Ladbrokes promotions for existing customers appear in the Offers section of your account, chosen by product, and vary from player to player rather than following a public calendar. Its help centre names deposit bonuses, direct bonuses and free spins among the casino reward types. This guide explains how they work, the terms behind them and the maths under the 10x wagering cap, as checked on 20 October 2026.
Existing-customer offers live in the Offers section, where you can activate, pause or drop them and see six months of history.
Ladbrokes' terms say not every promotion is available to every customer, including for safer gambling reasons.
Casino bonus funds carry a £2 maximum stake per spin or hand under Ladbrokes' standard promotional terms.
Since 19 January 2026 wagering can't exceed 10x, and sports-to-casino 'mixed' offers are banned.
You choose by product and channel whether Ladbrokes can send you offers at all.

Ladbrokes promotions for existing customers: how they reach you
Once you've used the welcome offer, Ladbrokes promotions for existing customers come through two routes: the Offers section inside your account, and marketing messages if you've agreed to receive them. Ladbrokes' help centre says you find offers by opening Offers and choosing a product, such as Casino, which is where current bonuses and rewards are listed.
There's no fixed public schedule. Ladbrokes' UK general terms (clause 18.3) say plainly that 'Not all Promotions will be available to all customers', and that promotions may be withheld for regulatory reasons including safer gambling. Two players logging in on the same day may see different things. That's normal and legal, as long as the terms of what you are offered are clear and fair. For an overview of the brand, see the Ladbrokes Casino hub; for the general picture across UK sites, read how casino promotions work.
We don't list individual Ladbrokes existing-customer deals because they're targeted and change often, so any list would be out of date or wrong for your account. Always check the live terms under 'More Info' in the Offers section. The ASA's guidance on significant conditions in promotional marketing (opens in a new tab) explains which key terms must be shown up front.
Reward types named in the Ladbrokes help centre
The help centre's 'Types of offers and rewards' area names the formats Ladbrokes uses across its products. Only some relate to the casino; the rest belong to sports, bingo or poker and can't be mixed with casino play under current rules.

Ladbrokes' own example of a deposit bonus is a 50% offer capped at £25: deposit £50 and you get £25; deposit £100 and you still get £25, because the cap applies. That cap-then-stop pattern is typical, so the useful number to look for in any reload is the maximum, not the percentage. Our reload bonus explainer and the deposit bonus overview cover the format in more depth.
Free-to-play games and LadBucks in the Ladbrokes app
Not every reward needs a deposit. The Ladbrokes Casino app's store listing mentions free-to-play features, including Instant Spins, a daily prize wheel and contests linked to game shows and live roulette, plus a reward currency called LadBucks used on arcade games. These are entry points that don't require a stake; any prize they award comes with its own terms, which you should read before playing.
Two UK rules apply. Free-to-play versions of gambling games can only be accessed after age verification, a requirement in force since May 2019, and anything you win with a reward is subject to the same 10x wagering cap as other bonuses. Our free-to-play casino games page and the Ladbrokes app guide explain more.
Using the Ladbrokes Offers section: activate, pause or drop
The Offers area is more than a list. According to Ladbrokes' help centre you can view current bonuses and rewards, read the terms, check progress, activate, pause or delete rewards, see available and expired promotions, and review six months of Offer History, including free spins.
Log in and open Offers, then choose Casino (or the product you want).
Tap More Info on any promotion to read its specific terms before opting in.
Check four things: the qualifying action, the wagering multiple (if any), the expiry and the eligible games.
Activate the offer if it needs an opt-in. A deposit bonus shows as 'Active' once you've deposited.
Track progress in the same area. Pause it if you need to, or use More Info / Drop bonus to cancel it.
Use Offer History to confirm what you received and when, for up to six months.
The small print behind every Ladbrokes casino promotion
Each promotion has its own specific terms, but they sit on top of Ladbrokes' standard promotional terms, dated 30 June 2026. These general clauses apply unless the specific terms say otherwise, and they're where most surprises come from.
Key clauses in Ladbrokes' standard promotional terms
Clause
What it says (in summary)
What it means for you
4.2
'New player' offers exclude anyone who has opened and deposited into an account with the brand
Welcome offers are a one-off; existing customers get different promotions
4.3
Identity is judged from name, address, email, card number and IP address
Shared details can affect eligibility
5.2
Each promotion can be entered once unless its terms say otherwise
Repeat claims usually aren't allowed
8.2
Casino and live casino bonus funds capped at £2 per spin or hand
Lower than the £5 legal slot limit for over-25s
9.1
Real-money bonuses paid within seven days of entry, subject to release requirements
Not always instant
9.2
Irregular play includes single bets of 50% or more of the bonus and bet-size drops of 75% or more
Erratic staking can void winnings
The £2 cap catches people out. A player aged 25 or over can normally stake up to £5 per slot spin under UK law, but while casino bonus funds are active, Ladbrokes limits stakes to £2. Breaking it can lead to bonus winnings being removed. Our explainer on the max bet rule and what happens if you break bonus terms go further.
