PlayOJO vs Casumo is the clearest choice on the site between no wagering and low wagering. PlayOJO gives 80 wager-free spins for a £10 first deposit; Casumo adds a 50% bonus up to £100 that must be wagered 10x within 7 days. Here are the sums at different deposits, plus payouts, apps, licences and tools, checked 5 October 2026.

In brief
PlayOJO
PlayOJO has no sportsbook. Check each offer's terms to see whether it applies no wagering to any promotion, not only the welcome offer. Its welcome spins are on a single slot, Big Bass Bonanza, and its signature feature is OJOplus, money back on every game played; new players must first be verified.
Casumo
Casumo states a library of 6,000+ games on its UK site and has the largest bonus of the five, up to £100. The change worth knowing is in the footer: the British site is operated by Recro Limited, account 61549, whose remote casino licence the register shows as active since 21 December 2023.
Verdict
PlayOJO suits
A slots player who has been caught by bonus small print before.
Casumo suits
A regular slots player who values choice and can give a bonus a full week.
No wagering against ten times. PlayOJO's offer is worth about £7.70 on average for a £10 deposit; Casumo's needs £20, gives £10 and leaves about £6 after wagering. Casumo states a library of 6,000+ games.
PlayOJO vs Casumo bonus value at £20, £50, £100 and £200
The two welcome offers scale in opposite ways. PlayOJO's 80 spins are a fixed reward: whether you deposit £10 or £200, you get £8 of spins at face value. Casumo's offer grows with the deposit, at 50% of it, until the bonus reaches £100 on a £200 deposit, but each pound of bonus has to be staked ten times before it turns into withdrawable cash.
To compare like with like, the table uses averages. For PlayOJO, 80 spins × 10p = £8 staked on Big Bass Bonanza, whose published RTP is 96.71%, returns about £7.74 on average. For Casumo, the average cost of wagering is the amount wagered multiplied by the house edge; at an illustrative 96% RTP slot that edge is 4%, so £100 of wagering costs about £4 on average.

On paper Casumo pulls ahead from about £50, but the averages hide two things. First, your deposit is staked at full risk in both cases; a bigger deposit to unlock a bigger bonus means more of your own money in play. Second, wagering £1,000 inside 7 days with a £5 maximum bet means at least 200 spins at the cap, and many more at lower stakes. The higher average value only counts if that pace suits how you already play. You can test other amounts in the wagering calculator.
These are long-run averages, not predictions. Slots are volatile, most sessions end above or below the average, and the house edge means you should expect to lose money over time. 18+. T&Cs apply.
How Casumo's 10x wagering works under the UK cap
Casumo's bonus sits exactly at the legal ceiling. Since 19 January 2026 the Gambling Commission's 10x wagering cap means no UK casino may require bonus funds to be played through more than ten times; before then 35x to 50x was common. The Commission's own illustration was a £10 bonus at 50x needing £500 of play. Casumo's £10 bonus on a £20 deposit needs £100.
Opt in to the welcome offer before your first deposit; the bonus is not added automatically.
Deposit at least £20 with an eligible method (payment restrictions apply, so check the terms first).
Receive 50% of the deposit as bonus funds, up to £100.
Keep every bet at £5 or less while the bonus is active.
Play eligible games until your total stakes reach ten times the bonus, within 7 days.
Once wagering is complete, the remaining bonus balance converts and can be withdrawn under the terms.
Game restrictions matter more than the multiplier. If a game is excluded, or contributes only part of each stake (see game weighting explained), the real amount you need to stake rises. A bet above the maximum bet can put the bonus and its winnings at risk, which is why the £5 rule is in the key terms.
PlayOJO 80 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza: the terms that matter
PlayOJO's offer has fewer moving parts, and that is its main selling point. Make a first deposit of £10 or more as a new UK customer (Northern Ireland is excluded) through the designated offer link, and you receive 80 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza at 10p each. There is no wagering: winnings are paid as cash. The offer can't be combined with any other promotion.

High volatility means that many of the 80 spins will return nothing and a few will return most of the value. Two players taking the same offer can see very different results, from a few pence to tens of pounds. The average return of about £7.74 is a fair way to compare offers, but not a forecast for any one session. See PlayOJO free spins and our Big Bass Bonanza free spins page for more on the game and the offer.
Casumo vs PlayOJO withdrawal times and payment methods
Casumo publishes a withdrawal table by method and a written withdrawal policy; PlayOJO's payment methods, minimum withdrawal and payout times are not verified in our facts. That gap is worth weighing if fast, predictable payouts matter to you.

