Bingo Diamond: operator and licence

Bingo Diamond is a bingo and slots site run by Broadway Gaming Limited, a Dublin-based operator holding Gambling Commission account 39075. Its remote bingo and casino licences have been active since 1 November 2014, with no regulatory actions listed when checked on 20 October 2026. This page covers the group behind it, its sister sites and the UK rules that shape a bingo-led site.

Key takeaways

  • Bingo Diamond's licence holder is Broadway Gaming Limited, UKGC account 39075, with a head office in Dublin.
  • The account holds both a remote bingo and a remote casino licence, active since 1 November 2014.
  • Broadway bought 888's online bingo business in July 2022; Wink Bingo and Moon Bingo sit on a separate Broadway account (58267).
  • Since 19 January 2026, promotions can't mix bingo with slots, which changes how bingo-and-slots sites build offers.

Who runs Bingo Diamond

Bingo Diamond is operated by Broadway Gaming Limited, whose Gambling Commission account number is 39075 and whose head office is listed in Dublin, Ireland. Judging by the names on its licence, the British portfolio is built mostly around bingo-branded sites that also carry slots and instant games.

You can see the licence record on Broadway Gaming Limited's register entry (opens in a new tab). On 20 October 2026 it showed remote bingo and remote casino licences, both active since 1 November 2014, and nothing under regulatory actions.

The licence dates belong to the account, not to the Bingo Diamond name. Brands join and leave accounts over time, so treat 2014 as the age of the licence holder's authorisation rather than the launch date of this particular site. Why a bingo site like Bingo Diamond needs a casino licence too

Online bingo and online casino games are separate licensed activities in Great Britain. A site that only ran bingo rooms would need just a remote bingo licence; the moment it adds slots, scratchcards or roulette, it needs a remote casino licence as well. That is why most bingo brands, Bingo Diamond included, sit on accounts holding both.

Broadway Gaming: the group behind Bingo Diamond

Broadway Gaming's biggest recent move was buying 888 Holdings' online bingo business. Trade coverage reported the sale completed on 7 July 2022, for $45.25m in total, after an agreement announced the previous December, and that 888 would provide transitional services for up to 12 months. At the time, Broadway's existing bingo brands already included Butlers Bingo, Glossy Bingo, Rosy Bingo, Dotty Bingo and Bingo Diamond.

Broadway now runs its British brands across two Gambling Commission accounts. This brand belongs to Broadway Gaming Limited (39075). Wink Bingo and Moon Bingo are on a different company, Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited (58267) (opens in a new tab). If you use brands on both accounts, they have different licence holders, so limits or exclusions set at one may not carry over to the other.

Bingo Diamond sister sites

The domain list for account 39075 (opens in a new tab) is the authoritative source for which brands share Bingo Diamond's licence. On 20 October 2026 it included the names below.

On the sister account (58267) are Wink Bingo and Moon Bingo. A long list of names on one licence is normal for bingo operators, which often run several themed sites on shared software. Our guide to casino sister sites explains what that means for offers and accounts.

How 2026 rules changed bingo-and-slots offers

Bingo brands were among those most affected by the mixed-product promotions ban, in force since 19 January 2026. Before that date, a familiar offer shape was "buy £10 of bingo tickets and get slot spins". Bingo and casino are different gambling products, so that kind of bundle can no longer be offered by any UK licensee.

Here is how the change plays out with simple numbers. Under the old pattern, a £10 bingo spend might have unlocked 20 slot spins. Now a bingo promotion must reward bingo play, for example with bingo tickets, and a slot promotion must be triggered by slot play. If a bingo site gives a slot bonus of £10, the 10x wagering cap limits the play-through to £100, and that play must be on the casino side.

Promotions for existing customers fall under the same rules. Our bingo bonus guide explains how bingo offers are typically structured now.

Safer gambling at Bingo Diamond

Bingo is often seen as gentler than slots, but the same habits help. As a UK licensee, Broadway Gaming Limited must prompt you to set a financial limit before your first deposit (since 31 October 2025), offer time-outs and self-exclusion, take part in GAMSTOP and send you no marketing for products or channels you haven't opted in to (since 1 May 2025).

The National Gambling Helpline, run by GamCare (opens in a new tab), is free on 0808 8020 133 at any hour. Our guide to signs of problem gambling lists early warning signs, including chasing losses between bingo games and slots.

Checking Bingo Diamond on the Gambling Commission register

  1. Find the licence wording in the Bingo Diamond footer and note the company and account number.
  2. Search the Commission's public register for 39075 or Broadway Gaming Limited.
  3. Confirm both the remote bingo and remote casino licences read Active.
  4. Look at the regulatory actions tab for any sanctions.
  5. Check that the exact Bingo Diamond web address appears on the account's domain list.

How a bingo-first site compares with casino-led brands

Bingo Diamond sits in the bingo-first category: rooms, chat-led games and scheduled draws, with slots alongside. Casino-led sites put slots, live dealer games and table games first. Neither is better in general; they suit different preferences.

