PlayOJO customer service is reached by live chat once you are logged in, where PlayOJO says availability depends on your country, or by email at support@playojo.com; its help page doesn’t list a phone number. This page explains which channel suits which problem, what to have ready, how long typical answers take, and what to do if support can’t resolve it.
PlayOJO’s help page lists live chat (after login; availability depends on your country) and email at support@playojo.com, with no phone number.
Live chat suits account and payment questions; email suits anything needing a written record.
PlayOJO says it aims to verify documents within 12 hours and asks you to contact support if nothing happens within 48.
If support can’t fix a problem, use the formal complaints process; the operator then has 8 weeks before ADR applies.

How to contact PlayOJO customer service
PlayOJO customer service has two routes, according to PlayOJO’s help and contact page (opens in a new tab) (checked 20 October 2026): live chat inside your account and email to support@playojo.com. The page doesn’t list a phone number. Email can be sent at any time, which matters because questions about deposits, limits and withdrawals rarely arrive during office hours.
Live chat only opens once you are logged in, so if you cannot get into your account the first job is the PlayOJO login guide or a password reset. The help page also notes that availability depends on your country, which is a reminder that PlayOJO runs sites for several markets; UK players should always use the UK site and the UK version of the help pages linked from it.

Using PlayOJO live chat step by step
Live chat is the channel most PlayOJO customers will use first, because the agent can see your account once you are signed in. That removes most of the back-and-forth about who you are. Here is the usual sequence.
Log in on the PlayOJO website or the PlayOJO app using your own details.
Open the help section and choose Live Chat.
Describe the problem in one or two sentences, including the date, the amount in pounds and the game or payment method involved.
Answer the agent’s security or account questions; never share your password, full card number or one-time codes.
Ask for a reference or ticket number if the issue isn’t solved during the chat.
Save or screenshot the transcript so you have a record if you later need to complain.
PlayOJO email support
Email to support@playojo.com is slower than chat but leaves a dated written record on your side as well as PlayOJO’s. That makes it the better choice for anything that might turn into a dispute: a withdrawal you think has been delayed unreasonably, a bonus you believe was applied wrongly, or a request to close the account. Send it from the email address registered on your account so the team can match it without extra checks.
PlayOJO’s help page doesn’t list a phone number, so urgent situations, such as a suspected account takeover or a request to stop play straight away, go through live chat if you can log in, or email if you can’t. Put ‘urgent’ in the subject line, and save any chat transcript so there is a written trail.

What PlayOJO customer service can help with
Most contacts fall into a handful of categories. Knowing which one yours belongs to helps you pick the right channel and the right page to read first. The table below maps common issues to a starting point on this site and to the channel that tends to work best.

What to have ready before contacting PlayOJO support
A few minutes of preparation saves most of the time in any support conversation. PlayOJO, like every UK-licensed casino, has to confirm it is speaking to the account holder, and it can only check what you describe precisely.
Access to the email inbox and phone number registered on the account.
The exact date and time of the transaction or game round, ideally from your transaction history.
The amount in pounds and the payment method used.
The name of the game if the question concerns a spin, a round or a feature.
Clear photos or scans of documents if verification is involved; PlayOJO asks for these through its upload tool rather than by email.
If the question is about a payment, check the cashier status first. PlayOJO’s help page says it processes the majority of payments within a few hours and that some deposit methods can take up to 3 working days to credit, so a recent transaction may simply still be moving. Our general guide to pending casino withdrawals explains the stages a payout goes through.
PlayOJO customer service for verification and payments
Verification and payments generate the most PlayOJO customer service contacts, so it is worth knowing what PlayOJO itself publishes. Its help page says it aims to verify uploaded documents within 12 hours and asks you to get in touch if you have heard nothing after 48 hours. Accepted documents named there include a passport, driving licence, ID card or utility bill.
On payments, the help page names debit cards, Payz, Apple Pay and Trustly among the options and says you can have up to two non-verified cards at a time. It also says withdrawals usually go back to the method you deposited with and that you can withdraw as little as you want. Methods and limits can change, so the cashier in your account is the definitive list; our PlayOJO payment methods page explains how to read it.

