Foxy Games is run by LC International Limited, the Gibraltar company that holds UK Gambling Commission account 54743 for Entain plc, the same licence that covers Coral, Ladbrokes and Gala. It began as Foxy Casino in 2015, a spin-off from Foxy Bingo, and took the Foxy Games name in 2019. Here is what that shared licence means and how to check it.
Foxy Games’ licence holder is LC International Limited, UKGC account 54743, owned by Entain plc.
The brand launched as Foxy Casino in 2015 and was renamed Foxy Games in 2019; Foxy Bingo dates from 2005.
The same licence covers Foxy Bingo, Gala, Coral, Ladbrokes, PartyCasino and bwin, so limits and exclusions can link up.
Entain agreed a £17m settlement in August 2022, of which £14m related to LC International.

Who runs Foxy Games
LC International Limited runs Foxy Games for British players. It is a Gibraltar company holding UK Gambling Commission account 54743, and its remote casino, bingo and betting licences have been active since July 2019. The company belongs to Entain plc, the FTSE-listed group that also owns Ladbrokes and Coral.
That makes Foxy Games a close relative of two of the casinos we work with. We still treat it as a separate brand: it has its own website, games lobby and promotions. But the company you contract with is the same one behind Coral and Ladbrokes, which matters for accounts and exclusions, as explained below.
From Foxy Bingo to Foxy Games: the brand history
The fox mascot has been part of British online bingo for two decades. The brand has passed through several owners as the industry consolidated.

2020

The 2019 rename reflected a wider product range than a single casino, including slots, jackpot games and instant-win titles. A rename on its own doesn’t change who holds your balance. Our history of UK online casinos puts this consolidation in context.
Foxy Games sister sites on the Entain licence
LC International’s trading names on the register (opens in a new tab) include fourteen active names: bwin, Coral, Foxy Bingo, Foxy Games, Gala, Gala Bingo, Gala Casino, Gala Coral, Gala Spins, Game Bookers, Ladbrokes, Party Casino, Party Poker and Sporting Bet. Cheeky Bingo and Party Sports are listed as inactive.
What one licence holder means for Foxy Games players
When many brands share one licensed company, some things are likely to be linked. Check the terms for the exact position, but expect the following:
Verification: documents you supplied to one brand may already be on file for another.
Self-exclusion: excluding at one brand may extend to others on the licence; GAMSTOP covers them all.
Welcome offers: new-customer offers may be limited if you already hold an account with a sister brand; read the eligibility clause, as covered in our guide to multiple casino accounts.
Marketing: since 1 May 2025 you consent per product and channel, so joining Foxy Games shouldn’t mean betting emails from another brand unless you opted in.
In August 2022 Entain agreed a £17m regulatory settlement with the Gambling Commission over social responsibility and anti-money laundering failings, of which £14m related to LC International Limited. Because Foxy Games runs under that company, the settlement covered the licence it trades on, although the public statement concerned the operator’s systems rather than one brand.
The size of a settlement depends partly on the size of the business and how long failings lasted, so comparing headline figures between operators tells you little. Our page on Gambling Commission fines explains how penalties are worked out and what changes operators must make afterwards.
What changed for Foxy Games players in 2025 and 2026

LC International must give Foxy Games players deposit limits, time-outs, reality checks and self-exclusion, and it takes part in GAMSTOP. Instant-win and slot games can be fast even within the speed rules, so a session reminder can help you keep track; see our guide to setting a gambling budget. How Foxy Games compares as a type of site
Foxy Games is a games-only brand inside a betting group: no sportsbook on the site, but a parent that runs several. Compared with a standalone casino, you get the systems of a large group and a shared licence; compared with Coral or Ladbrokes, you get a lobby focused on slots, jackpots and instant wins without sport alongside. If jackpots interest you, our guide to jackpot slots explains how the prize pools work. The UK casino brands A–Z shows the owner behind every other name we cover.

