how bank blocks fit with other tools.

Can you claim a casino welcome bonus with a Revolut card?

A Revolut debit card isn’t named in any partner’s excluded list, but that isn’t the whole story. Coral’s terms exclude certain debit cards without listing them in our facts, so ask Coral or read the full terms before relying on a Revolut card for the qualifying deposit.

Revolut currency, fees and a worked example

Revolut holds balances in several currencies, which is handy abroad but can catch you out at a casino. UK-licensed casinos run accounts in pounds; if your GBP balance is empty and Revolut covers a payment from another currency, an exchange takes place, and Revolut’s exchange fees can apply depending on your plan. On the casino side, Coral and Ladbrokes charge no withdrawal fees, while Casumo takes £3 from withdrawals under £10.

Worked example

You have £0 in GBP and €200 in euros. You deposit £40 by Revolut card. Revolut converts euros to cover the £40, possibly adding a fee outside your plan’s allowance. Later you withdraw £55 to the card; it arrives in GBP. Keep a GBP balance topped up and the conversion never happens. Our casino payment fees guide and playing casino games abroad cover currency more widely.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use Revolut at UK online casinos?

Yes, at licensed casinos that accept Visa or Mastercard debit cards, because that’s what a Revolut card is. Coral, Ladbrokes, Casumo and 10bet all accept debit cards, though none names Revolut specifically. You may also be able to pay from your Revolut account through Pay by Bank if it appears in the bank list. Make sure the account name matches your casino account. Our debit card casinos page covers card payments in full.

Do casinos block Revolut cards?

Our partners don’t publish any Revolut-specific restriction. Declines usually come from settings in the Revolut app, such as online payments switched off, a card spending limit or the gambling block, or from casino checks like a name mismatch or outstanding verification. Coral’s offer also excludes certain debit cards from the welcome deal, which isn’t the same as blocking deposits. Our casino deposit declined guide lists the casino-side causes and fixes in order.

How long do casino withdrawals to Revolut take?

It depends on the casino. Coral and Ladbrokes publish Visa Fast Funds card payouts as typically within 4 hours, but only for cards whose issuer supports the service; Coral’s list doesn’t name Revolut, so look for the stopwatch logo. Otherwise card payouts take up to 2 days at Casumo and up to 2 business days at 10bet, after approval. See fastest withdrawal methods and Visa Fast Funds.

Can I use a Revolut virtual card at a casino?

A standard virtual card that keeps the same number generally works like the physical card. Single-use virtual cards are a bad idea: the number changes after one payment, so the casino can’t send a withdrawal back to it and will need to verify another method, delaying your payout. Use the same lasting card for deposits and withdrawals. Our how to withdraw casino winnings guide explains why the source card matters.

How does the Revolut gambling block work?

Revolut’s help centre describes an in-app setting that blocks card payments identified as gambling. It takes effect immediately, is off by default and takes up to 48 hours to remove. It relies on merchant codes, so some payments may slip through, and it doesn’t cover bank transfers or third-party apps. Check the details in your UK app. For wider protection, pair it with GAMSTOP; see our GAMSTOP guide and gambling blocking software page.

Can I get a casino bonus when depositing with Revolut?

Possibly, but check first. Revolut cards aren’t named in any partner’s excluded list, yet Coral’s terms exclude certain debit cards and both Coral and Ladbrokes exclude prepaid cards. Casumo, meanwhile, attaches payment restrictions to its 50% match. Read the full terms or ask live chat before the qualifying deposit, as offers can’t usually be added afterwards. Our casino welcome offer checklist covers the other conditions worth checking.

Is it safe to use Revolut for gambling?

At a UK-licensed casino, yes. You get instant notifications for each payment, can freeze the card in seconds and can turn on a gambling block. The casino side matters just as much, so check the operator on the Gambling Commission register before you pay. Keep your app locked and never share card codes. Our guides to checking a casino licence and casino account security explain the steps.

Will using Revolut avoid casino checks?

No. Licensed casinos must verify your identity before you deposit whatever card you use, and they run a public-record financial vulnerability check when net deposits pass £150 in a rolling 30 days. At higher spending levels they may ask about the source of your funds and request statements, which you can export from the Revolut app. Our pages on affordability checks and source of funds checks explain what’s actually required.

Can I deposit from Revolut by bank transfer instead of card?

Possibly, through open banking. Coral and Ladbrokes offer Pay by Bank from £5, and Casumo offers Trustly and Instant Banking; if your Revolut account appears in the bank list, you approve the payment in the app. Manual transfers to casino account details aren’t published by our partners. Note that Revolut’s gambling block covers card payments, not bank transfers. Our open banking and bank transfer casinos pages explain both routes.