If the casino asks for documents, our checklist of casino verification documents explains why each one is needed. Remember that a UK casino can’t make a withdrawal conditional on ID it could reasonably have asked for earlier, and it can’t keep your money because you didn’t verify within a set time; those protections come from the Gambling Commission’s rules on withdrawals.
Customer service and safer gambling requests at PlayOJO
Support agents also handle safer gambling requests, and these should never be treated as routine. PlayOJO’s own tools let you set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, freeze the account for 24 hours or one to six weeks, and self-exclude. Some changes need the support team: for example, PlayOJO says you contact support to extend a self-exclusion beyond the standard period, up to five years.
The full set of tools, with timings, is explained on our PlayOJO safer gambling tools page, and our guide to setting deposit limits covers the UK rules that apply to every casino. If you want to block all UK-licensed gambling sites at once, how to use GAMSTOP walks through the national scheme.
If gambling no longer feels like entertainment, you can talk to the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, free and 24/7, run by GamCare (opens in a new tab). You don’t need to contact the casino first.
When PlayOJO customer service can’t fix it
Ordinary support and a formal complaint are not the same thing. If live chat or email hasn’t solved a problem, tell PlayOJO in writing that you want to make a formal complaint under its complaints procedure. Under the Gambling Commission’s rules, the business then has 8 weeks to resolve it; after that, or once it issues a final response, you can take the dispute to its Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider free of charge.
Scammers know that casino players contact support, and fake ‘support’ accounts on social media are common across the industry. A few rules keep your account and money safe.
Only start contact from the official PlayOJO site, app or the email address published on its help page.
Genuine agents never need your password or a one-time passcode.
Be wary of anyone offering to ‘speed up’ a withdrawal for a fee; PlayOJO’s help page says nothing about paid fast-tracking.
Use two-step verification on your email account, because it is the key to a password reset.
Upload documents through PlayOJO’s upload tool rather than sending them to anyone who messages you.
Our guide to casino account security goes further, including what to do if you think someone else has logged in. If you are already locked out, what to do when a casino account is locked explains the usual reasons.
UK rules behind PlayOJO customer service answers
Some answers you get from support are fixed by regulation rather than PlayOJO policy, and knowing them helps you judge whether a response is reasonable. Since 31 October 2021, no UK casino may let you cancel a withdrawal to keep playing; the reverse withdrawal ban is why an agent can’t ‘pull back’ a payout for you. Since 1 May 2025, you choose marketing by product and by channel, so if you are getting messages you didn’t ask for, the marketing consent rules let you switch them off.
Since 31 October 2025, casinos must prompt new customers to set a financial limit before the first deposit, and decreases to limits take effect straight away. Credit cards have been banned for gambling since 14 April 2020, so support can’t add one to your account. None of these rules sets a maximum withdrawal time; operators publish their own, and PlayOJO’s are on its help page.

Where to play: PlayOJO and the closest alternative
If you are weighing up PlayOJO, the PlayOJO review hub covers its licence, offer and apps in one place. Its welcome offer for new UK customers (excluding Northern Ireland, 18+) is 80 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza with a first deposit of at least £10; the spins are worth 10p each, so £8 of spins, and winnings are paid as cash with no wagering. Terms apply, it can’t be combined with other offers and it is only available via the designated offer link; see the latest PlayOJO offer for the dated check.
Coral is shown as an alternative because its offer is also wager-free: bet £10 on slots to get 100 free spins at 10p each, accepted within 48 hours and valid for 7 days, with certain payment types excluded. Its own support set-up is explained on the Coral customer service page. Whichever you choose, gambling should stay within a budget you can afford to lose.
PlayOJO is the casino this page covers, so its 80 no-wagering spins come first; Coral’s bet £10, get 100 spins offer is the nearest no-wagering alternative. 18+, terms apply.

