Heart Bingo is a white label site: the name belongs to Global, the media company behind Heart radio, but the gambling is run by BV Gaming Limited, BetVictor’s operating company, under UK Gambling Commission account 39576. Here is how that arrangement works, what changed in 2021 and 2025, and how to confirm it on the register.
Heart Bingo’s licence holder is BV Gaming Limited (UKGC account 39576); heartbingo.co.uk is listed as a white label domain.
The brand is owned by Global and was relaunched on 23 September 2021 by BetVictor in partnership with Global.
Bingo games have run on Playtech Bingo since February 2025.
BV Gaming agreed a settlement of about £2m with the Gambling Commission in February 2022.
We don’t partner with Heart Bingo; offers shown are from casinos we check (last checked 5 October 2026).

Who runs Heart Bingo in the UK
Two companies stand behind the Heart Bingo name, and they do different jobs. Global, the media group that owns the Heart radio network, owns the brand. BV Gaming Limited, the company that operates BetVictor, holds the gambling licence and runs the site: accounts, payments, verification, game supply, safer gambling and complaints.
On the BV Gaming register entry (opens in a new tab), heartbingo.co.uk is listed as a white label domain under account 39576. That is the account number you should find in the site’s footer. We are not affiliated with Heart Bingo or BetVictor; this profile sits in our UK casino brands directory and is based on the register and published company details as of October 2026.
Heart Bingo as a white label: what that means for players
A white label is a gambling site that carries one company’s brand but runs on another company’s licence and platform. It lets a media or consumer brand enter gambling without becoming a licensed operator itself. Our full guide to the white label casino model explains the history; here is what it means in practice for Heart Bingo.

The practical upshot: if you have a problem with a withdrawal or a verification request, the radio station can’t help. You deal with the licensed operator, which also sets the terms you agreed to when you opened your account. The licence holder and the brand owner aren’t the same thing, and the register only lists the former.
Heart Bingo history: relaunch and platform change
The present version of Heart Bingo dates from 23 September 2021, when BetVictor relaunched it in partnership with Global. Since then the most visible change for players came in February 2025, when bingo moved onto Playtech Bingo. Playtech runs one of the larger shared bingo networks used by UK sites, which affects how full rooms are and how prize pools build. You can read more about the studio on our Playtech provider page.

The 2022 settlement came a few months after the relaunch, but it was taken against BV Gaming’s wider business rather than against Heart Bingo specifically.
The 2022 BV Gaming settlement and what it covered
In February 2022 the Commission announced that BV Gaming would face a regulatory outcome worth about £2m, as set out in its notice that an online gambling business faces £2m regulatory action (opens in a new tab). The action was against the licence holder, which means it relates to the systems behind every brand on account 39576 rather than one website. A settlement typically includes a payment, a commitment to fix the failings and an external audit.
Old enforcement action doesn’t mean a site is unsafe today, and a clean record doesn’t prove it is perfect. What it gives you is context. Our page on Gambling Commission fines explains how these cases are decided and published.
Heart Bingo sister sites on the BV Gaming licence
Because BV Gaming hosts several brands, Heart Bingo has sister sites in the sense that they share an operator. The October 2026 register shows these other domains on the same licence:
Smooth Spins, which carries the name of another Global radio station
Shared operation means shared policies on verification and payments, though each brand can have its own promotions and look. Our sister sites explainer shows how to trace these networks for any brand.
Online bingo at Heart Bingo: the UK rules that apply
Bingo sites in Britain also sell slots and casino games, and each product follows its own rules. Bingo itself is a pooled game: tickets go into a pot and a share is returned as prizes. For how the formats differ, see our guides to 90-ball bingo and the faster 75-ball bingo. Any slots on a bingo site carry the same stake caps as a casino: £5 a spin for players aged 25 and over, and £2 for those aged 18 to 24.
The mixed-product promotions ban is especially relevant to a bingo brand. Since 19 January 2026 a promotion can’t require you to buy bingo tickets to earn slot spins, or the other way round. Each offer must sit within one product, and any wagering is capped at 10x.
Radio-branded gambling and the advertising rules
A gambling brand linked to a popular radio station raises a fair question about who sees its marketing. UK advertising rules require gambling ads to be socially responsible and not to have strong appeal to under-18s, with those rules tightened since October 2022. Since 1 May 2025 operators also need your consent for each product and each channel before they send you marketing. Our advertising rules and marketing consent rules pages cover both in detail.
How to check Heart Bingo on the Gambling Commission register
Find the Gambling Commission account number in the Heart Bingo footer. It should be 39576.
Search the Commission’s public register for that number or for BV Gaming Limited.
Confirm the remote licence activities you need, such as bingo and casino, show as Active.
Open the domain names tab and check heartbingo.co.uk appears, marked as a white label.
Read the regulatory actions tab to see any recorded sanctions against BV Gaming.
If anything doesn’t match the site you are on, stop and don’t deposit.
Safer gambling at Heart Bingo
As a licensee, BV Gaming must give Heart Bingo players deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion, prompt new customers to set a financial limit before the first deposit (required since 31 October 2025) and take part in GAMSTOP. Bingo’s social side can make sessions run longer than planned, so a reality check reminder is a useful setting. If gambling stops being fun, GamCare (opens in a new tab) runs the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, free and open around the clock.
How Heart Bingo compares with other bingo and casino brands
Heart Bingo is a media-branded white label on a betting operator’s licence. Other bingo brands in our directory belong to big groups that run their own licence, such as Jackpotjoy on Gamesys’s account, or to land-based owners, such as Mecca. The model doesn’t decide quality or safety; the licence and its conditions do. If you mainly want slots rather than bingo, the bingo vs slots comparison sets out how the maths and pace differ.

