10bet bonus excluded payment methods are Skrill and Neteller: the casino welcome bonus terms say deposits made with either don’t qualify, and the help centre says the same for casino deposit bonuses. Pay with another method, such as a debit card, if you want the 100% match up to £25. Here’s what the terms say, what to do if you used an e-wallet, and how other casinos compare. 18+, terms apply.
Skrill and Neteller deposits don’t qualify for the 10bet casino welcome bonus or casino deposit bonuses.
These are the only two methods named in the terms we read; confirm any other method in the cashier before depositing.
Free spins from Play get promotions have no payment exclusion in the help centre’s default terms.
10bet’s published exclusion list is shorter than Coral’s or Ladbrokes’, which also exclude PayPal and prepaid cards.

Which payment methods are excluded from 10bet bonuses?
Two e-wallets are named in 10bet’s bonus terms: Skrill and Neteller. The casino welcome bonus page, read on 20 October 2026, says deposits made with either don’t qualify. The help centre’s casino deposit bonus article says the same for existing-customer deposit bonuses, and its welcome bonus article lists using Skrill or Neteller as a reason the bonus may have been missed.

10bet payment methods and bonus eligibility
10bet’s help centre explains how to deposit but doesn’t publish a full list of methods. Third-party reviews report debit cards, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Trustly, Apple Pay and paysafecard; Google Pay isn’t published. The table combines that list with the bonus terms.

‘Not named’ isn’t the same as confirmed eligible. The method list comes from third-party reviews rather than 10bet itself, so look at the cashier on the day. Our 10bet payment methods page goes through each option, and 10bet’s deposit help article (opens in a new tab) explains the cashier steps. 10bet doesn’t publish a minimum deposit either; see the 10bet minimum deposit page.
Why do casinos exclude Skrill and Neteller from bonuses?
10bet doesn’t give a reason in its terms, and that’s normal. Across UK casinos, a few explanations come up repeatedly. E-wallets put an extra layer between the casino and the bank account, which can make it harder to link several accounts to the same person, and operators see that as a route for bonus abuse. Processing costs for some e-wallets can also be higher than for cards.
Whatever the motive, the effect for you is simple: the exclusion is part of the contract, and a deposit through an excluded method won’t qualify. Our page on why you can’t use PayPal for some bonuses explains the same pattern across the market, and the Skrill and Neteller guides cover those wallets in general.
How to claim the 10bet bonus with an eligible payment method
The welcome bonus has two traps: forgetting to select it at sign-up, and paying with an excluded wallet. Follow this order to avoid both.
Start registration at 10bet and complete the identity details; UK rules require age and identity checks before you can deposit.
On the final registration step, select the casino welcome bonus. Skipping this is the most common reason the bonus doesn’t appear.
Set a deposit limit when prompted; since 31 October 2025 every UK casino must ask before your first deposit.
Open the cashier and choose a method that isn’t Skrill or Neteller, such as a debit card.
Make your first deposit within 7 days of choosing the bonus.
Check the Bonuses area to confirm the bonus has been added, then wager it 10x on slots within 3 days.

The value at stake is easy to calculate, because the welcome bonus is a straight 100% match capped at £25.

Two things stand out. Depositing more than £25 doesn’t increase the bonus. And £250 of slot stakes in three days is a fast pace: at £1 a spin, that’s 250 spins, and at a typical 96% return to player the average cost of that play is about £10. Bonus winnings are capped at £1,000, and withdrawing before wagering is finished forfeits the bonus. Our wagering calculator runs these numbers for any amount.
I deposited with Skrill or Neteller: can I still get the 10bet bonus?
Probably not, but you can ask. 10bet’s welcome bonus help article says that if you missed the bonus, including by using Skrill or Neteller, you can contact support by live chat for help. Whether anything is added afterwards is up to 10bet, so treat it as a request. Our 10bet customer service page lists the contact options and hours.
What doesn’t work is depositing again with a debit card hoping the second deposit counts. The offer is tied to your first deposit, so a later card deposit won’t normally qualify. If you’re unhappy with how the terms were presented, the formal route is on our how to complain to 10bet page.
Bonus excluded payment methods at other UK casinos
10bet’s published list is one of the shorter ones among the casinos we cover. Here’s how the welcome offer exclusions compared when we checked them on 5 October 2026 (18+, terms apply to every offer).

Ladbrokes

If PayPal is your preferred method, that difference matters: Coral and Ladbrokes exclude it from their welcome offers, while 10bet’s terms don’t name it. Our pages on PayPal casino bonuses and debit card casino bonuses compare the wider market, and Casumo vs 10bet sets those two side by side.
UK payment rules that affect 10bet bonuses
Some payment limits come from regulation rather than 10bet’s terms. Credit cards can’t be used to gamble in Great Britain, a ban in force since 14 April 2020, and that extends to e-wallets loaded with a credit card. The Commission’s guide on gambling using a credit card (opens in a new tab) explains the detail, and our pages on the credit card ban and the e-wallet credit card rule cover how operators enforce it.
The bonus itself is shaped by the 10x wagering cap, which has applied to every UK casino bonus since 19 January 2026, as set out in the Commission’s announcement that gambling promotions are to be safer and simpler (opens in a new tab). 10bet’s welcome bonus sits exactly at that cap.
Withdrawing a 10bet bonus win by e-wallet
The exclusion applies to the qualifying deposit, not to withdrawals. 10bet’s help centre lists debit cards, e-wallets and bank transfers as withdrawal routes, with up to two business days for cards and e-wallets and up to three for bank transfers once processed. Many UK casinos pay winnings back to the method you deposited with where possible, a practice known as closed loop, so check 10bet’s terms if you plan to deposit by card and withdraw elsewhere.
If you can pay with a method that isn’t Skrill or Neteller, 10bet’s offer is shown first below: 18+, new UK customers, select the casino welcome bonus at sign-up and make your first deposit within 7 days to receive a 100% match up to £25. Wager the bonus 10x on slots within 3 days; maximum bonus winnings £1,000. Terms apply.
Casumo is the alternative: 18+, new customers, opt-in required, 50% bonus up to £100 on a first deposit of at least £20, wagered 10x within 7 days, with a £5 maximum bet while the bonus is active. Its terms say game, play and payment restrictions apply, so check which methods qualify. Gambling is a cost, not an income, so deposit only what you’re comfortable losing.
10bet’s welcome offer is shown first because this page explains its payment terms: 18+, 100% up to £25, Skrill and Neteller deposits excluded, 10x on slots within 3 days, terms apply. Casumo follows; its terms say payment restrictions apply.
Significant terms: 18+. New UK customers only. Select the casino welcome bonus at sign-up and make your first deposit within 7 days. 100% bonus up to £25. Wager the bonus 10x on slots within 3 days. Maximum bonus winnings £1,000. Bonus is not redeemable. Full T&Cs apply. GamCare.org.uk

