Coral customer service is reached mainly through live chat from the Help and Contact link on the site or app, with email at help@coral.co.uk as the written option. Formal complaints go to a separate address, complaints@coral.co.uk. Below is which route suits which problem, what to have ready, and what Coral’s published terms promise about response times (checked 20 October 2026).
Live chat through Help and Contact is the main route; Coral’s own help pages don’t publish chat hours, so check the contact page when you need it.
Email help@coral.co.uk for routine queries and complaints@coral.co.uk once a problem becomes a formal complaint.
Coral’s UK terms promise a complaint acknowledgement within 24 hours and a final position within eight weeks.
Have your username, the date, the amount and any transaction or game ID ready before you start a chat.
Coral is run by LC International Limited (UKGC account 54743), the same company behind Ladbrokes.

Coral customer service: the quick answer
If you need Coral customer service today, open the Help and Contact link in the footer of the website or in the app menu, search the help centre for your topic, and then choose live chat if the articles don’t solve it. Live chat is the route most UK players use because it is tied to your logged-in account, so the adviser can see your balance, pending withdrawals and bonus status without you repeating details.
Email suits problems that need a paper trail: a disputed bet, a document you need to send, or a question that can wait a day. Coral’s published general email is help@coral.co.uk. Once something has gone wrong and the first answer didn’t fix it, the matter moves into Coral’s three-stage complaints procedure, which has its own address and its own deadlines. Our separate guide to how to complain to Coral covers that process in full.
Coral’s own help pages that we reviewed for this guide don’t list live chat opening hours or a general phone number. Third-party reviews describe chat as round-the-clock, but treat that as unconfirmed and check the Help and Contact page for the current position.
Every way to contact Coral customer services
Coral spreads its support across several routes. The table below lists each one with what it is best used for. Details come from Coral’s UK terms and conditions, its help centre and its responsible gambling pages, checked on 20 October 2026.

One practical point: always contact Coral from the email address registered on your account. An adviser can’t discuss account details with an address they can’t match to you, so a message from a work or secondary inbox usually gets a reply asking you to resend it.
How to use Coral live chat, step by step
Live chat is the fastest way to get a human answer from Coral customer support, but it works best when you arrive prepared. These steps apply on the website and in the Coral casino app.
Log in first. If you can’t, use the password reset on the login screen; our Coral login guide covers locked accounts.
Open Help and Contact from the site footer or the app menu.
Type a short description of the problem into the help search and read the suggested article. Many payment and bonus questions are answered there.
If the article doesn’t help, choose the option to contact an agent and start a chat.
Give the facts in one message: what happened, when, the amount, and any transaction or game reference.
Before the chat ends, ask for a reference or a summary, and save a screenshot of the conversation.
What to have ready before contacting Coral support
Most delays in a support conversation come from missing details. Coral’s bingo help page asks players reporting a game problem for their chat name, the room, the Game Play ID if known, the date and time, and a description including any prize, bet or win amount. The same discipline helps with casino and payment queries.
Username and registered email, so the adviser can confirm it is you.
Date and time of the deposit, game round or withdrawal, ideally to the minute.
Amount involved, in pounds and pence.
Transaction reference from Payment History for deposits and withdrawals.
Game name and round ID for a disputed result; the game’s history screen usually shows it.
Screenshots of error messages, the bonus page or the cashier.
For bonus questions, check your Offer History first. Coral’s help centre says it shows the last six months of activity on bonuses and free spins, which often answers whether a reward was credited, used or expired before you need to ask anyone.
Which Coral contact route fixes which problem
Choosing the right route first saves time. The table matches common problems with the place most likely to sort them, and links to our deeper guides.
Coral doesn’t publish a target reply time for chat or for help@coral.co.uk, so any figure you see elsewhere is an estimate. What Coral does commit to in writing is the timetable for formal complaints. Its UK terms (clause 25) say you should get an acknowledgement within 24 hours and a final position by email within eight weeks, with the clock pausing if Coral needs more information from you.
That eight-week window matches the Gambling Commission’s requirement that licensed businesses resolve complaints within eight weeks and then offer referral to an independent dispute service. In practice, simple chat queries are often settled in one conversation, while anything involving a payment provider, a game supplier or a compliance check can take days because the adviser has to pass it to another team.