Who owns PlayOJO and Casumo? Licences and records
PlayOJO and Casumo are run by unrelated companies, so you can hold accounts at both and each welcome offer is judged on its own terms. Both hold remote casino licences from the Gambling Commission.

A licence also decides what happens if something goes wrong. Each casino must publish a complaints procedure and has 8 weeks to resolve a complaint before it must offer referral to a free, independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider; the Commission itself does not settle individual disputes. Each must also state in its terms how well customer funds are protected if the business fails, rated not protected, medium or high, and you must acknowledge that rating before your first deposit is used. We have not checked which rating each casino uses, so read that section of the terms when you sign up. How to complain about a casino sets out the steps.
PlayOJO vs Casumo apps, customer support and safer gambling tools
Day-to-day use differs more than the scores suggest. PlayOJO is a casino and bingo brand with no sportsbook; Casumo's iOS app is titled Casumo Casino & Sports Betting and combines both products in one download.

No wagering vs low wagering: myths and facts
Myth: a no-wagering offer is always better. Fact: at larger deposits a 10x bonus can have a higher average value, as the table above shows; see no wagering vs low wagering.
Myth: 10x wagering means you must lose ten times the bonus. Fact: you must stake ten times the bonus; the expected loss is that stake multiplied by the house edge.
Myth: free spins winnings at PlayOJO come with strings. Fact: the welcome spin winnings are paid in cash with no wagering.
Myth: a bigger bonus is worth chasing with a bigger deposit. Fact: only deposit what you were already happy to spend; set a limit first.

