Dream Bingo is a UK-facing bingo and slots site run by Jumpman Gaming Limited, which holds Gambling Commission account 39175 and is based in Alderney. This profile sets out who operates Dream Bingo today, what the public register shows (checked 20 October 2026), which sister sites share its licence and how to confirm all of it yourself.
Dream Bingo’s UK licence holder is Jumpman Gaming Limited, UKGC account 39175.
Jumpman’s remote bingo and casino licences have been active since 1 November 2014, with no regulatory actions listed when checked on 20 October 2026.

Loot Casino, Dove Bingo, Zeus Bingo, Lights Camera Bingo, Slots Kingdom and Aladdin Slots sit on the same licence.
Every 2025–2026 UK rule, from the 10x wagering cap to slot stake limits, applies to Dream Bingo as it does to any licensed site.

Who runs Dream Bingo in the UK?
The company behind Dream Bingo for British players is Jumpman Gaming Limited. Its entry on the Gambling Commission’s register for account 39175 (opens in a new tab) shows two remote operating licences, one for bingo and one for casino games, both active since 1 November 2014. The licensee gives Alderney, in the Channel Islands, as its head office. That location doesn’t change your protections: any business offering gambling to people in Great Britain must hold a licence from the Commission and follow its licence conditions and codes of practice, wherever its office is.
In practice, this means the name on the Dream Bingo website is a trading brand, while the legal responsibility sits with Jumpman Gaming. If you ever need to complain, request your data or check a self-exclusion, the licence holder is the party you are dealing with. Our guide to what a licence holder is explains why the brand and the operator so often have different names.
Dream Bingo licence record on the public register
The register is the only source that can confirm a UK gambling licence, so it is the first thing to look at for any site. Here is what it showed for Dream Bingo’s operator when we checked it on 20 October 2026.

A start date of 1 November 2014 is common across the register. It reflects the day the Gambling (Licensing and Advertising) Act 2014 brought overseas operators under Commission licensing, so it says more about the law changing than about when a brand first launched.
We haven’t confirmed when that happened, so we won’t put a date on it. What matters for a player is simple: the active listing tells you who is responsible now. If you held an account under an earlier operator, your old balance and history would have been handled under that company’s terms at the time. Our explainer on what happens when a casino closes or changes hands explains how customer funds and accounts are usually transferred.
Brand moves between licence holders are routine in UK online bingo. The site’s footer should always name the current operator and its account number; if the footer and the register disagree, trust the register.
Dream Bingo sister sites on the same licence
Jumpman Gaming runs a family of brands from one platform. The register lists these alongside Dream Bingo under account 39175. A shared licence usually means a shared back office: the same cashier, verification team, terms structure and complaints process, with different themes and promotions on top. For a wider explanation, see our guide to casino sister sites.

Because these brands share one operator, a self-exclusion or account closure at one may affect the others. Read the terms of each site before assuming you can open a fresh account there, and remember that GAMSTOP (opens in a new tab) covers every UK-licensed online operator at once.
UK rules that apply to Dream Bingo in 2026
Bingo-led sites often carry hundreds of slots too, so most of the recent changes reach them. These are the ones a Dream Bingo player is most likely to notice:
10x wagering cap (since 19 January 2026): no bonus can require more than ten times the bonus in play. A £10 bingo or slots bonus can ask for £100 of play at most. See the 10x wagering cap explained.
One product per promotion (since 19 January 2026): an offer can no longer mix bingo with slots, for example ‘buy bingo tickets to get slot spins’. The mixed-product promotions ban page has examples.
Slot stake limits: £5 a spin if you are 25 or over, and £2 a spin for 18 to 24-year-olds. Bingo tickets themselves aren’t covered by these limits.
Financial limit prompt (since 31 October 2025): you are asked to set a deposit limit before your first deposit, and lowering it takes effect straight away.
Marketing consent (since 1 May 2025): you choose separately whether to hear about bingo, casino or betting, and by email, text or phone.
None of this depends on the brand. A site that ignored these rules would be in breach of its licence, which is why checking the licence comes first.
Safer gambling tools at Dream Bingo and its sister sites
Every UK licensee must offer the same core set of controls. Exact menu names differ from site to site, so check the account or ‘responsible gambling’ area once you log in. The required tools are:
deposit limits by day, week or month, with decreases applied at once and increases usually subject to a waiting period;
reality checks that show how long you have been playing;
self-exclusion from the operator itself, plus GAMSTOP for every UK site.
Bingo is sociable and sessions can run long, so a reality check is worth switching on. Treat any spend as the cost of the entertainment: over time, the house edge means players as a group lose more than they win. If it stops feeling like fun, the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 is free and open around the clock, and GamCare’s support pages (opens in a new tab) list other ways to talk to someone.
How to check Dream Bingo’s licence yourself
It takes about two minutes and works for any site. Our licence-checking guide covers the same process in more depth.
Scroll to the bottom of the Dream Bingo website and note the company name and account number in the footer.
Open the Gambling Commission’s public register and search by that account number (39175) or by ‘Jumpman Gaming’.
Confirm the status reads ‘Active’ for the remote bingo and remote casino licences.
Open the ‘Domain names’ tab and look for the exact web address you are using.
Check the regulatory actions tab for any sanctions or warnings.
If the footer, the domain or the company name don’t match, don’t deposit until you have asked the site to explain.

