Coral sister sites

Coral sister sites are the other gambling brands run by LC International Limited, the Entain company that holds Coral’s UK licence (account 54743). The best known are Ladbrokes, Gala Casino, Gala Bingo, Gala Spins, Foxy Bingo, Foxy Games, PartyCasino and bwin. Sharing a licence affects whether you can open new accounts, claim welcome offers and rely on breaks across brands (checked 20 October 2026).

Key takeaways

  • Coral’s sister sites share one licence holder, LC International Limited (UKGC account 54743), part of Entain.
  • Ladbrokes is the closest sister: same operator, same payment rules, similar help centre.
  • Coral’s help centre says no new accounts are permitted across brands on the same licence; accounts opened before 1 July 2026 can be kept.
  • PlayOJO, Casumo and 10bet are not Coral sister sites; they have different licence holders.
  • GAMSTOP blocks every UK-licensed brand at once, including all of Coral’s sister sites.

What Coral sister sites are, and why it matters

A sister site is a casino run by the same company, under the same licence, as another brand. For Coral that company is LC International Limited, a Gibraltar-registered business owned by Entain plc. Each sister has its own name, look and game lobby, but behind the scenes they share the licence, the company’s terms framework, payment processing rules and compliance team.

Knowing the family tree is useful for three practical reasons. It tells you whether you count as a ‘new customer’ for a welcome offer, it explains why two brands have near-identical help pages and payment limits, and it shows which brands a regulatory issue at the parent company could affect. Our general explainer on casino sister sites covers the concept across the UK market.

The brands below are linked to LC International Limited through the Gambling Commission’s register, Coral’s own help centre, or both. The Commission notes that trading names are supplied by the businesses themselves, so the register’s trading names list for account 54743 (opens in a new tab) is the place to confirm the current position.

Ladbrokes: Coral’s closest sister site

Ladbrokes and Coral have been joined since November 2016, when Ladbrokes combined with Gala Coral to form Ladbrokes Coral. GVC Holdings bought the combined group in March 2018 and renamed itself Entain in 2020. Today both brands sit under the same UKGC account, and their help centres publish almost identical payment rules: a £2,000 maximum per deposit for UK customers, no withdrawal fees, Visa Fast Funds payouts typically within 4 hours of approval, and Fast Bank Transfer in 2–4 business days.

Can you have accounts at Coral and its sister sites?

This is the question that matters most, and the answer changed in 2026. Coral’s help centre article ‘Why can’t I create a new account?’ states that no new accounts are permitted across its brands operating under the same licence, naming Coral, bwin, PartyPoker and Sportingbet as examples. It adds that people who registered multiple accounts across these brands before 1 July 2026 may keep and use them, but can’t open any new ones.

In practice, if you already hold an account at one LC International brand and try to register at another, expect the sign-up to be blocked. If you think that has happened in error, for example because you never had an account, Coral asks you to contact customer support so it can review the case. Our guide on multiple casino accounts explains why operators restrict this, and can you have two accounts at the same casino covers the one-account-per-brand rule.

Coral’s help article links the 1 July 2026 change to licensing. It names the brands as examples rather than giving a complete list, so ask support if you are unsure whether a particular brand is affected.

Welcome offers across Coral’s sister sites

Welcome offers are for new customers, and Coral’s standard promotional terms say a new-player offer is only available if you haven’t previously opened and deposited into an account with the brand. The terms also allow Coral to identify you by name, address, email, card number and IP address. Combined with the cross-brand account restriction, this means one person can’t realistically collect the welcome offer at every Entain brand in turn.

A worked example

Suppose you joined Ladbrokes in 2025 and claimed its spins. In October 2026 you try to join Coral for its 100 free spins (bet £10 on slots, 10p spins). Under the help centre’s wording, a new Coral account wouldn’t be permitted because you already hold one on the same licence, so the Coral offer isn’t available to you. If instead you have no account at any LC International brand, you could join Coral, stake £10 on slots with an eligible deposit method, and receive 100 spins worth £10 in total at face value. Our Coral sign-up guide covers registration, and the Coral free spins page explains how the spins work.

