The 10bet casino app is not a separate download: casino games sit inside one combined app, 10bet: Sports Betting & Casino, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play in the UK. This page covers what each store listing says, how to install it, what the privacy labels mean and how the 2025–2026 UK rules shape the games you play on it.
There is one 10bet app for sport and casino; 10bet’s help centre confirms iPhone and Android versions (article updated 21 July 2025).
The App Store listing requires iOS 16.0 or later and shows an 18+ age rating; Google Play shows PEGI 18.
Deposit limits, breaks and self-exclusion sit in the app’s account settings.
UK slot rules apply on mobile too: no autoplay, at least 2.5 seconds per spin, and a £5 or £2 stake cap depending on age.
Store listings were checked on 20 October 2026; requirements can change with updates.

Is there a 10bet casino app? Yes, inside one combined app
10bet runs a single app for its sportsbook and casino rather than a dedicated casino download. On the App Store it is listed as 10bet: Sports Betting & Casino in the Sports category; on Google Play it carries the same name. 10bet’s own help centre answers the question directly, saying iPhone users can download from the Apple App Store and Android users from Google Play.
For casino players this has two practical effects. First, you open the app and switch to the casino section rather than landing on slots straight away. Second, your single 10bet account and balance cover both products, so your 10bet casino login details are the same whether you use the app, a mobile browser or a desktop.
Since 19 January 2026, UK rules have also stopped operators running promotions that mix products, such as a bet on football unlocking casino spins. That is why the mixed-product promotions ban matters in a combined app: the casino welcome bonus has to be chosen and played as a casino offer on its own.

Store descriptions also quote different casino game totals, so we don’t repeat either. What matters is that the app carries the same lobby as the website: thousands of games across 10bet slots, table games and 10bet live casino tables.
How to download the 10bet app on iPhone or iPad
Check your device runs iOS 16.0 or later in Settings, General, About.
Open the App Store and search for 10bet: Sports Betting & Casino.
Confirm the seller shown is 10bet Limited before you tap Get.
Make sure you have room for a download of about 112 MB.
Open the app, log in or tap Join now, then move to the casino section.
How to get the 10bet casino app on Android
Android users install from Google Play, where the developer is shown as Blue Star Planet Ltd. The listing doesn’t state a minimum Android version, so if the install button is unavailable your device or software may be too old for the current build.
Open Google Play on a phone or tablet registered to a UK account.
Search for 10bet: Sports Betting & Casino and check the developer name.
Tap Install and wait for the download to finish.
Open the app, sign in, and set any limits before your first deposit.
Install only from Google Play. A file downloaded from a website or messaging link hasn’t been through the store’s checks, and our guide to casino account security explains why that matters for an app that holds payment details.
10bet app or mobile browser: which suits you?
You don’t need the app to play on a phone. The 10bet site works in a mobile browser with the same account, cashier and games. The choice comes down to storage, convenience and how much you want gambling on your home screen.
Advantages
Quicker access from the home screen once installed
Same account, balance and safer gambling settings as the website
Store listing shows the publisher and privacy details before you install
Drawbacks
Takes about 112 MB on iPhone, plus updates
One app mixes sport and casino, which some people find distracting
An icon on your phone can make it easier to play more often than planned
According to the store descriptions, the app covers sports betting features such as in-play, Cash Out, Bet Builder and live streaming, alongside slots and live casino tables. The listings also mention deposit limits, breaks and self-exclusion in account settings. They don’t mention Face ID or Touch ID log-in, or push notifications, so we can’t say whether those are available.

Marketing is a separate choice. Since 1 May 2025 UK operators have had to let you opt in to marketing per product and per channel, so you can accept casino emails but refuse texts, or decline everything. Our guide to opting out of casino marketing shows where those settings usually sit.
On privacy, Apple’s label says usage data may be used to track you, while financial information and contact details are linked to your identity. Google Play’s data safety section says financial information is shared, the app may collect location, data is encrypted in transit and you can ask for data to be deleted. Location matters because 10bet.co.uk only accepts customers resident in the UK or Ireland. For what these labels mean in practice, see casino data privacy.
UK game rules that apply in the 10bet app
Every rule that applies on the 10bet website applies in the app. Slots must not offer autoplay or turbo spins, each spin must last at least 2.5 seconds under the spin speed limit, and your balance and net position must stay on screen. Since 17 January 2025 non-slot games such as roulette and blackjack have needed at least 5 seconds per game cycle.
Stake caps follow your age, not your device. Players aged 25 and over can stake up to £5 per slot spin under the £5 slot stake limit, and those aged 18–24 are capped at £2. Demo games are only available after age verification, a rule in place since May 2019. In practice that means a 30-spin session on a £1 stake is £30 of play whatever screen you use, and the house edge applies to every spin.
Setting deposit limits in the 10bet app
10bet’s help centre, updated on 10 September 2026, describes daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits that reset on a rolling basis: a daily limit set at 10am resets at 10am the next day. The route is the account icon, then Responsible gaming, then Deposit limits.
Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. Raising one doesn’t: a pop-up shows when the new limit will apply, and you must accept it when you next log in. That waiting period exists by design under UK rules, which since 31 October 2025 have also required operators to prompt new customers to set a financial limit before the first deposit. Our 10bet safer gambling tools page covers breaks and self-exclusion, and GAMSTOP (opens in a new tab) blocks every GB-licensed site and app at once if you need a longer stop.
10bet app not working: quick fixes
Most app problems are log-in or connection issues rather than faults in the app itself. 10bet’s help centre suggests checking that your password is typed correctly (it is case-sensitive), using the email address linked to the account, clearing cached data and trying another browser or device.
Update the app and your phone’s operating system, since the iOS build needs iOS 16.0 or later.
Five wrong passwords lock the account for 20 minutes, so wait rather than keep guessing.
A time-out or self-exclusion you set will block log-in until it ends, by design.
If documents were requested and not sent, access can be restricted until they are uploaded.
Location services or a VPN can cause problems on a licence that only covers UK and Ireland residents.
If none of that helps, 10bet’s contact page (opens in a new tab) lists live chat (log-in required), email at support@10bet.co.uk and a UK phone line open 08:00–23:00 daily.
Play on the 10bet app or a mobile alternative
New 10bet customers aged 18 and over can choose the casino welcome bonus at sign-up in the app or on the website: a 100% match up to £25 on a first deposit made within 7 days, wagered 10x on slots within 3 days, with bonus winnings capped at £1,000. Terms apply. A £20 deposit, for example, adds £20 of bonus funds and £200 of wagering. See the latest 10bet offer and our full 10bet review for the wider picture.
Casumo also runs iPhone and Android apps; compare it on our Casumo casino app page. Its offer for new customers aged 18 and over is a 50% bonus up to £100 on a first deposit of £20 or more, wagered 10x within 7 days, with a £5 maximum bet while the bonus is active; opt-in needed, terms apply. Whichever app you use, set your limits first and treat play as paid entertainment.
10bet’s casino welcome bonus appears first because this page covers its app; Casumo is shown as another UK-licensed casino with iPhone and Android apps. 18+, terms apply.