Ladbrokes existing-customer bonuses under the 10x cap: worked examples
Since 19 January 2026 no UK casino promotion may require bonus funds to be played through more than 10 times. Applied to Ladbrokes' own help-centre example, the maths looks like this. All figures assume a slot with 96% RTP, which means an average 4% house edge over the long run; real sessions swing widely either side.
Worked examples (illustrative, not a current offer)
Example
Wagering needed
Minimum spins at £2
Average cost of the play-through
£25 bonus at 10x
£250
125
About £10 (4% of £250)
£25 bonus at 5x
£125
63
About £5
20 spins at 10p, no wagering
None
Not applicable
Spins worth £2 at face value; average return about £1.92
£10 direct bonus at 10x
£100
50
About £4
Reading the table: a £25 bonus at the maximum 10x needs £250 of stakes, and at the £2 cap that's at least 125 spins. On average the house edge takes about £10 of that along the way, leaving an average value of around £15, but many sessions end with nothing left. Before 2026 a 35x requirement on the same bonus would have meant £875 of play. Our 10x wagering cap page and how to calculate wagering guide explain the method.
Why you may not see the same Ladbrokes offers as someone else
If a friend mentions a Ladbrokes promotion you can't find, there are several legitimate reasons. Most come from the terms or from UK rules rather than from any mistake.
Targeting. Clause 18.3 of the UK terms says not all promotions are available to all customers.
Safer gambling. Under UK customer interaction rules, operators must stop marketing and new bonus take-up when they see strong signs of harm. That can apply to any account.
Marketing choices. If you haven't opted in to casino marketing, you won't get emailed or texted offers, though the Offers section still shows what's available to you.
Restrictions. The promotional terms note that account restrictions, including on deposits, may affect whether you can complete a promotion.
Product. An offer for sports or bingo won't appear in your casino offers, and can't be used there.
Since 1 May 2025, UK operators must let you opt in to marketing separately for each product (casino, betting, bingo) and each channel (email, SMS, phone), with opt-out as the default. At Ladbrokes, the setting lives under Communication Preferences in My Account and Settings.
That means you can, for example, allow casino offers by email but not by text, or switch off casino marketing while keeping betting news. If offers prompt you to play more than you intended, switching them off is a simple, effective step. Our guides to opting out of casino marketing and the marketing consent rules explain your rights.
Bet-on-sport-to-get-spins offers: why Ladbrokes can't run them now
Ladbrokes is both a bookmaker and a casino, so before 2026 a typical promotion might have offered casino spins for placing a football bet. The Gambling Commission's announcement on safer, simpler promotions (opens in a new tab) banned that from 19 January 2026: an incentive can now cover only one type of gambling product.
In practice, casino promotions at Ladbrokes now require casino activity, and sports promotions require sports bets. If you see an older article describing a cross-product Ladbrokes offer, it predates the rule. Our page on the mixed-product promotions ban has the full background, and how to spot an outdated offer lists other giveaways.
Is a Ladbrokes reload or spins offer worth taking?
An offer is only worthwhile if you'd have played anyway, with money you can afford to lose. If it would push you to deposit more or play longer than planned, it's costing you, whatever the headline says. With that settled, a few checks show whether the terms are fair.
Is there wagering, and how many times? No wagering is best; 10x is the legal maximum.
What's the cap on the bonus, and does a bigger deposit actually earn more?
How long do you have? Short expiry plus high wagering is a poor combination.
If you haven't opened a Ladbrokes account yet, the welcome offer comes before any existing-customer promotion. New customers aged 18+ who deposit and play £10 on slots get 50 free spins a day for the first 10 days, up to 500 in total. Each spin is worth 10p, spins must be claimed before 23:59 each day and are valid for 7 days, and winnings have no wagering. Prepaid cards, PayPal, Paysafe, Neteller, Skrill and Moneybookers deposits don't qualify. See Ladbrokes free spins for how the daily drops work.
Coral, Ladbrokes' sister brand, gives new players aged 18+ 100 free spins at 10p each after depositing and betting £10 on slots, valid for 7 days with no wagering on winnings (offer runs 1 October 2026 to 1 February 2027). Both are run by LC International Limited, so check the terms before claiming at both. Offers checked 5 October 2026; terms apply.
