Who runs Regal Wins casino
Regal Wins' licence holder is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited, the company that holds the online licence for brands owned by The Rank Group. Despite the Gibraltar in its name, the register entry for account 57924 (opens in a new tab) gives a head office address at Rank Group in Maidenhead.
Rank is best known for its high-street and city-centre venues, including Grosvenor casinos and Mecca bingo clubs. Its online division runs digital versions of those brands alongside a portfolio of online-only sites, of which Regal Wins is one.
Your contract at Regal Wins is with Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited, and that is the name to use in any complaint. Our glossary entry on the licence holder explains why it matters, and every brand we profile is listed in the UK casino brands A–Z.
Regal Wins history: from Stride Gaming to Rank
Regal Wins didn't start life as a Rank brand. It was part of Stride Gaming, an online bingo and casino group whose portfolio also included Kitty Bingo, Lucky Pants, Lucky VIP and Spin and Win. Rank agreed to buy Stride in 2019 in a deal valued at around £115 million, and trade reports confirmed the takeover was completed on 4 October 2019.

After the deal, Rank moved the former Stride sites onto its own systems in stages. The register doesn't explain why the current licence account dates from March 2022, and we don't speculate. What you can check is that the brand sits on an active licence today. For more on how group takeovers affect players, see our guide to what happens when a casino closes, which also covers brand transfers.
What a Rank Group licence means for Regal Wins players
Playing at a brand inside a large group has a few practical effects, mostly to do with how the operator sees you across its sites.
New-customer offers may be restricted to one per person across Rank's online brands. If you already play at Grosvenor or Mecca, check the Regal Wins eligibility terms.
Safer gambling decisions, such as a restriction after a customer interaction, may follow you across the group's brands.
Financial vulnerability checks must be run when net deposits pass £150 in a rolling 30 days (since 28 February 2025). How a group combines activity across brands is a matter for its own policies.
Marketing consent is set per product and per channel since 1 May 2025, which matters on a licence covering bingo, casino and betting.
None of this is unique to Rank. The guide to multiple casino accounts explains the general rules.

How to check Regal Wins casino on the register
Find the licence statement in the Regal Wins footer and note the company name and number: Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited, 57924.
Open the Gambling Commission's register of businesses and search for 57924.
Confirm remote casino is shown as Active.
Open the domain names tab and check regalwins.com is listed as Active.
Check the regulatory actions tab for anything added since 20 October 2026.
If the details don't match the site you're on, don't deposit.
Regal Wins must offer deposit limits, time-outs, reality checks and self-exclusion, and must take part in GAMSTOP (opens in a new tab). Operator self-exclusion may apply across Rank's brands, but GAMSTOP is the only route that blocks every GB-licensed online operator together.
Because Rank also runs land-based venues, it's worth knowing that GAMSTOP covers online gambling only. Venue self-exclusion is arranged separately. Our guide on how to self-exclude explains both. The National Gambling Helpline is free on 0808 8020 133, day and night.
How to complain about Regal Wins
Raise the issue with Regal Wins support and ask for a formal complaint. Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited must issue a final response, and you can then go to the free ADR provider named in the terms if you're still unhappy, or if eight weeks pass. The Commission's complaints page for players (opens in a new tab) summarises the process, and our complaints and ADR page adds detail.
How Regal Wins compares as a type of casino
Regal Wins is an online-only brand inside a group with deep retail roots. That gives it a different profile from a standalone or white-label site.

Coral Casino: deposit and bet at least £10 on slots for 100 free spins (10p each, selected games). You have 48 hours to accept and 7 days to use them, and spin winnings carry no wagering. PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafe, prepaid cards and certain debit cards don't qualify.
PlayOJO: 80 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza at 10p each with a first deposit of at least £10, with no wagering so winnings are paid as cash. Not available in Northern Ireland.
Casumo: opt in for a 50% bonus up to £100 on a first deposit of £20 or more. A £40 bonus, for example, needs £400 of wagering within 7 days, with a £5 maximum bet.
All five of our partner offers are compared on the latest casino offers page. Gambling is a cost, not an income: the house edge means losses are the likely result over time.