Advantages

  • Bingo tickets are often low-priced, so a set budget can last longer
  • Scheduled games give a natural pace with breaks between draws
  • Operated under both bingo and casino licences, with UK rules applying to each

Drawbacks

  • Moving between bingo and slots on one balance makes spending harder to track
  • Offers are now split by product, so a bingo bonus won't fund slot play
  • Many sister brands on one licence can look different but behave alike

If you are deciding between sites, our how to choose an online casino guide suggests what to compare, from licence checks to withdrawal policies.

Frequently asked questions

Who owns Bingo Diamond?

Broadway Gaming Limited operates Bingo Diamond. The company holds Gambling Commission account 39075 and lists its head office in Dublin, Ireland. Broadway Gaming is an online bingo group whose British brands include Butlers Bingo, Rosy Bingo and, through a separate company, Wink Bingo and Moon Bingo. Your account and balance sit with Broadway Gaming Limited, which also handles complaints. Our Butlers Bingo profile covers a sister brand on the same licence, and our sister sites guide explains how groups organise their brands.

Is Bingo Diamond licensed in the UK?

Yes, Bingo Diamond runs under Broadway Gaming Limited's remote bingo and remote casino licences, both active since 1 November 2014 under account 39075. When we checked on 20 October 2026, the register showed no regulatory actions against the account. The two licences matter because bingo and slots are separate regulated activities in Great Britain. You can confirm the record yourself with our licence check guide, and our page on what UKGC-licensed means explains the protections that follow.

What are the Bingo Diamond sister sites?

Bingo Diamond's sister sites on the same licence (39075) include Butlers Bingo, Rosy Bingo, Glossy Bingo, Dotty Bingo, Lucky 247, Fluffy Wins, Jungle Reels, Casino Fantastico and Casino of Dreams. Wink Bingo and Moon Bingo belong to the same group but are licensed to Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited under account 58267. Sites on one licence typically share terms, verification and payment rules. See our profiles of Rosy Bingo and Wink Bingo to compare brands across the two accounts.

Did 888 sell its bingo sites to Bingo Diamond's owner?

Yes, trade reports say 888 Holdings sold its online bingo business to Broadway Gaming, with completion on 7 July 2022 and a total price of $45.25m. The deal had been agreed the previous December, and 888 was to provide transitional services for up to a year. Bingo Diamond was already a Broadway brand before the deal; coverage at the time listed it among Broadway's existing sites. If a brand you use changes hands, our guides on how offers change and when a casino closes explain what can happen to your account.

Can a Bingo Diamond bingo deposit unlock slot spins?

Not any more. Since 19 January 2026 UK rules have banned promotions that mix gambling products, and bingo and casino games count as different products. So no licensed site can require you to buy bingo tickets to receive slot spins, or to play slots to get bingo tickets. Offers now stay within one product, and any casino bonus is subject to the 10x wagering cap introduced on the same date. Our pages on the mixed-product promotions ban and the bingo bonus guide explain how offers have changed.

Do slot stake limits apply on Bingo Diamond?

Yes, the slot stake limits apply to the slots on Bingo Diamond just as they do on any casino site. Players aged 25 and over can stake up to £5 per spin, a rule in force since 9 April 2025, and those aged 18 to 24 are limited to £2 per spin since 21 May 2025. The limits cover reel-based slots, not bingo tickets or table games such as roulette. Read the £5 slot stake limit and £2 stake limit for under-25s pages for detail on how the limits work.

Is Bingo Diamond safe?

Yes, in regulatory terms: the site runs under active UK bingo and casino licences, with no regulatory actions listed on 20 October 2026, so it must follow British rules on fairness, verification, limits and complaints. That gives you regulatory protection, but it doesn't change the maths: bingo and slots both return less than players pay in over time. Set a deposit limit at registration and decide your budget before each session. Our page on whether online casinos are safe in the UK and the guide to setting a gambling budget go further.

Does GAMSTOP block Bingo Diamond?

Yes, GAMSTOP covers Bingo Diamond, because every online gambling operator licensed in Great Britain has been required to participate since 31 March 2020. Signing up blocks you from all its sister sites and from every other UK-licensed online bingo and casino brand, including those on Broadway's second account. You choose six months, one year or five years, and the exclusion can't be lifted early. For the steps and what happens afterwards, read our guides on how to use GAMSTOP and how to self-exclude.

How do I complain to Bingo Diamond?

Raise the complaint with Bingo Diamond's customer support first, setting out what happened with dates, amounts and screenshots. Broadway Gaming Limited then has eight weeks to resolve it. If you are still unhappy after its final response, or the eight weeks pass, you can refer the dispute free of charge to the ADR provider named in the site's terms. The Gambling Commission doesn't settle individual complaints. Our complaints guide and our page on complaints and ADR rules explain what each stage involves.

Why is Bingo Diamond's head office in Dublin?

Bingo Diamond's licence holder, Broadway Gaming Limited, lists its head office in Dublin, and UK rules allow that. The Gambling Commission requires a licence for anyone offering remote gambling to people in Britain and a UK address for service, but it doesn't require the company to be incorporated in Britain. What matters for you is that the brand sits on an active UK licence, so British rules on stakes, bonuses and complaints apply. Our guides on how casinos get a UK licence and offshore casinos explain the distinction.