Frequently asked questions
Who owns Heart Bingo?
Global, the media company behind Heart radio, owns the Heart Bingo brand, but BV Gaming Limited runs the site. BV Gaming is BetVictor’s operating company and holds UK Gambling Commission account 39576, under which heartbingo.co.uk is listed as a white label domain. That means BV Gaming handles your account, money, identity checks and complaints, while Global supplies the name. The arrangement in its current form began with a relaunch on 23 September 2021. Our white label casino guide explains why brands use this set-up.
Is Heart Bingo licensed by the UK Gambling Commission?
Yes, through BV Gaming Limited’s licence, account 39576. Heart Bingo doesn’t hold a licence of its own; it runs as a white label on BV Gaming’s, which is normal and fully legal in Britain. The licence holder is the company the Commission holds responsible for every rule, from age checks to safer gambling. You can confirm the domain is listed by searching the register, as shown in our how to check a casino licence guide.
Is Heart Bingo connected to Heart radio?
Yes, by brand only. Global owns Heart radio and the Heart Bingo name, and the site carries that branding, but the gambling business is run by BV Gaming Limited under its own licence. Listening to the station or entering a radio competition has nothing to do with your bingo account. Gambling marketing linked to a broadcast brand still has to meet the UK rules on social responsibility and must not appeal strongly to under-18s. Our advertising rules page explains those standards and when they were tightened.
What are Heart Bingo’s sister sites?
Heart Bingo’s sister sites are the other brands on BV Gaming’s licence 39576. In October 2026 the register listed BetVictor, Parimatch, Betano, talkSPORT BET and Smooth Spins among them. They share an operator, which usually means shared approaches to verification and payments, though promotions and site design differ. Some are sports-led and some games-led. You can read our profiles of BetVictor and talkSPORT BET, both of which follow the same media-plus-operator pattern in different ways.
What bingo software does Heart Bingo use?
Heart Bingo has used Playtech Bingo since February 2025. Playtech supplies bingo rooms and games to several UK brands, and some rooms are shared across sites, so you may play alongside customers of other bingo brands. That can make games fill faster and prize pots behave differently from a single-site room. The licence holder, BV Gaming, remains responsible for your account and for following UK rules. For how the main bingo format works, see online bingo.
Why was BV Gaming fined?
BV Gaming agreed a regulatory settlement of about £2m in February 2022 after a Gambling Commission investigation. The Commission’s announcement, published as an online gambling business facing £2m regulatory action, sets out the failings and the steps the company agreed to take. Because the action was against the licence holder, it relates to the systems running all its brands rather than to Heart Bingo alone. Our Gambling Commission fines page explains how settlements differ from penalties and where to find the full statements.
Can a Heart Bingo offer give me slot spins for buying bingo tickets?
Not since 19 January 2026. The mixed-product promotions ban stops UK operators from requiring play on one product, such as bingo, to earn a reward on another, such as slots or sports bets. Each promotion now has to stay within a single product. Wagering on any bonus is also capped at 10 times its value from the same date. Older promotional emails or third-party pages may still describe the previous style of offer. Our mixed-product ban page explains exactly what the rule covers.
Is Heart Bingo safe?
Heart Bingo runs on an active UK licence held by BV Gaming Limited, which is the key safety marker. The licence requires age and identity checks before you play, safer gambling tools, GAMSTOP participation and fair treatment of complaints. Safe in this sense means regulated, not that you will come out ahead; bingo and slots return less than you stake over time. Use deposit limits from the start. Our are online casinos safe in the UK page explains what a licence does and doesn’t cover.
How do I self-exclude from Heart Bingo?
You can self-exclude through Heart Bingo’s account settings or customer support, which closes your account for a set period. Because BV Gaming runs several brands, check whether the exclusion also covers its sister sites. To block every British-licensed gambling website at once, register with GAMSTOP, which is free and lasts six months, one year or five years. You can’t cancel a GAMSTOP exclusion early. Our how to self-exclude guide covers both routes and what happens to any balance.
How do I complain about Heart Bingo?
Use the complaints procedure published by BV Gaming on the Heart Bingo site, giving dates, amounts and screenshots. The operator has eight weeks to resolve the complaint. If it can’t, or you are unhappy with its final response, it must refer you to its approved alternative dispute resolution provider, which costs you nothing. The Commission’s guide on how to complain about a gambling business (opens in a new tab) explains the stages, and our complaints guide adds practical tips.
Gambling can be addictive. Free, confidential help is available 24 hours a day from the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133. Get free support from GamCare or NHS gambling support, or block yourself from all UK-licensed gambling sites with GAMSTOP.