What Coral and its sister sites share

Sharing a licence holder doesn’t mean the sites are identical, but several things are common because they come from the same company and the same rules.

  • One licence and regulator relationship. A Gambling Commission action against LC International can affect every brand on the licence, as the August 2022 settlement did: Entain paid £17m, £14m of it relating to LC International.
  • The same payment rules. UK customers face the same £2,000 single-deposit maximum and three-active-methods limit at Coral and Ladbrokes, according to their help centres.
  • Funds protection. Coral’s terms describe high protection for customer funds; check each sister’s terms for its own statement.
  • A similar complaints structure. Coral and Ladbrokes both use staged internal procedures, and Coral names IBAS as its independent dispute service.
  • Group-wide checks. Identity, anti-money-laundering and harm checks are run by the group, so information you give one brand may be relevant at another.

Game lobbies, promotions, branding and the look of each app differ. Our explainer on white label casinos shows how this differs from sites that rent a platform from a third party.

Do limits and breaks carry across Coral sister sites?

Don’t assume so. Coral’s time-out and self-exclusion page explains the periods available (a time-out from a day up to six weeks, self-exclusion for at least six months) but doesn’t say whether a break taken at Coral applies at Ladbrokes, Gala or Foxy. Deposit limits are set per account. If you want to stop across the whole group, ask support to confirm, or use a tool that covers everything.

The reliable option is GAMSTOP (opens in a new tab), the free national self-exclusion scheme that every UK-licensed online operator must join. One registration blocks all of Coral’s sister sites and every other licensed brand for six months, one year or five years. Our guides on how to use GAMSTOP and Coral’s safer gambling tools explain the steps, and the National Gambling Helpline (0808 8020 133) is open 24/7.

Sites often mistaken for Coral sister sites

Comparison sites sometimes call any similar casino a ‘sister’, which is misleading. A true sister shares the licence holder. Our other four partners are run by different companies:

Partner casinos that are not Coral sister sites

PlayOJOSkill On Net Limited39326
CasumoRecro Limited61549
10betBlue Star Planet Limited43173

Because they are separate businesses, holding a Coral account doesn’t affect whether you are a new customer at these sites. See Coral vs PlayOJO or Coral vs Casumo for side-by-side comparisons.

How to check whether a site is a Coral sister

  1. Scroll to the footer of the site and find the line naming the operator and licence number.
  2. If it says LC International Limited and account 54743, it is a Coral sister site.
  3. To double-check, open the Gambling Commission’s public register and search for 54743.
  4. Open the trading names and domain names tabs to see the brands listed.
  5. If a site claims to be part of the Coral group but shows a different licence holder, treat the claim with caution.

Our guide to reading a casino footer explains what licensed sites must display, and is Coral legit sets out Coral’s own licence details.

Is it better to play at a Coral sister site or an independent?

Neither is automatically better. Big-group sites like Coral’s sisters tend to have well-documented help centres, established payment set-ups and the resources to meet new rules on time, such as the 10x wagering cap from 19 January 2026 and deposit limit prompts from 31 October 2025. Independents and smaller groups may offer different game selections or promotions, and holding an account at one doesn’t block you from the other. Our comparison of big group and independent casinos sets out the trade-offs.

Whichever you choose, the house edge applies and losses are likely over time, so decide your budget first. The Coral casino hub has the full brand profile.

Frequently asked questions

What are Coral’s sister sites?

Coral’s sister sites are the brands run by LC International Limited, the Entain company that holds Coral’s UK licence under account 54743. They include Ladbrokes, Gala Casino, Gala Bingo, Gala Spins, Foxy Bingo, Foxy Games, PartyCasino, partypoker, bwin and Sportingbet. The Gambling Commission’s register lists trading names for the account, supplied by the business. Each brand has its own site and offers, but they share the licence and many company-wide rules. Our UK casino brands A–Z shows who runs other major sites.

