Peachy Games is a UK-facing slots and bingo site whose Gambling Commission licence is held by Solaya Group Limited, a Gibraltar company on account 100050. That licence has been active since 11 November 2025, and the same account also covers Casushi, Bingo Stars, Fruit Kings and Play Sunny. Here is what that means for you and how to check it yourself.
Peachy Games runs under Solaya Group Limited, UKGC account 100050, with a Gibraltar head office.
The licences on that account (casino, bingo and linked gambling software) have been active since 11 November 2025.
Casushi, Bingo Stars, Fruit Kings and Play Sunny share the same licence; a closure or restriction on one account can affect how the others treat you.
The register listed no regulatory actions against Solaya Group Limited when checked on 20 October 2026.
We don't partner with Peachy Games or describe its offer; licensed alternatives we check are listed at the end.

Who runs Peachy Games in the UK
The company answerable to the Gambling Commission for Peachy Games is Solaya Group Limited. Its entry on the Gambling Commission's public register for account 100050 (opens in a new tab) gives a head office at Europort in Gibraltar and lists three remote activities on one licence: casino, bingo and linked gambling software.
That company, not the logo on the homepage, is the party you have a contract with when you open a Peachy Games account. It holds your balance, runs the age and identity checks, handles complaints and is the one the regulator can fine or sanction. If you ever need to escalate a dispute, the name to quote is Solaya Group Limited, along with the account number 100050.
In plain terms, a licence holder is the legal entity behind the brand. Our glossary entry on the licence holder explains why the trading name and the licensee are often different, and our guide to reading a casino's footer shows where the operator's name and account number normally appear on a site.

Why the Peachy Games licence dates from November 2025
All three licences on account 100050 start on the same day, 11 November 2025. That is the date this particular licence account became active. It is not necessarily the date Peachy Games first opened to players, and the register does not say whether the brand traded under a different company before then.
We have not been able to confirm any earlier operator, so we don't name one. What you can rely on is the current position: since 11 November 2025 the brand has sat on a licence that the Commission lists as active, with no sanctions recorded against it at our last check on 20 October 2026.
A recent licence start date is worth understanding rather than worrying about. New accounts appear on the register for several reasons, including a fresh application, a change of company structure or a group moving brands onto one licence. The guide to judging a new casino lists what to check when a licence is young.
A licence date tells you when the current company was authorised. It doesn't tell you how long the website has existed or how many people play there. Treat it as one dated fact, not a verdict.

Sharing one licence is common. It lets an operator run several themed sites, each with its own look, from the same compliance, payments and customer-service set-up. You can read more about the one-company, many-brands model in our guide to casino sister sites, and we have a separate profile of Casushi, the best-known name on the same account.
The white-label entries are a different arrangement: Solaya holds the licence for those domains, but another business may market them. Our explainer on what a white-label casino is sets out how responsibility is split in that model.
What a shared licence means for Peachy Games players
Because the same company runs every active site on account 100050, a few practical points follow. Each depends on Solaya's own terms, so read them before you rely on any of this.
Verification may carry across. One company holding your documents could mean fewer repeat checks if you join a second site on the licence.
Welcome offers may be limited to one per household or person across the group. Operators often treat a sister-site sign-up as an existing customer. Check the terms before assuming you qualify twice.
Account restrictions can be shared. If one site closes or limits your account for safer gambling reasons, the operator may apply the same decision across its other brands.
Self-exclusion through the operator may cover all of its sites, but the safest route is GAMSTOP, which covers every GB-licensed online operator.
None of this is unusual. It is simply the consequence of one licensee running several shopfronts, and it is the same pattern you see on larger groups such as those behind Pink Casino or Regal Wins.
What changed for Peachy Games players in 2025 and 2026
Peachy Games' licence began during a busy period of rule changes. Everything below applies to Solaya Group Limited because it applies to every online casino licensed in Great Britain.
UK rule changes that affect Peachy Games accounts
Date
Change
What it means on a site like Peachy Games
9 April 2025
£5 maximum stake per online slot spin for players aged 25+
A £6 spin can't be placed on a slot
21 May 2025
£2 maximum slot stake for players aged 18–24
Younger adults face a lower ceiling
31 October 2025
Financial limit prompt before the first deposit
Setting a limit is the default when you sign up
19 January 2026
Bonus wagering capped at 10x; mixed-product promotions banned
A £20 bonus can carry at most £200 of wagering
30 September 2026
Deadline for offering gross deposit limits
Limits based on money paid in, not net losses
Because Peachy Games has a bingo licence as well as a casino one, the ban on mixed-product promotions is relevant: since 19 January 2026 an operator can't require you to play bingo to receive casino spins, or the other way round. The full dated list is on our latest UK casino rules page.
How to check Peachy Games on the Gambling Commission register
You don't need to take our word for any of the details above. The register is public, free and updated by the regulator, and checking it takes about two minutes.
Scroll to the footer of the Peachy Games site and note the licensee name and account number it gives. You should see Solaya Group Limited and 100050.
Open the Gambling Commission's register of businesses and search for 100050 or the company name.
Confirm the status shows Active against remote casino (and bingo, if that's what you'll play).
Open the domain names tab and make sure peachygames.com appears as Active.
Check the regulatory actions tab for any penalties, warnings or added licence conditions.
If the name, number or domain doesn't match, don't deposit. Report it to the Commission.
Safer gambling tools you should expect at Peachy Games
Every UKGC licensee must give you tools to control your play. At Peachy Games, as at any GB site, you should find a deposit limit prompt before your first payment (required since 31 October 2025), plus time-outs, reality checks and self-exclusion in your account settings.
Slots must follow the Commission's game design rules: no autoplay, at least 2.5 seconds per spin and no turbo or slam-stop features, as our page on game design rules explains. Your balance and net position must be on screen throughout.
If gambling stops feeling like entertainment, the free National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 is open 24 hours a day and run by GamCare (opens in a new tab). Registering with GAMSTOP (opens in a new tab) blocks you from Peachy Games and every other GB-licensed online casino for the period you choose.
Complaints and disputes with Peachy Games
Complaints go to the operator first. Solaya Group Limited must have a complaints procedure and give you a final response, normally within eight weeks. If you are still unhappy after that, you can take the dispute to the free alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider named in its terms.
The Commission itself doesn't resolve individual disputes, but it does want to hear about operators that break the rules. Our step-by-step guide to complaining about a casino covers wording, time limits and what evidence to keep.
How Peachy Games compares as a type of site
Peachy Games fits the pattern of a themed slots-and-bingo brand on a multi-site licence. It is not a sportsbook with a casino attached, like QuinnBet, and it isn't the online arm of a high-street operator.

