If your Casumo withdrawal has not been received, first work out whether it is still inside Casumo’s own approval window (up to three days) plus your payment method’s transfer time. Most missing payouts turn out to be pending, held for verification or sitting with a bank. This page shows how to tell which, and what to do next.
Casumo’s withdrawal policy says a request should be approved or denied within three days.
After approval, Casumo quotes up to 2 days for cards, up to 5 days for bank transfer and instant arrival for PayPal, Apple Pay, Skrill, Neteller and MuchBetter.
Extra checks can apply to a single payout above €1,000 or cumulative withdrawals above €2,000 (sterling equivalent).
Withdrawals under £10 carry a £3 fee, so a smaller amount than you requested may not be an error.
If support can’t fix it, complain formally; after 8 weeks you can go to a free ADR service.

Casumo withdrawal not received: the short answer
A Casumo withdrawal that hasn’t landed is usually in one of three places: waiting for Casumo to approve it, waiting on a verification request, or travelling through your bank or card network after approval. According to Casumo’s withdrawal policy (opens in a new tab), a request “should be approved or denied within three (3) days”, and the site’s payment table then adds the method’s own transfer time.
So a debit card payout requested on a Monday could, within Casumo’s published times, take until the end of Saturday before you need to treat it as overdue: up to three days for approval and up to two days for the card network. A PayPal payout is quicker in principle, because Casumo states e-wallet transfers arrive instantly once approved. For the typical timings in more detail, see our guide to Casumo withdrawal time; this page focuses on what to do when the money is late or missing.
Facts on this page come from Casumo’s published withdrawal policy and UK site, checked 20 October 2026, and from the Gambling Commission. Casumo can change its terms, so the cashier and help pages always show the live position.
When a Casumo payout actually counts as late
Before contacting anyone, add the two published windows together. Counting from the moment you pressed withdraw gives you a realistic “latest expected” date, and anything inside that date is normal processing rather than a fault. The table below uses Casumo’s own figures; banks may add their own delays at weekends and on bank holidays.

Casumo’s UK homepage also says withdrawals are usually “reviewed and processed within a matter of hours”, so many requests move far faster than the maximum. The three-day figure is the outer limit in its policy, not the norm. If you want to understand how other UK sites compare, our explainer on how long casino withdrawals take sets out the usual stages.
Pending, approved, sent: reading your Casumo withdrawal status
Your transaction history tells you which part of the journey has stalled. The wording on screen may differ slightly, but the stages map onto the same three questions.
Still pending. Casumo hasn’t finished its review. This is normal for up to three days. Look in your inbox and account messages for any document request, because an unanswered request keeps the payout on hold.
Approved or processed. Casumo has released the money. Any further wait is down to your card issuer, bank or e-wallet, so the next check is your statement or e-wallet history rather than the casino.
Declined or reversed to balance. The request didn’t go through. The usual causes are verification, a payment-method mismatch or an open review. The funds should show back in your Casumo balance, and support can tell you why.
A withdrawal that disappears from “pending” without showing as approved, and without the balance returning, is the one situation where you should contact support straight away rather than waiting. Our wider guide to what a pending withdrawal means covers the same stages across UK casinos.
Why your Casumo withdrawal hasn’t arrived yet
Casumo’s policy lists the conditions a withdrawal must meet. Reading them in reverse gives you the most likely reasons a Casumo withdrawal is not received on time.
Common reasons a Casumo payout is delayed and what to do
Cause
What you might see
What to do
Verification still open
Status stays pending; email asking for documents
Upload what is asked for promptly and clearly
Deposit not cleared or reversed
Request declined or held
Check the deposit went through and wasn’t charged back

Check your original deposit method’s account

Review of a game fault or prohibited activity
Temporary freeze on payouts
Ask support what the review concerns and how long it should take
Bank or card processing
Status shows approved, money not in account
Allow the method’s window, then ask your bank
The policy also says slow replies to information requests can delay withdrawals. That is the cause most within your control: if Casumo asks for a document and you reply four days later, the three-day approval clock effectively restarts from when they receive it. Our page on why withdrawals get declined explains the wider set of reasons UK casinos give.
Verification holds on Casumo withdrawals
Every UK-licensed casino must confirm your name, address and date of birth before you can deposit or play, under rules in force since 7 May 2019. That means basic identity checks should already be done by the time you first cash out. Casumo’s policy adds that it may carry out further checks on any payout above the equivalent of €1,000, or once your total withdrawals pass the equivalent of €2,000, and that it may also check smaller payouts.
In practice, a £1,200 withdrawal is more likely to trigger an extra document request than a £150 one, and a run of several £400 withdrawals can reach the cumulative threshold. Our Casumo verification guide lists the usual documents, and the general casino verification documents page shows what a clear upload looks like.
There is an important limit on these checks. Casumo’s policy says it won’t block a withdrawal using information it could reasonably have collected earlier, such as at registration. That matches the Gambling Commission’s rule that a business can’t make proof of identity a condition of withdrawal when it could have asked sooner, except where the law requires a check at that point (for example anti-money-laundering source-of-funds checks; see our page on source of funds checks).
Where your Casumo money goes: same-method payouts
Casumo says that, where possible, it pays withdrawals back to the method you deposited with, and only to the registered account holder. If you deposited by PayPal and later added a debit card, part or all of your payout may go to PayPal first. People often check their bank account for money that has actually landed in an e-wallet.
The table shows which methods Casumo lists for each direction on its UK site. Paysafecard and Instant Banking appear as deposit options but not in the withdrawal table, so a payout linked to those deposits will need another method; support can confirm which.