Frequently asked questions
Does 10bet have a casino app?
Yes, but casino games sit inside one combined app called 10bet: Sports Betting & Casino rather than a separate casino download. 10bet’s help centre confirms it is available on the Apple App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android. You use the same account and balance for sport and casino. If you’d rather not install anything, the mobile website offers the same games and cashier. Our guide to playing casino games on your phone explains the options.
What iOS version does the 10bet app need?
The App Store listing says the 10bet app needs iOS 16.0 or later on iPhone, or iPadOS 16.0 or later on iPad, as checked on 20 October 2026. It also lists Apple Vision with visionOS 1.0 or later, but not Mac. The download is about 112.3 MB, so clear some space first if your phone is nearly full. If your iPhone can’t update to iOS 16, use the mobile site instead, as covered in our mobile casino guide.
Is the 10bet app available on Android in the UK?
Yes. The app is listed on Google Play in the UK under the developer name Blue Star Planet Ltd, with a PEGI 18 rating. The listing doesn’t state a minimum Android version, so if Google Play won’t let you install it, your device may be too old for the current build. Only install from Google Play rather than a downloaded file. Our comparison of casino apps vs mobile sites helps if you’d prefer the browser.
Is the 10bet app safe to use?
The app is published for Blue Star Planet Limited, which holds UK Gambling Commission account 43173, so it operates under UK rules on fair games, customer funds and safer gambling. The store privacy labels say financial and contact information is linked to you and data is encrypted in transit. Safe in a licensing sense doesn’t mean low cost: gambling usually loses money over time. See is 10bet legit for the full licence picture.
Can I claim the 10bet welcome bonus in the app?
Yes, the casino welcome bonus is chosen during registration, which you can complete in the app. New UK customers aged 18 and over who pick it and deposit within 7 days get a 100% match up to £25, wagered 10x on slots within 3 days, with bonus winnings capped at £1,000. Terms apply. A £25 bonus means £250 of slot stakes. Our 10bet welcome bonus terms page walks through the conditions.
Can I set deposit limits in the 10bet app?
Yes. 10bet’s help centre describes daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits under the account icon, then Responsible gaming, then Deposit limits. Decreases apply straight away, while increases only take effect after a waiting period and your confirmation at the next log-in. The store listings also mention breaks and self-exclusion in account settings. Our 10bet safer gambling tools page and the guide to setting deposit limits explain how to choose a sensible figure.
Why can’t I log in to the 10bet app?
The most common reasons are a mistyped password, using the wrong email address, or a temporary lock after five failed attempts, which lasts 20 minutes according to 10bet’s help centre. A time-out, self-exclusion or outstanding document request can also block access. Try resetting the password through Trouble logging in, update the app, and clear cached data. Our 10bet casino login page has a fuller troubleshooting checklist.
Do UK slot stake limits apply in the 10bet app?
Yes, the limits apply to every online slot whatever device you use. Players aged 25 and over can stake up to £5 per spin, a rule in force since 9 April 2025, and players aged 18–24 are limited to £2 per spin since 21 May 2025. Autoplay and turbo spins are banned, and each spin lasts at least 2.5 seconds. The £2 slot stake limit page explains how age is checked.
Does the 10bet app use my location?
Google Play’s data safety section says the 10bet app may collect location, while 10bet’s help pages don’t explain how it is used. Location can matter because 10bet.co.uk only accepts customers resident in the UK or Ireland, and licensed operators must know where their customers are. You can review permissions in your phone’s settings. For a wider look at what casinos collect and why, read do online casinos share my data.
How does the 10bet app differ from the mobile website?
The games, account and cashier are the same, so the main differences are convenience and storage. The app sits on your home screen and needs about 112 MB on iPhone, while the website needs nothing installed. Some players prefer the browser precisely because it is less instantly available, which can help keep play occasional. Both carry the same safer gambling tools. Compare the formats in our mobile casino guide.