Existing-customer promotions are personal and not listed publicly, so the boxes below show the new-customer offers at Ladbrokes and its sister brand Coral. 18+, terms apply, checked 5 October 2026.
Coral and Ladbrokes are both run by LC International Limited (Entain). If you already hold an account with one Entain brand, you may not be able to open a new account with another; check the terms before signing up.

Frequently asked questions
Does Ladbrokes have promotions for existing customers?
Yes. Ladbrokes shows existing-customer promotions in the Offers section of your account, organised by product, and may also send them by email, text or phone if you've opted in. The help centre names deposit bonuses, direct bonuses and free spins among casino rewards. Offers are targeted, so what you see may differ from other players. Ladbrokes' terms say not all promotions are available to all customers. Compare options across sites on our offers for existing customers page.
Where do I find my Ladbrokes offers?
Log in and open Offers, then choose the product, such as Casino. The help pages say this area shows current bonuses and rewards, their terms and progress, and lets you activate, pause or delete them. You can also see available and expired promotions and six months of Offer History, including free spins. If an offer you were sent by email isn't showing, contact support through Help & Contact. Our Ladbrokes customer service page lists every route.
What is the maximum bet with a Ladbrokes casino bonus?
Ladbrokes' standard promotional terms cap stakes at £2 per spin or hand while you're playing with casino or live casino bonus funds. That's below the £5 legal slot limit for players aged 25 and over, so it's a Ladbrokes rule rather than a legal one. Specific offer terms can set something different, so check More Info. Staking above the cap can lead to bonus winnings being removed. Our guide to the max bet rule explains why casinos set these limits.
Why can't I see the same Ladbrokes promotion as my friend?
Ladbrokes targets promotions, and its UK terms state that not all promotions are available to all customers, including where they're withheld for safer gambling reasons. Your marketing preferences, account restrictions and the products you use also affect what appears. UK rules require operators to stop new bonus take-up where they see strong signs of harm. None of this is unusual. If you think something is wrong, ask support. Common causes are covered in why has my account been restricted.
Do Ladbrokes existing-customer bonuses have wagering requirements?
Some do and some don't; each offer's specific terms say. Since 19 January 2026, any wagering requirement on a UK casino bonus can't exceed 10x. On a £25 bonus at 10x, that means £250 of stakes before winnings can be withdrawn, or at least 125 spins at the £2 bonus stake cap. Free spins offers are sometimes wagering-free. Always check More Info before opting in. Our wagering requirements guide works through more examples.
Can I get the Ladbrokes welcome offer again as an existing customer?
No. Ladbrokes' help centre says all players are eligible for only one sign-up offer, and its standard promotional terms exclude anyone who has previously opened and deposited into an account with the brand from 'new player' promotions. Opening a second account to claim it again breaches the terms, which allow one account per brand, and bonuses from duplicate accounts are void. Existing customers get separate promotions instead. The guide to bonus abuse explains what counts and the consequences.
How do I stop Ladbrokes sending me promotions?
Go to My Account, then Settings and Communication Preferences, and switch off the products and channels you don't want. Since 1 May 2025, UK operators must let you choose marketing by product (casino, betting, bingo) and channel (email, SMS, phone), with opt-out as the default. Changing this doesn't affect your account or balance. If you're stepping away from gambling, a time-out or self-exclusion also stops targeted marketing. See our guide to opting out of casino marketing.
Can I cancel a Ladbrokes bonus once it's active?
Yes. An active deposit bonus can be cancelled, according to the help pages, from your deposit page or through More Info and then Drop bonus in the Offers section. Cancelling usually removes the bonus funds and any winnings tied to them, so read the specific terms first. It can be useful if you'd rather withdraw your own money without working through bonus conditions. Ladbrokes' 2018 undertakings to the Competition and Markets Authority also committed it to clearer, fairer bonus terms. Can I withdraw a casino bonus? explains the general position.
Can Ladbrokes offer free spins for placing a sports bet?
Not any more. From 19 January 2026 the Gambling Commission banned promotions that mix gambling products, so an offer can't require a sports bet to unlock casino spins, or casino play to earn a free bet. Ladbrokes runs both a sportsbook and a casino, so its promotions are now kept to one product each. Older articles describing cross-product deals are out of date. Our mixed-product promotions ban page sets out the rule and the Commission's reasons.
Are Ladbrokes promotions worth it?
They can add value if you were going to play anyway with money set aside for entertainment, and the terms are fair: no or low wagering, a reasonable expiry and clear game rules. They aren't worth it if they lead you to deposit more or play longer than you planned. The house edge still applies, so losses over time are the likely outcome even with a bonus. Use the 10x cap and the £2 stake limit to work out the real cost. Our fair casino bonus guide offers a checklist.