A worked example of the timeline
Say you request a £150 withdrawal on Monday and it is still pending on Wednesday. A chat on Wednesday might reveal a document request you missed. If you upload it that day and the payout is then approved, the matter ends there. If instead the adviser can’t explain the delay and you escalate on Thursday, the 24-hour acknowledgement would be due by Friday and the final position would be due within eight weeks of the day Coral received the complaint, so a Thursday complaint has a Thursday deadline eight weeks later.
Coral customer support and account security
Coral’s account safety page asks players to keep their user ID, password and security answers private, avoid the ‘save password’ option on login screens, and change the password at once if they see a login they don’t recognise. If you think someone else has used your account, contact customer support straight away and change your password first, because the adviser will want to know the account is secure before investigating.
Be wary of anyone who contacts you claiming to be from Coral and asking for your password, card number or a one-time code. Genuine support doesn’t need your password. Our guide to casino account security explains how to spot fake support messages, and the general guide to casino customer support covers what a licensed operator’s support team can and can’t do.
What the Coral help centre covers
Before contacting an agent, the help centre is worth a two-minute search. As of 20 October 2026 it is organised into general sections that apply to the casino as well as sports, poker and bingo sections. The general information area includes:
Account: login, personal data, inactive accounts, and opening, closing and reopening.
Account verification: separate pages for the UK, Ireland and the rest of the world.
Payments: deposit methods, withdrawals, deposit limits and per-method FAQs for Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Pay by Bank, bank transfer and paysafecard.
Bonuses and promotions: where to find offers, opting in, bonus status and wagering.
Legal matters: general terms, standard promotional terms and the privacy notice.
The payments FAQs are especially useful. For example, Coral’s deposit methods help page (opens in a new tab) explains the £2,000 maximum per deposit for UK customers and the limit of three active payment methods in a rolling 30 days, two rules that explain many declined deposits.
When Coral customer service can’t fix it: escalating
If the first adviser can’t help, Coral’s procedure has three internal stages: customer services, then a team or line manager, then the Coral Complaints Team at complaints@coral.co.uk. The complaints team’s response is the final internal step. After that, or after eight weeks, UK customers can take the dispute to IBAS, the independent adjudicator Coral names in its terms.
Coral’s online casino is operated by LC International Limited, a Gibraltar-registered company owned by Entain. Its remote casino licence appears on the Gambling Commission’s register entry for account 54743 (opens in a new tab), active since 1 July 2019. The same company runs Ladbrokes, Gala and other brands, which is why some support processes and help articles look alike across them. Our page on Coral sister sites lists them, and the Coral casino hub has the full profile.
Because Coral is UK-licensed, its support team works within rules that apply to every licensed site: no reverse withdrawals since 31 October 2021, no credit card deposits since 14 April 2020, and complaint handling under the Commission’s licence conditions. If you want to confirm the licence yourself, our two-minute guide to checking a UK casino licence shows how.
Getting help that isn’t about your account
Customer service handles account problems, but you don’t need to contact an agent to set a limit or take a break. Deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion are available in your account settings; our page on Coral deposit limits and safer gambling tools walks through each one.
Gambling is entertainment that costs money, and losses are likely over time. If it has stopped feeling that way, the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 is free, confidential and open 24 hours a day, run by GamCare (opens in a new tab). You can also block every UK-licensed site at once through GAMSTOP; see how to use GAMSTOP.
Coral’s current offer, and the closest alternative
Contacting customer service is often the first step after joining, so here is what new Coral players can claim, checked on 5 October 2026. The spins are worth 10p each on selected games, must be accepted within 48 hours and used within 7 days, and winnings carry no wagering. Terms apply.
Ladbrokes is shown second because it shares Coral’s operator and help-centre style. Its offer is play £10 on slots for 50 spins a day over 10 days (up to 500 at 10p each, no wagering). As both brands sit under LC International, one person may not be able to open new accounts at both, so read the terms first. See the latest Coral offer for the dated summary.
Coral’s welcome offer for new players is bet £10 on slots, get 100 free spins (10p each, no wagering on winnings, some deposit methods excluded). Ladbrokes, run by the same company, is shown second. 18+, terms apply.

Frequently asked questions
How do I contact Coral customer service?
The quickest way is live chat from the Help and Contact link in the site footer or app menu, while logged in. Search the help centre first, because many payment and bonus questions are already answered there. For written queries, email help@coral.co.uk from the address registered on your account. Formal complaints use a different address, complaints@coral.co.uk, and follow a three-stage procedure set out in Coral’s terms. Our guide to how to complain to Coral explains each stage and the deadlines Coral has to meet.