Frequently asked questions
Who owns Foxy Games?
Foxy Games is owned by Entain plc and run by its Gibraltar company LC International Limited, which holds UK Gambling Commission account 54743. The same company runs Coral, Ladbrokes, Gala and Foxy Bingo. The Foxy brand began with Foxy Bingo in 2005, passed through PartyGaming and bwin.party, and came to Entain, then called GVC Holdings, through its purchase of bwin.party. Our UK casino brands A–Z lists the owners behind other well-known sites.
Is Foxy Games licensed in the UK?
Yes. LC International Limited holds active UK Gambling Commission licences for remote casino, bingo and betting, in place since July 2019, and Foxy Games is listed as an active trading name on that licence. You can confirm the domain and trading name on the public register. A UK licence means the site must follow British rules on fairness, verification and safer gambling. See how to check a casino licence for the steps.
What is the difference between Foxy Games and Foxy Bingo?
They are sister brands run by the same licensed company, LC International Limited, but they are separate websites. Foxy Bingo launched in 2005 and focuses on bingo, while Foxy Games grew out of Foxy Casino, launched in 2015 and renamed in 2019, and focuses on slots, jackpots and instant-win games. Accounts and exclusions may be linked because of the shared licence. Our explainer on casino sister sites covers what that means.
Why did Foxy Casino become Foxy Games?
Foxy Casino was relaunched as Foxy Games in 2019, a name that better fits a lobby covering slots, jackpot games, casino titles and instant-win games rather than casino tables alone. A rename doesn’t change who holds your account or balance; LC International Limited remained the licence holder. If you see an old Foxy Casino link, type the current address yourself rather than following it. Our guide on how to spot a fake casino explains why.
Does Foxy Games share an owner with Coral and Ladbrokes?
Yes. Foxy Games, Coral and Ladbrokes all run under LC International Limited’s licence, account 54743, owned by Entain. That can mean shared verification records, linked self-exclusion and limits on new-customer offers if you already hold an account in the group. Always read the eligibility terms before claiming a welcome offer at a sister brand. Our page on Coral sister sites looks at the same family from Coral’s side.
Has Foxy Games been fined?
Foxy Games itself wasn’t named on its own, but its licence holder was part of Entain’s £17m settlement with the Gambling Commission in August 2022, of which £14m related to LC International Limited. The settlement concerned social responsibility and anti-money laundering failings in the operator’s systems. Settlements usually require changes to processes as well as a payment. Read more in our page on Gambling Commission fines.
Can I self-exclude from Foxy Games and Gala at once?
Possibly through the account, because both brands sit on the same licence, but check whether the exclusion covers every trading name. The surest route is GAMSTOP, which blocks all UK-licensed gambling websites for six months, one year or five years and is free. A self-exclusion can’t be cancelled before it ends. Our guide on how to use GAMSTOP walks through registration, and the helpline on 0808 8020 133 is open around the clock.
Is Foxy Games safe?
Foxy Games operates under an active UK licence held by one of the country’s largest gambling groups, so it must follow every UK rule on fair games, verification, safer gambling and complaints. The 2022 settlement shows that large licensed operators can still fall short, so use the tools available: set a deposit limit at sign-up, read the terms and keep records. Our guide on whether online casinos are safe in the UK explains your protections.
What stake limits apply to slots at Foxy Games?
The UK slot stake limits apply: £5 per spin for players aged 25 and over since 9 April 2025, and £2 per spin for players aged 18 to 24 since 21 May 2025. The site applies the right cap from your verified date of birth. Slot games must also run at no faster than one spin every 2.5 seconds and can’t offer autoplay. Our page on the £5 slot stake limit has worked examples.
How do I complain about Foxy Games?
Complain through Foxy Games’ own process first and keep records of dates, chats and reference numbers. If the issue isn’t resolved within eight weeks, or you disagree with the final response, refer it free of charge to the alternative dispute resolution provider named in the terms. The Gambling Commission doesn’t settle individual disputes but does take reports of rule breaches. The full process is set out in how to complain about a casino.
