Parimatch casino in the UK runs as a white label: the brand is Parimatch, but the licence holder is BV Gaming Limited, the BetVictor company, under Gambling Commission account 39576. That arrangement dates from 2020. This page explains what a white label means for you, who's responsible for your account and how to check parimatch.co.uk on the register.
Parimatch's UK licence holder is BV Gaming Limited (BetVictor), account 39576, based at the World Trade Center, Gibraltar.
parimatch.co.uk is listed on that account as a white label; BetVictor became Parimatch's UK provider in 2020.
The licence holder, not the brand owner, is responsible for your funds, verification and complaints.
We don't partner with Parimatch; this is a neutral profile with no rating or offer details.

Who runs Parimatch casino in the UK?
Parimatch's UK site is operated under the licence of BV Gaming Limited, the company behind BetVictor. BV Gaming holds Gambling Commission account 39576 (opens in a new tab), and parimatch.co.uk is listed on that account as a white label. BetVictor took on that role for Parimatch's UK business in 2020.
The Parimatch brand itself started in Kyiv, Ukraine, in 1994 and grew into an international betting name. In Great Britain, though, it doesn't hold its own licence. When you open an account at parimatch.co.uk, the licensed company you deal with is BV Gaming Limited, whose owner, BetVictor, is controlled by Michael Tabor.
Parimatch is not a Latest Casinos partner. We don't rate it, link to it or describe its welcome offer. The details here come from the register and the Commission's published announcements.
Parimatch as a white label casino: what it means
A white label is a brand that runs on another company's licence and, usually, its platform. The brand owner supplies the name, design and marketing; the licence holder runs the regulated parts. Our full guide to white label casinos goes deeper, but for Parimatch the split looks like this:
Who does what in a white-label arrangement

The practical upshot: if anything goes wrong, from a delayed withdrawal to a verification request, the company you hold responsible is BV Gaming Limited. Its name should appear in the Parimatch terms and footer. The Commission's rules apply in full whether a site is a white label or not, as our LCCP explainer describes.

BV Gaming is based in Gibraltar, which is common for UK-facing operators. There's no requirement for a licensee to be incorporated in Britain, but it must follow British rules for every British customer. Our page on the remote casino licence explains what that involves.
Parimatch sister brands on the same licence
Because several brands run on BV Gaming's licence, Parimatch has sister sites in the regulatory sense even though the brands have different owners:
BetVictor, the licence holder's own brand; see our BetVictor profile.
Heart Bingo, a bingo white label; see Heart Bingo.
Sharing a licence holder may mean shared verification, payment processing and safer gambling systems, and an operator-level self-exclusion could apply across brands. Check each site's terms if you hold more than one account. Our guide to casino sister sites explains why white-label families form.

Parimatch and BV Gaming: regulatory record
The register showed no regulatory actions against BV Gaming Limited when the entry was checked. However, the register's action count doesn't always include older cases. On 24 February 2022 the Commission announced that BV Gaming Limited, trading as BetVictor, faced £2m regulatory action (opens in a new tab), settled for failures in fairness, social responsibility and anti-money laundering.
The announcement concerns the licence holder as a whole and doesn't name individual white-label brands, so we don't attribute it to Parimatch. It's relevant because the same company runs Parimatch's regulated functions. Our page on Gambling Commission fines explains how settlements work and where the money goes.
What changed recently for Parimatch casino players
As a betting brand with a casino, Parimatch is affected by the same 2025–2026 changes as other sportsbook-led sites:
Since 19 January 2026, promotions can't combine products, so a bet can't unlock casino spins. See the mixed-product promotions ban.
From the same date, casino bonus wagering is capped at 10x: a £20 bonus needs no more than £200 of play.
Since 1 May 2025, marketing consent is split by product and channel; you can accept sports emails and decline casino texts.
Since 28 February 2025, a public-record financial vulnerability check is triggered when net deposits pass £150 in a rolling 30 days.
How to check Parimatch on the Gambling Commission register
Checking a white label takes one extra step, because the brand name won't appear as the business name.
Find the licence statement in the Parimatch footer; it should name BV Gaming Limited and account 39576.
Search the Commission's public register for 39576.
Confirm the business name is BV Gaming Limited and the status is Active.
Open the domain names tab and find parimatch.co.uk; its status should read White label.
Check the regulatory actions tab, remembering that older settlements may not be counted there.
Note the date you checked.
Safer gambling and complaints at Parimatch
BV Gaming Limited must provide deposit limits, time-outs, reality checks and self-exclusion on Parimatch, and take part in GAMSTOP (opens in a new tab). For a confidential chat, the National Gambling Helpline is on 0808 8020 133, free and open 24/7, run by GamCare.
Complaints go to the operator through Parimatch's published process. If it's not resolved within eight weeks, the licence holder must refer you to a free, independent ADR provider. Our complaints guide explains what to send.
How Parimatch compares as a type of site
Parimatch in the UK is a betting-led white label on an established bookmaker's licence. Weighing that model:
Advantages
Regulated functions run by a long-standing UK licensee
Betting and casino in one account
Same UK protections as any directly licensed brand
Drawbacks
Brand owner and licence holder are different companies, which can confuse complaints
The register lists the brand under BV Gaming, not Parimatch
Promotions now split by product under the 2026 rules