Frequently asked questions
Is PlayOJO customer service available 24/7?
Not unconditionally. PlayOJO’s help and contact page, checked 20 October 2026, lists live chat and email. Live chat only opens after you log in, and PlayOJO says its availability depends on your country, so we can’t promise round-the-clock chat for every player. Email to support@playojo.com can be sent at any time, though replies take longer than chat. No phone number is listed. If you can’t log in, read the PlayOJO login guide first, then use email. For general expectations about casino help desks, see our guide to casino customer support.
What is the PlayOJO customer service email address?
The PlayOJO customer service email address published on its help page is support@playojo.com. Write from the email address registered on your account so the team can identify you quickly, and include your username, the date, the amount in pounds and what you want PlayOJO to do. Email is the best route for anything that may become a dispute because it creates a dated written record. Never attach documents to random replies; PlayOJO asks for verification files through its upload tool. Our PlayOJO verification guide explains that process step by step.
Does PlayOJO have a phone number for UK customers?
PlayOJO’s help page, checked 20 October 2026, doesn’t list a phone number. Its published routes are live chat, which opens after you log in and whose availability PlayOJO says depends on your country, and email to support@playojo.com. Be wary of numbers posted on forums or social media claiming to be PlayOJO, because they may be fraudulent. For urgent problems such as a suspected account takeover, use live chat if you can log in, or email from your registered address. Our casino account security guide covers what to do if you think your account has been accessed.
Why can’t I find PlayOJO live chat?
PlayOJO live chat appears only after you have logged in, so the most common reason it is missing is that you are browsing logged out. Sign in, open the help section and choose Live Chat. If you are locked out, chat won’t be available and you should email support@playojo.com instead. PlayOJO also notes that support availability depends on your country, so make sure you are on the UK site. Our PlayOJO app guide explains where the help menu sits on mobile.
How long does PlayOJO take to reply?
PlayOJO doesn’t publish a fixed reply time for chat or email, but it does publish specific timings for verification. Its help page says it aims to verify documents within 12 hours and asks you to contact support if you have heard nothing after 48 hours. Live chat usually connects faster than email because the agent can see your account. If a payment issue is involved, check the cashier status and our PlayOJO withdrawal time page before chasing, so you know whether the delay is unusual.
Can PlayOJO customer service cancel my withdrawal?
No, PlayOJO customer service can’t cancel a requested withdrawal so you can keep playing with the money. The reverse withdrawal ban, in force since 31 October 2021, stops every UK-licensed casino from offering that option, and PlayOJO’s help page confirms withdrawals can’t be cancelled once requested. If a payout is taking longer than expected, support can tell you which stage it is at, whether documents are outstanding and when to expect it. Our PlayOJO withdrawal not received guide lists the checks to make first.
Can customer service remove my deposit limit straight away?
No. PlayOJO’s safer gambling page says decreases to deposit limits take effect instantly, but increases take 24 hours to apply, and customer service doesn’t bypass that delay. The waiting period gives you time to reconsider, which is the point of a limit. You can set daily, weekly and monthly limits yourself in the account settings without contacting anyone. The full set of tools is on our PlayOJO safer gambling tools page, and can I change my deposit limit? explains the UK rules behind the wait.
What should I do if PlayOJO support doesn’t solve my problem?
If PlayOJO customer service hasn’t resolved your problem, make a formal complaint in writing and say clearly that it is a complaint. Under Gambling Commission rules the operator has 8 weeks to resolve it. If you are still unhappy after its final response or after 8 weeks, you can take the dispute to its Alternative Dispute Resolution provider, which is free for players. Keep chat transcripts and emails as evidence. Our page on how to complain to PlayOJO explains each stage, and what is IBAS? explains how adjudication works.
Can PlayOJO customer service help if I think I’m gambling too much?
Yes. PlayOJO’s support team can apply account restrictions, and its help pages describe a Safer Gambling Team that can set an operator limit. You can also act yourself: set deposit limits, freeze the account for 24 hours or up to six weeks, or self-exclude in the account settings. For support that is independent of any casino, call the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, free and 24/7. How to use GAMSTOP explains blocking every UK-licensed site at once, and our free gambling support guide lists other services.
Is it safe to send documents to PlayOJO customer service?
It is safe to send verification documents to PlayOJO when you use its own upload tool, which its help page recommends instead of email. PlayOJO is licensed by the Gambling Commission through Skill On Net Limited, account 39326, and must handle personal data under UK data protection law. Never send ID to an account that contacts you through social media or a text claiming to be PlayOJO. If you are unsure why a document is needed, our guide to why casinos ask for documents explains the legal reasons behind each request.
Gambling can be addictive. Free, confidential help is available 24 hours a day from the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133. Get free support from GamCare or NHS gambling support, or block yourself from all UK-licensed gambling sites with GAMSTOP.