None of these models is better or worse in itself. What matters is the licence, the terms and the tools, so compare those rather than the branding. A practical checklist sits in how to choose an online casino.

Frequently asked questions
Who owns Peachy Games?
Peachy Games is run by Solaya Group Limited, which holds the UK licence on Gambling Commission account 100050. The register gives the company a head office in Gibraltar and lists remote casino, bingo and linked gambling software licences, all active since 11 November 2025. The register doesn't name a parent group, and we haven't confirmed one, so we don't name one either. For background on how licensees relate to brands, see our licence holder glossary entry or the guide to reading a casino footer.
Is Peachy Games licensed in the UK?
Yes, Peachy Games is covered by an active UK Gambling Commission licence held by Solaya Group Limited (account 100050). When we checked on 20 October 2026, the register showed the casino and bingo licences as active and listed peachygames.com as an active domain. A licence means the operator must follow UK rules on age checks, deposit limits, game design and complaints. It doesn't mean the regulator endorses the site. The page on what UKGC licensed means explains the difference.
What are the Peachy Games sister sites?
The active sister sites on Solaya Group Limited's licence are Casushi, Bingo Stars, Fruit Kings and Play Sunny. The register also lists luckycatgames.com as inactive and two white-label domains, jazzycat.com and zebrabingo.com. Sister sites share a licensee, so terms on welcome offers, verification and account restrictions may apply across them. Our Casushi profile and the guide to casino sister sites go into more detail.
When did Peachy Games get its licence?
The licences on Solaya Group Limited's current account have been active since 11 November 2025. That is the date this licence account started, which isn't necessarily the date the Peachy Games brand first launched. The register doesn't show whether an earlier company ran the site before then, and we haven't been able to confirm one. If a recent licence date concerns you, our guide on how to judge a new casino lists the checks that matter most.
Is Peachy Games safe to use?
Peachy Games holds an active UKGC licence, which means it must protect your identity, offer safer gambling tools, follow game design rules and use a complaints process with free independent dispute resolution. The register showed no regulatory actions against Solaya Group Limited at our last check. Safety also depends on how you play: set a deposit limit, keep sessions short and never gamble money you need. Our page on whether online casinos are safe in the UK covers the wider picture.
Where is Peachy Games based?
Peachy Games' licence holder, Solaya Group Limited, gives a head office address at Europort in Gibraltar on the Gambling Commission register. Being based outside Great Britain doesn't change your protections: any company that offers gambling to people in Great Britain must hold a Commission licence and follow the same rules as a British-based operator. Our explainer on the remote casino licence sets out what the licence requires, wherever the company is located.
Does self-excluding at Peachy Games cover its sister sites?
It may, but don't rely on it. Operator self-exclusion is set by the licensee, so Solaya Group Limited could apply it to some or all of its brands, and its terms will say which. The dependable route is GAMSTOP, which blocks you from every GB-licensed online gambling site, including Peachy Games and its sisters, for six months, a year or five years. The guide on how to self-exclude walks through both options.
Can I claim welcome offers at Peachy Games and Casushi?
Possibly not. When two brands share a licensee, the welcome offer terms often limit new-customer promotions to one per person, household or payment method across the group. Opening a second account to claim a second offer could see it refused, or the bonus removed later. Check each site's terms before you register. We don't describe Peachy Games' current offer, but our guide on how to read bonus terms and the multiple casino accounts guide explain the usual rules.
How do I complain about Peachy Games?
Start with Peachy Games' own complaints process, which the licensee must publish and use. Keep screenshots, dates and transaction references. If Solaya Group Limited's final response doesn't settle things, or eight weeks pass without one, you can take the case to the free ADR provider named in its terms. ADR decisions are independent of the casino. The explainer on complaints and ADR rules covers each step.
Do I pay tax on winnings from Peachy Games?
No. UK players don't pay tax on gambling winnings, whether they come from Peachy Games or any other licensed site. Operators pay duty on their profits instead: remote gaming duty rose from 21% to 40% on 1 April 2026, and that is the casino's cost, not yours. Winnings you go on to invest or save may be subject to the usual tax rules on interest or gains. Our page on tax on gambling winnings has the detail.
Gambling can be addictive. Free, confidential help is available 24 hours a day from the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133. Get free support from GamCare or NHS gambling support, or block yourself from all UK-licensed gambling sites with GAMSTOP.