Casumo withdrawal smaller than expected: fees and limits
Sometimes the complaint isn’t that nothing arrived, but that less arrived. Two published rules explain most of these cases.
The £3 fee on payouts under £10
Casumo charges no fee on withdrawals of £10 or more, but takes £3 from any withdrawal below £10. Withdraw £8 and you receive £5; withdraw £10 and you receive the full £10. If your balance is just under £10, waiting until it reaches £10 is cheaper than paying the fee, but don’t keep playing just to round the figure up. See are casino withdrawals free for how fees work at other sites.
Bonus funds you can’t cash out
If you took the welcome bonus, money still tied to wagering isn’t withdrawable cash. The Casumo offer must be wagered 10x within 7 days, so a £50 bonus means £500 of qualifying bets before the bonus converts. Our Casumo bonus terms page walks through it, and can I withdraw a casino bonus explains the general rule.
Monthly limit on very large wins
Casumo’s policy says that where a request exceeds €50,000, you can withdraw the higher of the amount you deposited that month or €50,000 per month, with higher limits possible for VIP customers. Very few players meet this, but it explains a part-payment on an unusually large win. Our guide to casino withdrawal limits covers how such caps work.
What to do if your Casumo withdrawal is not received
Work through these steps in order. Each one rules out a cause before you spend time on the next.
Check the date. Add up to three days for approval plus your method’s transfer time from the table above. If you’re still inside that window, wait.
Open your Casumo transaction history and note the exact status, amount and reference of the withdrawal.
Search your email, including spam, and your Casumo account messages for any document or information request, and answer it in full.
If the status is approved, check the account you deposited with: bank statement, card app or e-wallet history. Remember the same-method rule.
Still missing? Email hey@casumo.com (support hours 7:00–23:00 UK time) with your username, the withdrawal reference, date, amount and method. Ask for a written reason and an expected date.
If the answer doesn’t resolve it, ask for your message to be treated as a formal complaint under Casumo’s complaints procedure and keep a copy.
If eight weeks pass without a resolution, or you receive a final response you disagree with, take it to the free ADR provider Casumo names in its terms.

Current Commission guidance
The Commission’s page “I can’t withdraw my winnings” (opens in a new tab) says you should be able to withdraw without unreasonable delay and shouldn’t have to take money out in instalments. There is no fixed legal maximum processing time, which is why Casumo’s own three-day figure is the benchmark to hold it to. The reverse withdrawal ban also means the money can’t be offered back to you for play while you wait; see can you cancel a casino withdrawal for what that means in practice.
Escalating a missing Casumo payout: complaints and ADR
The Gambling Commission doesn’t resolve individual complaints, but it sets the process. Its guide on how to complain (opens in a new tab) says the business has eight weeks from receiving your complaint to resolve it. After that, or after a final response you don’t accept, you can refer it to an approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider for free.
Finish verification early, before you have a balance to withdraw.
Deposit and withdraw with the same method where you can, in your own name.
Withdraw £10 or more to avoid the £3 small-payout fee.
Use PayPal, Apple Pay or another e-wallet if speed matters most; Casumo lists these as instant after approval. Our guide to the fastest withdrawal methods compares options.
Keep your contact email current so document requests reach you.

Casumo and a no-wagering alternative
Withdrawal problems at Casumo are usually solvable through the steps above, and the casino is licensed and regulated in Great Britain. Our main Casumo casino review covers the site as a whole. If you’re weighing it against another option, PlayOJO vs Casumo compares the two.
Casumo’s welcome offer for new customers (18+, opt-in required) is a 50% bonus up to £100 on a first deposit of at least £20; the bonus must be wagered 10x within 7 days, with a £5 maximum bet while it is active, and game, play and payment restrictions apply. PlayOJO gives new UK customers (18+, excluding Northern Ireland) 80 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza at 10p each with a first deposit of £10 or more; spin winnings are paid as cash with no wagering. Offers checked 5 October 2026; full terms apply. Gambling is entertainment that costs money, so only deposit what you can afford to lose.