Frequently asked questions
Is PlayOJO or Casumo better?
PlayOJO is better for small deposits and simplicity, while Casumo offers more average value on larger deposits if you can meet its conditions. PlayOJO gives 80 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza for a £10 first deposit, with winnings paid in cash and no wagering. Casumo gives a 50% bonus up to £100 on a £20+ first deposit, wagered 10x within 7 days with a £5 maximum bet. Casumo publishes payout times by method; PlayOJO's need checking in its cashier. 18+, terms apply. The latest PlayOJO offer page tracks changes.
Which scores higher?
Neither: PlayOJO and Casumo both score 4.2 out of 5 on this site. PlayOJO scores well for the simplest wager-free welcome offer and its OJOplus money-back feature, while Casumo scores well for a stated library of 6,000+ games, a larger potential bonus and clearly published withdrawal times. Our scores weigh published offer terms, licensing, payment information and safer gambling tools, and they are dated rather than permanent. A change to either welcome offer or to published payment terms can move a score. The how we rate page explains the method in full.
Can I join both?
Yes. PlayOJO and Casumo are run by unrelated licence holders, Skill On Net Limited and Recro Limited, so holding an account at each is allowed and each welcome offer is for that casino's new customers. Take one offer at a time so you can meet its conditions, particularly Casumo's 7-day wagering window. Set a deposit limit at each account, because limits do not carry across brands. If you ever use GAMSTOP, it covers both sites and every other GB-licensed online casino. Our guide to multiple casino accounts explains the practical and safer gambling points.
When checked?
The offers and facts on this page were last checked on 5 October 2026, and the app details on 20 October 2026. Offer terms came from each casino's published terms on that date; Casumo's payment details came from its UK site and withdrawal policy; licence details came from the Gambling Commission's public register. The page is not a live feed, so a casino may change its offer after our check. Before depositing, compare the terms on the casino's own site with this page, and trust the casino's version if they differ. The latest Casumo offer page records changes as we find them.
Do all five casinos have a welcome offer?
Yes. All five partner casinos had a welcome offer when checked on 5 October 2026. Three give wager-free spins: Coral (bet £10 on slots, get 100 free spins), Ladbrokes (play £10 on slots, get up to 500 free spins over 10 days) and PlayOJO (80 free spins on a £10 first deposit). Two give bonus money with 10x wagering: Casumo (50% up to £100, 7 days) and 10bet (100% up to £25, 3 days). All are for new customers aged 18 and over, and full terms apply. The latest welcome offers page compares them in one table.
Which offers have no wagering?
Coral's, Ladbrokes' and PlayOJO's welcome offers have no wagering, so spin winnings can be withdrawn without further play. Coral gives 100 free spins at 10p after you bet £10 on slots, Ladbrokes up to 500 spins at 10p over ten days after you play £10 on slots, and PlayOJO 80 spins at 10p on Big Bass Bonanza with a £10 first deposit. Casumo and 10bet attach 10x wagering to their bonus money, the maximum UK rules have allowed since 19 January 2026. 18+, terms apply. See no wagering offers for the full comparison.
What payment method should I use for a first deposit?
A debit card is the safest general choice, because it suits every welcome offer here, though Coral's terms exclude certain debit cards, so check them. Coral and Ladbrokes exclude e-wallets such as PayPal, Skrill and Neteller, plus prepaid cards and Paysafe. Casumo says payment restrictions apply to its bonus, so read its terms before choosing PayPal or Skrill there; PlayOJO's methods need checking in its cashier. Credit cards are banned at every UK casino. Whatever you choose, withdrawals usually go back to the same method. See debit card casino bonuses for more.
Are there no deposit offers?
None that we could verify at these five casinos: every partner welcome offer needs a deposit or a qualifying bet of at least £10. No-deposit bonuses have become rare in the UK, partly because casinos must verify your age and identity before you can play even with a bonus, which removes much of their appeal as a quick sign-up tool. Be wary of sites advertising large no-deposit bonuses to UK players without a Gambling Commission licence. Our page on why no deposit bonuses are rare explains the reasons and what to look for instead.
Do you list newly launched casinos?
No. We cover five established, UKGC-licensed partner casinos and do not list newly launched sites that we have not verified. A new casino can be perfectly legitimate, but we only publish details we can check against the Gambling Commission's register and the casino's own published terms. If you are weighing up a new site, check its licence and domain on the register, read its complaints procedure and ADR provider, and look for clear terms before depositing. Our guide on how to judge a new casino lists the checks in order.
Is Casumo's bonus better value than PlayOJO's free spins?
It depends on your deposit: below about £50, PlayOJO's 80 wager-free spins are worth more on average, and above it Casumo's 50% bonus usually is. PlayOJO's spins are worth about £7.74 on average whatever you deposit. Casumo's bonus on a £20 deposit is £10, which after £100 of wagering at a 96% RTP leaves about £6 on average; on a £200 deposit it is £100, leaving about £60 after £1,000 of wagering. Those figures are averages, and Casumo's 7-day window and £5 maximum bet apply. 18+, terms apply. See how wagering requirements work.
What happens if I don't finish Casumo's wagering in 7 days?
If you don't complete the 10x wagering within 7 days, the bonus and any winnings still tied to it are normally removed under the terms, while your own cash balance remains yours. That is why the deadline matters as much as the multiplier: £1,000 of wagering on a £100 bonus means about £143 of stakes a day. Read Casumo's full terms for how it treats partly wagered bonuses and which games count. If the pace is more than you would normally play, a smaller deposit or no bonus is the safer choice. See bonus expiry explained.
Which pays out faster, PlayOJO or Casumo?
Casumo is the only one of the two with published payout times in our facts, so it is the more predictable choice. Casumo says withdrawals are reviewed within a matter of hours, with its policy allowing up to 3 days for approval, after which PayPal, Apple Pay, Skrill, Neteller and MuchBetter payouts are instant, cards take up to 2 days and bank transfers up to 5 days. A £3 fee applies below £10. PlayOJO's payout times are not verified here, so check its cashier and help pages. See PlayOJO withdrawal time for what we know.
Are PlayOJO and Casumo safe for UK players?
Both are licensed by the Gambling Commission, the legal requirement for any casino serving British players. PlayOJO is run by Skill On Net Limited, account 39326, and Casumo by Recro Limited, account 61549; both entries are on the Commission's public register. A licence means each must follow UK rules on age verification, fair terms, the 10x wagering cap, stake limits, GAMSTOP and complaints. PlayOJO's operator agreed a £305,150 settlement with the Commission in May 2023. Safe still means gambling costs money, so set limits. See are online casinos safe in the UK.
What is the maximum bet with a Casumo bonus?
The maximum is £5 per bet or spin while the Casumo welcome bonus is active. Breaking the maximum bet rule can put the bonus and winnings made with it at risk, so check your stake before each session until wagering is complete. The £5 bonus limit happens to match the UK legal stake limit on online slots for players aged 25 and over; players aged 18 to 24 are capped at £2 a spin on slots anyway, bonus or not. PlayOJO's spins are fixed at 10p, so no maximum bet applies to them. See max bet rule explained.