Frequently asked questions
Which payment methods don’t qualify for the 10bet welcome bonus?
Skrill and Neteller. 10bet’s casino welcome bonus terms say deposits with either e-wallet don’t qualify for the 100% match up to £25, and these were the only two methods named when we read the terms on 20 October 2026. That doesn’t confirm every other method qualifies, so check the cashier and the full terms before depositing. Credit cards can’t be used at all in the UK. Our 10bet payment methods page lists what is reported to be accepted and how each deposit works.
Can I use PayPal for the 10bet bonus?
PayPal isn’t named as excluded in 10bet’s welcome bonus terms, which list only Skrill and Neteller. That’s different from Coral and Ladbrokes, whose welcome offers exclude PayPal. Because the terms don’t explicitly confirm which methods qualify, check the cashier and the offer page on the day you deposit, and contact support if you’re unsure. Remember to select the bonus at the last step of registration, or it won’t be added whatever method you use. Our 10bet PayPal page covers PayPal deposits and withdrawals in more detail.
Why does 10bet exclude Skrill and Neteller?
10bet doesn’t publish a reason, which is common. Across UK casinos, e-wallet exclusions are usually linked to concerns about bonus abuse, because an e-wallet sits between the casino and the bank account and can make it harder to spot several accounts belonging to one person. Processing costs can also play a part. For you, the practical point is that the exclusion is part of the offer’s terms. Our guide to bonus abuse explains what casinos are trying to prevent and how that shapes bonus terms.
I used Skrill for my first 10bet deposit. Is the bonus lost?
Usually, yes, because the offer is tied to a qualifying first deposit and Skrill doesn’t qualify. 10bet’s help centre says that if you missed the welcome bonus you can contact support through live chat for help, so it’s worth asking politely, but any manual credit is at 10bet’s discretion. A second deposit by debit card won’t normally count, since the offer applies to the first deposit. On the plus side, your Skrill deposit carries no wagering. Our 10bet customer service page lists chat hours and other channels.
Do 10bet free spins exclude any payment methods?
The help centre’s free spins FAQ doesn’t mention payment exclusions. Free spins at 10bet usually come from Play get promotions, where you earn spins by staking on named games, rather than from a deposit, so the payment method is less likely to matter. Each promotion can set its own rules, though, so read the terms of the specific offer. Spins are worth 10p each and expire after 3 days unless stated, and winnings are paid in cash. Our 10bet free spins page explains how they’re credited.
Does the deposit method matter for 10bet reload bonuses?
Yes. 10bet’s help centre says casino deposit bonuses, claimed with a promo code during a promotion, can’t be claimed with Skrill or Neteller, the same two e-wallets excluded from the welcome bonus. You also need to enter the code at the time of deposit and use the bonus within 15 days. Wagering on any bonus can’t exceed 10x under UK rules from 19 January 2026. Our page on 10bet promotions for existing customers explains how those deposit bonuses and other ongoing offers work.
Can I deposit by credit card to get the 10bet bonus?
No. Credit cards have been banned for gambling in Great Britain since 14 April 2020, and that includes e-wallets topped up with a credit card. Every UK-licensed casino, 10bet included, must refuse them. Use a debit card or another permitted method that isn’t excluded by the bonus terms. If you’re tempted to gamble on credit, that’s a sign to pause and consider support. Our page on the credit card ban explains the rule, and the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 is free and open around the clock.
How much bonus do I lose by using an excluded method at 10bet?
Up to £25, the maximum value of the 100% welcome match. Depositing £25 by an eligible method gives £25 of bonus, which must be wagered 10x (£250) on slots within 3 days; the same deposit by Skrill or Neteller gives no bonus and no wagering. Bear in mind the bonus has a cost too: at a 96% return to player, £250 of slot stakes has an average cost of about £10, and bonus winnings are capped at £1,000. Our 100% casino bonus page explains how match bonuses are valued.
Are other casinos stricter about bonus payment methods than 10bet?
On published terms, several are. In our 5 October 2026 check, Coral excluded Neteller, PayPal, Paysafe, Skrill, prepaid cards and certain debit cards from its welcome offer, and Ladbrokes excluded prepaid cards, PayPal, Paysafe, Neteller, Skrill and Moneybookers. 10bet names only Skrill and Neteller, and Casumo’s terms say payment restrictions apply without listing them in our summary. 18+ and terms apply to every offer. Our Skrill vs Neteller comparison looks at those two wallets for everyday casino use.