Frequently asked questions
How long should I wait before chasing a Casumo withdrawal?
Wait until Casumo’s approval window and your method’s transfer time have both passed. The withdrawal policy says requests should be approved or denied within three days. After approval, the UK site quotes up to two days for debit cards, up to five days for bank transfer and instant arrival for PayPal, Apple Pay, Skrill, Neteller and MuchBetter. That puts a card payout at roughly five days and a bank transfer at roughly eight days in the worst case. Before then, check for a document request. Our Casumo withdrawal time page sets out the typical speeds in more detail.
Why is my Casumo withdrawal still pending?
A pending status means Casumo hasn’t finished reviewing the request. That is normal for up to three days. The most common reasons it lasts longer are an unanswered verification request, a deposit that hasn’t cleared or was reversed, or an open review of a game fault or suspected prohibited activity. Look in your email, including spam, for a document request and reply in full. If there is nothing and three days have passed, contact support with the withdrawal reference. See our explainer on pending withdrawals for how the stages work at UK casinos generally.
My Casumo withdrawal says approved but I haven’t got the money. What now?
Once Casumo shows a withdrawal as approved, the money has left the casino and any remaining wait sits with your bank, card issuer or e-wallet. Check the account you deposited with first, because Casumo pays back to the deposit method where possible. Allow up to two days for a card and up to five days for a bank transfer. If that window passes, ask Casumo for the payment reference, then give it to your bank so it can trace the transfer. Our guide to how to withdraw casino winnings explains each stage.
Can Casumo ask for ID before paying my withdrawal?
Yes, within limits. Casumo’s policy says it may run extra checks on a payout above the equivalent of €1,000 or once cumulative withdrawals pass €2,000, and it can check smaller payouts too. But under Gambling Commission rules a casino can’t make identity documents a condition of withdrawal when it could reasonably have asked for them earlier, except where the law requires a check at that point, such as anti-money-laundering checks. Basic age and identity verification should be complete before your first deposit. Our Casumo verification page lists the usual documents.
Why did I receive £3 less than I withdrew from Casumo?
Casumo charges a £3 fee on any withdrawal below £10, and no fee on withdrawals of £10 or more. So an £8 withdrawal pays out £5, while a £10 withdrawal pays out in full. If you withdrew £10 or more and still received less, the difference may be a bank or currency charge, or part of the payout may have gone to a different method under the same-method rule. Check each payment account, then ask support for a breakdown. Our page on whether casino withdrawals are free compares fee policies.
Can I cancel my Casumo withdrawal and play the money instead?
No. Since 31 October 2021, UK-licensed casinos haven’t been allowed to give customers the option to cancel a withdrawal request, which is known as a reverse withdrawal. Once you ask for a payout, Casumo shouldn’t offer to put it back into play. The rule exists because reversing withdrawals was linked to players gambling away money they had decided to keep. If a withdrawal is declined, the funds return to your balance and you can request it again. Our reverse withdrawal ban page explains the rule and its history.
Is Casumo a safe casino to withdraw from?
Casumo is run by Recro Limited, which holds a remote casino licence from the Gambling Commission under account number 61549, so it must follow UK rules on fair terms, withdrawals and complaints. That doesn’t mean every payout is instant, but it does give you a regulated complaints route and access to free ADR if a dispute isn’t resolved within eight weeks. You can confirm the licence yourself on the public register. Our is Casumo legit page covers licensing and ownership in more depth.
Who do I contact about a missing Casumo payout?
Start with Casumo’s customer support. Its published email is hey@casumo.com and UK support hours are 7:00 to 23:00 GMT or BST. Include your username, the withdrawal reference, the amount, the method and the date you requested it, and ask for a written reason plus an expected payment date. If the response doesn’t resolve it, ask for the matter to be logged as a formal complaint. Our Casumo customer service page covers contact options, and how to complain to Casumo explains the next stage.
What if Casumo refuses to pay my winnings?
Ask for the reason in writing and the specific term it relies on. Casumo’s policy allows it to hold withdrawals while verification is incomplete, where a payment was reversed, or during investigations into game faults or prohibited activity. If you think the decision is wrong, raise a formal complaint. The business has eight weeks to resolve it, after which you can go to the free ADR provider named in Casumo’s terms. The Gambling Commission doesn’t decide individual disputes, but you can report concerns to it. Read our guide to complaining about a casino for templates and timings.
Which Casumo withdrawal method is quickest?
According to Casumo’s UK site, PayPal, Apple Pay, Skrill, Neteller and MuchBetter withdrawals arrive instantly once the payout is approved. Debit cards take up to two days and bank transfer up to five days after approval. Every method still waits for Casumo’s approval, which its policy says should happen within three days, although the homepage says many requests are reviewed within hours. Remember the same-method rule: you may need to withdraw to the method you deposited with. Our fastest withdrawal methods guide compares speeds across UK casinos.