Frequently asked questions
Who owns Regal Wins?
Regal Wins belongs to The Rank Group and is operated by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited, which holds UK Gambling Commission account 57924 and gives a head office at Rank Group in Maidenhead. Rank acquired Regal Wins when it bought Stride Gaming, a takeover completed on 4 October 2019. Rank also runs Grosvenor and Mecca. Our Grosvenor profile covers the group's best-known casino brand.
Is Regal Wins licensed in the UK?
Yes. Regal Wins operates under Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited's UK licence. The register shows remote casino, bingo, betting and gambling software licences, all active since 11 March 2022, and lists regalwins.com as an active domain. No regulatory actions were listed when we checked on 20 October 2026. You can confirm this yourself using our guide to checking a casino licence.
What are the Regal Wins sister sites?
The sister sites on the same Rank licence include Grosvenor, Mecca Bingo, Mecca Games, Rialto Casino, Lucky VIP, Kitty Bingo, Lucky Pants Bingo, Magical Vegas, Bella Casino, Spin and Win and The Vic. Several, like Regal Wins, came from Stride Gaming. Because one company runs them, offer eligibility and safer gambling decisions may apply across the group. See our Lucky VIP profile for another former Stride brand.
Was Regal Wins part of Stride Gaming?
Yes. Regal Wins was one of Stride Gaming's brands, alongside Kitty Bingo, Lucky Pants, Lucky VIP and Spin and Win. Rank agreed to buy Stride in 2019 in a deal valued at about £115 million, and the takeover was completed on 4 October 2019. Rank then moved Stride's sites onto its own platform over time. Our Kitty Bingo profile covers another brand with the same history.
Is Regal Wins safe?
Regal Wins holds an active UK licence through a large, long-established group, and the register listed no regulatory actions against its licence holder at our last check. That means identity checks, deposit limits, self-exclusion, game design rules and free dispute resolution all apply. A licence doesn't change the odds, though: casino games pay back less than you stake over time. Our are online casinos safe page explains what a licence does and doesn't do.
Where is Regal Wins based?
The register gives Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited's head office address at Rank Group in Maidenhead, despite the Gibraltar in the company name. The Rank Group is a UK business best known for Grosvenor casinos and Mecca bingo clubs. Wherever an operator is based, it needs a Gambling Commission licence to serve players in Great Britain. Our Gambling Commission explainer describes how the regulator works.
Can I use my Grosvenor account at Regal Wins?
Usually not as the same login. Regal Wins and Grosvenor are separate brands with their own registration, even though Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited runs both. Your identity may already be verified within the group, which can make sign-up quicker, but new-customer offers may be limited if you already hold a Rank account. Check the Regal Wins terms before registering. The guide to multiple casino accounts covers the usual restrictions.
Does GAMSTOP cover Regal Wins?
Yes. As a GB-licensed online operator, Rank must take part in GAMSTOP, so registering blocks you from Regal Wins, its sister sites and every other GB-licensed online gambling site for six months, one year or five years. GAMSTOP doesn't cover Rank's land-based Grosvenor or Mecca venues, which have their own self-exclusion schemes. Our guide on how to use GAMSTOP explains what it does and doesn't cover.
Has Regal Wins changed recently?
We haven't verified any brand-specific change. The changes that affect Regal Wins are UK-wide: a deposit limit prompt before your first deposit since 31 October 2025, a 10x cap on bonus wagering and a ban on mixed-product promotions since 19 January 2026, and gross deposit limits due by 30 September 2026. Our latest UK casino rules page lists each change with its date.
How do I complain about Regal Wins?
Contact Regal Wins support and ask for a formal complaint to be logged, keeping screenshots, dates and transaction references. Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited must give you a final response. If that doesn't resolve things, or eight weeks pass, you can take the case to the free ADR provider named in the terms, which is independent of the casino. Our casino complaints guide walks you through it.
Gambling can be addictive. Free, confidential help is available 24 hours a day from the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133. Get free support from GamCare or NHS gambling support, or block yourself from all UK-licensed gambling sites with GAMSTOP.
