Queen Vegas is licensed in Great Britain through Skill On Net Limited, Gambling Commission account 39326, a company based in Limassol, Cyprus. That is the same licence holder as PlayOJO, Spin Genie and Slots Magic. Its casino licence dates from 1 November 2014, and the register added a virtual-event betting licence from 1 October 2026. Here's what that means and how to check it.
At Queen Vegas, this is the company you deal with: it verifies your identity, holds your balance, applies safer gambling measures and runs the complaints process. It is also the operator of PlayOJO, one of the five casinos we partner with, which is why we flag the link clearly on this page.
Our glossary entry on the licence holder explains why the business behind a casino is often different from the name on the logo. For every brand we profile, start at the UK casino brands A–Z.

A new licence activity tells you what the operator is now permitted to offer, not what each brand will actually launch. We haven't verified whether virtual betting will appear on Queen Vegas, so treat this as a licence fact rather than a product announcement.
One rule follows directly from having more than one product on the licence. Since 19 January 2026, the mixed-product promotions ban stops an operator from offering, say, casino spins in exchange for virtual-sport bets.
Queen Vegas sister sites on the Skill On Net licence
You can read about PlayOJO, Spin Genie, Slots Magic and Simba Games on this site. The register also lists some white-label domains on the account, which are brands marketed by other companies on Skill On Net's licence; our white-label casino guide explains that model.
Queen Vegas and PlayOJO: what a shared operator means
Because the same company runs both sites, a few things are worth knowing before you open accounts at both.
Welcome offer eligibility. PlayOJO's 80-spin offer is for new customers, can't be combined with other offers and must be claimed via the designated link. An existing Queen Vegas account could affect whether Skill On Net treats you as new. Read the eligibility terms.
Verification. The operator may already hold your documents if you join a second brand, which can reduce repeat checks.
Safer gambling decisions. If the operator restricts or closes one account for safer gambling reasons, it may do the same on its other brands.
Financial vulnerability checks. Since 28 February 2025, operators must run a public-record check when your net deposits pass £150 in a rolling 30 days. How activity is combined across an operator's brands depends on its own policies.
Every GB licensee applies the same rulebook. Three changes from the past two years shape what you see on Queen Vegas today.
Bonuses: 10x maximum wagering
Since 19 January 2026, wagering can't exceed 10 times the bonus. On a £25 bonus, the most you could be required to stake before withdrawing is £250. The 10x wagering cap page has more examples and explains what the cap doesn't cover.
Slots: stake and speed limits
Spins are capped at £5 for players aged 25 and over and £2 for 18 to 24-year-olds. Slots must also take at least 2.5 seconds per spin, with no autoplay or turbo. Our slot rules round-up dates each change.
Deposit limits by default
Since 31 October 2025, you are prompted to set a deposit limit before your first deposit, and opting out has to be confirmed. Lowering a limit is immediate.
How to check Queen Vegas on the Gambling Commission register
Read the licence statement in the Queen Vegas footer and note the company name and account number: it should say Skill On Net Limited, 39326.
Search the Commission's register of businesses for that number.
Confirm remote casino is listed as Active.
Open the domain names tab and check that the address you are using, queenvegas.com or queenvegas.co.uk, appears as Active.
Open the regulatory actions tab to see if anything has been added since our check on 20 October 2026.
As a GB-licensed site, Queen Vegas must offer deposit limits, time-outs, reality checks and self-exclusion. The Commission's guide to self-exclusion (opens in a new tab) explains the difference between excluding from one operator and using the national GAMSTOP scheme, which blocks every GB-licensed online site.
Start with Queen Vegas customer support and ask for a formal complaint. The operator must give you a final response under its complaints procedure. If that doesn't resolve things, or eight weeks pass, take the dispute to the free ADR provider named in the terms. Our complaints and ADR page explains the timings.

Frequently asked questions
Who owns Queen Vegas?
Skill On Net Limited runs Queen Vegas. It holds UK Gambling Commission account 39326 and has its head office in Limassol, Cyprus. The same company operates PlayOJO, Spin Genie, Slots Magic and several other brands on one licence. The register doesn't name a parent group for the company, so we don't either. Our PlayOJO is it legit page covers the same licence from the partner side.
Is Queen Vegas licensed in the UK?
Yes. Queen Vegas operates under Skill On Net Limited's UK licence. The register shows remote casino active since 1 November 2014, bingo since 14 February 2020 and virtual-event betting since 1 October 2026, with queenvegas.com and queenvegas.co.uk both listed as active. No regulatory actions were listed at our check on 20 October 2026. The guide to checking a casino licence shows how to confirm this yourself.
Is Queen Vegas the same company as PlayOJO?
Yes, in licensing terms. Queen Vegas and PlayOJO are separate brands with different designs, but both are operated by Skill On Net Limited under account 39326. That company is your contracting party at either site. In practice, holding an account at one could affect your eligibility for a new-customer offer at the other, so read the terms first. Our PlayOJO sister sites page lists the wider family.
What are the Queen Vegas sister sites?
Queen Vegas's sister sites on the Skill On Net licence include PlayOJO, Spin Genie, Slots Magic, Mega Casino, EU Casino, Simba Games, Megaways Casino, Lucky Vegas and Red Kings. The register also lists some white-label domains marketed by other companies on the same licence. Because one company runs them, safer gambling decisions and offer eligibility may carry across. Our Mega Casino profile covers another brand in the group.
What changed at Queen Vegas in October 2026?
The register shows a new virtual-event betting licence for Skill On Net Limited from 1 October 2026. That allows the operator to offer betting on computer-generated events, but we haven't verified whether Queen Vegas itself will add such a product. Earlier changes that affect players are UK-wide, including the 10x wagering cap from 19 January 2026. The 2026 timeline lists every dated change.
Is Queen Vegas safe?
A long-standing UK licence covers Queen Vegas, held by an operator with no regulatory actions listed on the register at our last check. That means it must verify your age and identity, offer safer gambling tools, follow game design rules and give you access to free dispute resolution. No licence changes the house edge, though, so play with money you can afford to lose. More on this is in are online casinos safe in the UK.
Where is Queen Vegas based?
The Queen Vegas licence holder gives its head office as Limassol, Cyprus, on the Gambling Commission register. Your protections don't depend on that location: any company that offers gambling to people in Great Britain must hold a Commission licence and meet the same standards as a British-based operator. Our page on the remote casino licence explains what the licence requires.
Can I claim PlayOJO's offer if I already play at Queen Vegas?
Possibly not. PlayOJO's welcome offer is for new UK customers (excluding Northern Ireland), can't be combined with other offers and is run by Skill On Net Limited, the same operator as Queen Vegas. An existing account on the licence could mean you aren't treated as new. Read PlayOJO's eligibility terms before depositing, or ask support. Our PlayOJO bonus terms page sets out the published conditions.
Does GAMSTOP block Queen Vegas?
Yes. As a GB-licensed online operator, Skill On Net must take part in GAMSTOP. Registering blocks you from Queen Vegas, its sister sites and every other GB-licensed online gambling site for six months, one year or five years. You can't end the exclusion early. Our guide on how to use GAMSTOP explains registration and what happens when the period ends.
How do I complain about Queen Vegas?
Contact Queen Vegas support and ask for a formal complaint to be logged, then keep a record of dates, messages and amounts. Skill On Net Limited must give you a final response. If you're unhappy with it, or eight weeks pass without one, you can take the dispute to the free ADR provider named in the terms. Our guide to complaining about a casino walks through each stage.