Is Ladbrokes a sister site of Coral?

Yes. Ladbrokes and Coral have been part of the same business since Ladbrokes Coral was formed in November 2016, and both are now run by LC International Limited under UKGC account 54743, within Entain. Their help centres publish near-identical payment rules, including a £2,000 maximum per deposit for UK customers and no withdrawal fees. Their welcome offers differ: Coral gives 100 spins for a £10 slots bet, Ladbrokes up to 500 over ten days. Our Coral vs Ladbrokes page compares them in detail.

Can I have an account at Coral and Ladbrokes?

Possibly not, if you are opening one now. Coral’s help centre says no new accounts are permitted across its brands operating under the same licence. People who registered multiple accounts before 1 July 2026 may keep them, but can’t open new ones. If you already hold a Ladbrokes account, expect a new Coral registration to be blocked, and vice versa. Contact support if you think the block is a mistake. Our guide to multiple casino accounts explains why operators restrict this.

Can I claim the welcome bonus at every Coral sister site?

Realistically, no. Coral’s promotional terms say new-player offers are only for people who haven’t previously opened and deposited into an account with the brand, and the help centre says new accounts aren’t permitted across brands on the same licence. Operators can match you by name, address, email, card and IP address. So if you already play at Ladbrokes or Gala, Coral’s 100 free spins (bet £10 on slots, 18+, terms apply) are unlikely to be available. Our Coral bonus terms guide sets out the eligibility rules.

Is PlayOJO a Coral sister site?

No. PlayOJO is run by Skill On Net Limited under UKGC account 39326, a completely separate company from LC International Limited. Casumo (Recro Limited, 61549) and 10bet (Blue Star Planet Limited, 43173) are also unrelated to Coral. Having a Coral account doesn’t affect whether you count as a new customer at any of them, although each has its own eligibility terms. Our Coral vs PlayOJO comparison shows how the two differ on offers, payments and support.

If I self-exclude from Coral, am I blocked from its sister sites?

Coral’s self-exclusion page doesn’t say whether an exclusion set at Coral applies to Ladbrokes, Gala, Foxy or other sister brands, so don’t rely on it. Ask Coral’s support to confirm, or email responsible.gambling@coral.co.uk. The dependable way to block every brand at once is GAMSTOP, the free national scheme that all UK-licensed online operators must join; it lasts six months, one year or five years and can’t be cancelled early. Our guide on how to self-exclude compares the options.

Who owns Coral and its sister sites?

Entain plc owns them through LC International Limited, a Gibraltar-registered company that holds the UK licence. Entain was called GVC Holdings when it bought Ladbrokes Coral in March 2018 and changed its name in 2020. Coral itself goes back to 1926, Gala to 1991, Foxy Bingo to 2005 and PartyCasino to 1997. Because they share one licence holder, Commission action against LC International can touch all of them. Our page asking is Coral legit covers the licence and regulatory record.

Do Coral sister sites have the same games?

Not exactly. Each brand chooses its own lobby, so the selection, layout and exclusive titles can differ, even though the group’s sites draw on many of the same studios. Bingo-led brands like Gala Bingo and Foxy Bingo focus on bingo and slots, while Coral and Ladbrokes combine sports betting with a large casino. Game rules are the same everywhere in the UK: no autoplay, at least 2.5 seconds per slot spin, and £5 or £2 maximum slot stakes depending on age. See Coral slots for Coral’s lobby.

Are Coral sister sites safe?

They operate under the same UKGC licence as Coral, so the same regulatory duties apply: identity checks, tested games, safer gambling tools, GAMSTOP participation and a published complaints route. Safety also depends on using the real site, so check the footer shows LC International Limited and account 54743 before depositing. Coral’s terms describe high protection for customer funds; check each sister’s terms for its own rating. Our guide to checking a casino licence shows how to verify any brand in two minutes.