Complaints and disputes involving Dream Bingo
Start with the operator’s own complaints process, which every licensee must publish. If you’re still unhappy eight weeks after you first complained, or you receive a final response, you can take the dispute to the independent alternative dispute resolution body named in the site’s terms. The Commission keeps a list of approved ADR providers (opens in a new tab). Our step-by-step complaints guide shows what evidence to keep.

Frequently asked questions
Who owns Dream Bingo?
Dream Bingo is operated for UK players by Jumpman Gaming Limited, which holds Gambling Commission account 39175. The company lists Alderney as its head office, and its remote bingo and casino licences have been active since 1 November 2014. We haven’t verified any parent group above Jumpman, so we don’t name one. You can confirm the operator yourself on the public register, as explained in our guide to checking a casino licence, and compare it with the company named in the site’s footer.
Is Dream Bingo licensed in the UK?
Yes. When we checked the Gambling Commission register on 20 October 2026, Jumpman Gaming Limited held active remote bingo and remote casino licences, and dreambingo.com was listed as one of its active domains. No regulatory actions were listed at that date. A licence means the site must follow UK rules on fair games, verification, advertising and safer gambling. Our answer on what UKGC licensed means explains what that protects and what it doesn’t.
Is Dream Bingo safe to use?
A valid UK licence is the main safety marker, and Dream Bingo’s operator held one when we checked on 20 October 2026. Licensed sites must verify your age, protect your data, display game rules and offer deposit limits and self-exclusion. Safety also depends on how you play: set a budget and stick to it. Our article on whether online casinos are safe in the UK covers the checks worth doing before you deposit anywhere.
What are Dream Bingo’s sister sites?
The register lists Loot Casino, Dove Bingo, Zeus Bingo, Lights Camera Bingo, Slots Kingdom and Aladdin Slots under the same licence as Dream Bingo. All are run by Jumpman Gaming Limited, so they typically share a cashier, verification process and account rules. That can mean a restriction or self-exclusion at one brand also applies at the others. Our guide to casino sister sites explains how to find every brand on a licence.
Why does Betway appear in Dream Bingo’s register history?
The register lists dreambingo.com and dreambingo.co.uk as inactive domains on Betway Limited’s account, which suggests the brand once ran under that licence before moving to Jumpman Gaming. We haven’t confirmed when the change happened. The active listing on account 39175 is the one that matters now. If you’re unsure who held your account in the past, ask customer support, and see our page on white label casinos for how brands move between operators.
Do bingo stakes count towards the £5 slot limit?
No. The online slot stake limits of £5 per spin for players aged 25 and over, and £2 for 18 to 24-year-olds, apply to reel-based slot games only. Bingo tickets aren’t covered, and neither are table games such as roulette. If you play slots on a bingo site, though, the limits apply in exactly the same way as on a casino site. Our explainer on the £5 slot stake limit sets out the rule and its dates.
Can a bingo site still offer slot spins for buying bingo tickets?
Not since 19 January 2026. From that date, a single promotion can’t combine different gambling products, so ‘buy bingo tickets, get slot spins’ deals are no longer allowed at UK-licensed sites. A bingo offer must stay within bingo, and a slots offer within casino games. Older blog posts and banners may still describe the previous style of deal. Our page on the mixed-product promotions ban explains what counts as one product.
How do I self-exclude from Dream Bingo?
You can self-exclude through the responsible gambling section of your Dream Bingo account, or register with GAMSTOP to block every UK-licensed online gambling site at once. GAMSTOP lets you choose a period from six months to five years, and it can’t be cancelled early once it starts. Because sister sites share a licence, check whether an exclusion covers them too. Our guide on how to self-exclude compares the routes step by step.
What should I do if Dream Bingo won’t resolve a complaint?
Use the operator’s complaints process first and keep copies of every message. If the issue isn’t settled within eight weeks, or you get a final decision you disagree with, you can refer it free of charge to the alternative dispute resolution provider named in the site’s terms. The Gambling Commission doesn’t settle individual disputes itself. Our complaints and ADR rules page explains the timescales and what an ADR body can decide.
Does Dream Bingo’s Alderney base affect my rights?
No, not for play from Great Britain. Any operator serving British customers must hold a Gambling Commission licence and follow its conditions, wherever the company is registered. That means the same rules on verification, game fairness, bonus terms, deposit limits and complaints apply to Jumpman Gaming as to a London-based company. Our explainer on the remote casino operating licence covers what the licence requires.
Gambling can be addictive. Free, confidential help is available 24 hours a day from the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133. Get free support from GamCare or NHS gambling support, or block yourself from all UK-licensed gambling sites with GAMSTOP.