Frequently asked questions
Who owns Parimatch in the UK?
The Parimatch brand began in Kyiv, Ukraine, in 1994, but its UK site runs on the licence of BV Gaming Limited, the BetVictor company, under Gambling Commission account 39576. BetVictor, controlled by Michael Tabor, became Parimatch's UK white-label provider in 2020. For regulatory purposes, BV Gaming Limited is the operator: it holds your funds, verifies your identity and handles complaints. Our BetVictor profile covers the licence holder, and the guide to white label casinos explains the set-up.
Is Parimatch legal and licensed in the UK?
Yes. parimatch.co.uk is listed as a white-label domain on BV Gaming Limited's UK Gambling Commission account 39576. That means every UK rule applies: age verification before play, safer gambling tools, GAMSTOP participation, fair terms and access to independent dispute resolution. The licence belongs to BV Gaming rather than Parimatch, which is normal for white labels. Our pages on what UKGC licensed means and is online gambling legal in the UK explain the wider rules.
What is a white label casino?
A white label is a gambling brand that runs on another company's licence and usually its platform. The brand owner provides the name and marketing, while the licence holder handles the regulated parts: verification, player funds, safer gambling tools and complaints. Parimatch's UK site is a white label of BV Gaming Limited. White labels must follow exactly the same UK rules as directly licensed sites. Our guide to white label casinos explains how to spot one, and the glossary entry for operator clarifies who's responsible.
What are Parimatch's sister sites?
In the UK, brands sharing BV Gaming Limited's licence include BetVictor itself, talkSPORT BET and Heart Bingo, alongside Parimatch. They have different brand owners but the same licence holder, so they may share systems for verification, payments and safer gambling. An operator-level self-exclusion might cover more than one, so ask support if that matters to you. See our profiles of talkSPORT BET and Heart Bingo, and the guide to casino sister sites.
Has Parimatch been fined in the UK?
We're not aware of any Commission action naming the Parimatch brand. Its licence holder, BV Gaming Limited, agreed a £2m settlement announced on 24 February 2022 over fairness, social responsibility and anti-money laundering failures; that announcement named BV Gaming trading as BetVictor, not individual white labels. The register's action count for the account showed none, which shows why older settlements are worth searching separately. Our Gambling Commission fines page and the explainer on the Gambling Commission give context.
Who do I complain to about Parimatch?
Complain through Parimatch's published complaints procedure; the complaint is handled by the licence holder, BV Gaming Limited. Keep dates, screenshots and transaction references. The operator has eight weeks to resolve it, after which it must refer you to an independent alternative dispute resolution provider at no cost to you. The ADR provider will deal with BV Gaming as the licensee. Our complaints and ADR page and the guide on how to complain about a casino set out the steps.
Can a Parimatch sports bet unlock casino spins?
No. Since 19 January 2026 UK operators can't run promotions that combine gambling products, so betting can't unlock casino spins and casino play can't unlock free bets. Each promotion must stay within a single product, and any wagering requirement on a casino bonus is capped at 10 times the bonus amount. If you see an older advert promising a bet-and-spin combination, it's out of date. Our page on the mixed-product promotions ban explains the rule, and the 10x wagering cap gives worked examples.
How do I self-exclude from Parimatch?
Use the safer gambling settings in your Parimatch account or ask support to set a time-out or self-exclusion. Because BV Gaming Limited runs several brands, ask whether the exclusion extends to its other sites. To block every GB-licensed online gambling site at once, register with GAMSTOP for six months, one year or five years; it can't be lifted early. Our guides on how to self-exclude and how to use GAMSTOP explain the options and timescales.
Why doesn't Latest Casinos review Parimatch?
We review and promote only the five licensed casinos we partner with: Coral, Ladbrokes, PlayOJO, Casumo and 10bet. Parimatch isn't one of them, so this page is a neutral profile based on the register and official announcements, without a score or welcome-offer details. Every offer we describe carries the date we last checked it. The advertiser disclosure explains how the site is funded, and our Coral review covers the partner most similar in style.
Gambling can be addictive. Free, confidential help is available 24 hours a day from the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133. Get free support from GamCare or NHS gambling support, or block yourself from all UK-licensed gambling sites with GAMSTOP.