Is Coral live chat available 24 hours a day?
Coral’s own help pages don’t state live chat hours, so we can’t confirm them. Several third-party reviews describe chat as available around the clock, but that isn’t a published commitment from Coral. The safest approach is to open Help and Contact and see what is offered at that moment. If chat isn’t available, email help@coral.co.uk and keep a copy. For urgent safety steps, such as taking a break, you don’t need an agent at all; the tools are in your account settings, as our Coral safer gambling tools page explains.
Does Coral have a customer service phone number?
Coral’s UK terms mention telephone as one way to ask for account closure, but the help centre pages reviewed for this guide don’t publish a general phone number. Numbers quoted on other websites may be out of date, so use the Help and Contact page inside your account to find the current options. Live chat and email are the published routes for most issues. If your query is about closing the account or taking a break, our guide on how to close a Coral account explains the choices and what each one does.
What is Coral’s customer service email address?
Coral’s general support email is help@coral.co.uk. Send messages from the email address registered on your account, include your username, and add the date, amount and any transaction reference so the adviser can find the issue quickly. If you are making a formal complaint after the first answer didn’t resolve things, Coral’s terms direct you to complaints@coral.co.uk instead. Questions about self-exclusion go to responsible.gambling@coral.co.uk. For payment-specific queries, the Coral payment methods guide may answer the question before you write.
How long does Coral take to reply to a complaint?
Coral’s UK terms say you should receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours of a complaint and a final position by email within eight weeks. The eight-week period can pause if Coral asks you for more information. If the complaint is still unresolved after eight weeks, or you disagree with the final answer, you can refer it to IBAS, the independent adjudicator Coral names. Our explainer on complaints and ADR rules sets out why eight weeks is the standard across UK-licensed casinos and what happens next.
Can Coral customer service speed up my withdrawal?
Customer service can tell you why a withdrawal is pending and what is needed to move it forward, but it can’t skip the security review. Coral’s help centre says withdrawals pass an internal review, then take from instant to five banking days depending on the method. The most common fix is a missing document. If you are asked for ID, upload it promptly through your account. Our guide to Coral withdrawal time lists the published timeframes for Visa Fast Funds and Fast Bank Transfer, so you can judge whether a payout is genuinely late.
What should I do if Coral customer service won’t help?
Ask the adviser to pass the issue to a team or line manager, which is stage two of Coral’s procedure. If that doesn’t settle it, email the Coral Complaints Team at complaints@coral.co.uk, clearly marked as a complaint, with dates, amounts and screenshots. After Coral’s final response, or eight weeks, you can take it to IBAS free of charge. Keep a timeline of every contact. Our general guide on what to do if a casino won’t pay explains how UK rules protect withdrawals and what evidence helps.
Can I contact Coral customer service without an account?
Yes, for some things. If you can’t log in, the password reset on the login screen is the first step, and support can help if your account is blocked after repeated wrong passwords. People without a Coral account can ask to be excluded from future gambling with Coral by emailing responsible.gambling@coral.co.uk, according to its time-out and self-exclusion page. For general questions before joining, the help centre is open to everyone. Our Coral sign-up guide answers the usual registration questions without needing an agent.
Is Coral customer service the same as Ladbrokes customer service?
They are separate brands with separate help centres and contact addresses, but both are run by LC International Limited, part of Entain, under the same UKGC account (54743). That is why the help articles, payment rules and complaint stages look very similar. Ladbrokes publishes support@ladbrokes.com as its email, while Coral uses help@coral.co.uk. Coral’s help centre says new accounts aren’t permitted across brands on the same licence. Our Coral vs Ladbrokes comparison sets out where the two differ.
How do I report a problem with a Coral game?
Note the game name, the date and time, your stake and the round or Game Play ID if the game history shows one, then contact live chat or email help@coral.co.uk. Coral’s bingo help asks for the same kind of detail, including any prize, bet or win amount. If a game disconnects mid-round, the result is usually settled on the server, so check your balance and game history before assuming money is lost. Our answer to what happens if you lose connection mid-game explains how that normally works.
Gambling can be addictive. Free, confidential help is available 24 hours a day from the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133. Get free support from GamCare or NHS gambling support, or block yourself from all UK-licensed gambling sites with GAMSTOP.
